Introducing the Cleo Travel Vault ✈️

hi, I'm Duncan, founder of Clio Pay.

And today we're excited to walk you through the all new Cleopay travel vault.

This is your travel agency's dashboard for storing and managing all of your clients travel and payment information.

So think frequent flyer numbers, passport info, loyalty IDs, and most importantly, storing all their credit card numbers on file safely and securely.

When you need updated card info from a client, you just send them a secure link, they fill it in, and it comes right back here into the main Clio Pay dashboard.

So at the top level we have clients and then for each client we can have multