Master Your Sales Pipeline with NOAN 🚀

I want to take you through, the highlights of a webinar we just did for subscribers where we talked through how to use NOAN to manage pipeline and leads, and your network and how we do it, because I know everybody's driving sales and we want to make it as easy as possible.

And you don't want to have multiple platforms.

What you want is a business brain that can help you across all different areas.

So I'm going to talk you through my flow, show you how it works, and then show you how you can execute it yourself.

So when you're on the GNOME website right now, there is a book a call button here.

And what this does is this jumps you straight into Calendly where you're going to pick a time to have a session with me.

And what's going to fire when you go through that is, the first zap.

So you're going to create an invite, it's going to go boom.

I'm going to book my time with Neil.

What's going to happen is our Find Contacts app is going to see if you're in my network.

If you're not, it's going to auto create, the account in my network and then it's going to add any details and tag you as a lead so that in network you're going to pop up, tagged as a lead, ready to go.

So that I can see that I've got you, in our pipeline.

And that's the flow that kind of kicks off anyone coming in for sales from NOAN.

So some of the people on the subscriber, any webinar, that's exactly the experience that they'd gone through, as they book time with me and then subscribe to the platform.

Now in NOAN itself, just a reminder, you're working with an assistant that knows and understands all of your business.

So it's got all those live facts of your business, the context of your business.

Think of those as LEGO bricks.

they are what makes the business brain of your business and then it also has access to a host of other things that can access your assets, create content for you, everything else.

But in this instance what we want to talk about is the network.

So I'm not going to use my version of NOAN here because it's obviously got all of real emails and real individuals.

I'm currently in a, different brand.

It's called Money Matches.

It's not a real brand, we use it for demos.

But I want to show you kind of examples of what would happen?

So this is my network.

It's, it's AI native.

What that means is what you're building with each individual is context around who they are meet.

Our meeting notes go in here.

The community, the company they work for is in here.

All of this the assistant can understand, make changes to update anytime, and reference.

But what we want to be able to do is cut this.

So we now have custom views so you can save your own views and create your own views.

So here I've got a saved view and the way I get to that is I just select the tags that I want to filter it by and then I select my saved view and we're going to go leads and this is going to show me the leads that have come in through, through here and it's going to show if they've booked their demo, or not.

So here we've got someone who has booked a demo, their contact has come through, we know who they are.

Boom.

and then automatically every day we can come in and check our leads in this environment.

Now if you're raising capital, you're working with investors, you can create as many views as you want.

you can have hot leads, you can cut these, you'll see by the dates of who people are of when they came in.

There's also a widget in activity that will show you the latest leads that drop into your network.

Now what happens then for us is that we either fire another zap or we run one of NOAN's natural language workflows to get these individuals into tasks.

So here we're in the task manager board.

So NOAN has full task management and you'll see here one of these contacts is there ready for onboarding.

We'll see onboarding New customer Dave.

Dave Jones.

and then this is where we'll then tag this customer success and our customer success lead, she will come in and she will select a particular view, the customer success view.

And then we'll she'll see who needs to be onboarded in this environment and what stage they're at.

And then we can manage this pipeline here and get them in progress and, and off and running and individuals can be assigned, you can set deadlines really easy, really simple.

and what we've got here is you don't need multiple boards if you're using the likes of Trello, you've probably got boards all over the place.

You don't.

What you need is a master board.

You, you can cut as many ways as you want.

And so you can make these views private or public.

Each of these tasks can be private or public.

You see this one here is private.

We'll make that public.

So we'll just click on that and that'll make it public.

There we go.

And then we can select, say this is a private marketing board here, you can select different ways to cut it.

So that's how we take people from our leads and manage our leads into our tasks.

So what you'll see is that the two connect.

So if we click here on this task, you can see here that we've assigned Daniel and then we've also connected it to the contact David Johnston, who's in our network.

And so we know who this is directly connected to.

And then when we jump back into network, if we look down here, you can see David Johnston, you can see that there are tasks assigned that he needs to go through onboarding.

So this is how we connect tasks and network.

Really easy, really simple.

You don't need complex kind of pipeline management tools.

You can just have it all in one place and most importantly the NOAN assistant can access these and you can ask it every day, who are my hot leads I should follow up with?

and it will be able to recall them and tell you who is somebody you need to get in touch with.

If you want to ask it to say what was the latest meeting or experience I had with someone.

It will give you the details from them.

And then if you've got Gmail, you can connect it and you can automatically email anybody from this environment.

So these two views within network and within tasks are how we manage our pipeline across this flow from everybody coming in to everybody, being onboarded.

And then we even have zaps that once you convert to a subscriber from a demo, it will convert you to a subscriber, straight away, and then you're immediately, tagged as a subscriber.

And then in the subscriber view we can see who we've got as subscribers.

Now one of the things you're going to want to use is tags to do this.

And there's two ways to think about tags.

so when you're working in network and you've got your pipeline view, you want to set your tags as stages.

And creating tags on NOAN is dead easy and dead simple.

Here's how I've just done it.

I've said I need you to create the following tags.

Lead demo book, demo done, target investor.

Those are our kind of stages for this business and as a result, boom, here we go, it goes and creates those tags for me and then I've asked it to make each a different color and then straight away each one is a different color and then now find the contacts in there and tag them done.

So that easy and that simple.

So in network your tags that you set up are going to be wanting to match the stages that people are going to go on and then you manage these stages here.

So for example this one you can see we've got demo done, here these have got demo booked.

As soon as they've done the demo we'll tag them, demo done.

And then everybody knows that they've gone through that stage.

And this is how you can manage your pipeline in this environment.

And then you can filter and create views on who's, who's our demo dones but not converted to subscribers, for example.

Really easy, really simple to do.

Now using these tags in tasks, what we see as best practice is to think through tagging at a higher level around your business.

So in tasks it's the sales tags, it is the business marketing, customer success because then you can get a really quick and easy view across each of those different areas and that may include you know, reach out to leads that would come under sales.

You can just structure it in such a nice simple way.

So you don't have loads of boards, but you've got clear ones for key businesses.

So super easy, super simple to create your tags and then if you want to manage them you can either talk to the assistant or you can go down here into your settings, go through your tags and you can create and edit tags here.

and the most important thing is this, this description.

So the description in the tag gives the assistant context of when to use it and that will help you better organize.

And there's a lot of features and functionality we've got coming that reliant on these descriptions.

So what you want to do is make sure you've got decent ones in there.

It will auto create them for you.

And if you want to Change them.

You can either tell the assistant you want to change them or you can just edit these yourself here and make a change to those descriptions.

And so that is how we manage our pipeline.

really easy, really simple.

There's a host of other functionality like using natural, language workflows which we call memories, which you can trigger with the assistant.

but I'll do a follow up video on those and how we use those for sales.

But from a pipeline perspective, all you need is NOAN zapier and then you can integrate it into calendly type form wherever you want to gather those leads from.

and then you can manage that with, with tasks and network.

So you've got your pipeline view and then your tasks view and those two connect.

what we would also recommend is using a meeting note taker like Granola for example, because then as a result, you can have your meeting notes going into those contacts.

Now one of the things that's really important is maybe you're out and about, maybe you meet someone.

You don't always have a lead coming that way.

This is how easy it is.

And you'll see here, I've just done this.

This is how easy it is to add a contact to your network.

You can just say add a new contact to our network, who it is, what their email is and then a memo of where you met, boom, contact is created.

That's it.

That easy.

I've done that so many times.

When I'm out and about and I meet for example a potential investor or a potential customer, I just whip open, NOAN on my phone and I add it in there and then, boom, they added into our network.

And then you can see here, we've just said tag him as lead.

Yep, he's been tagging his lead.

And then here, add a task to onboarding, that simple.
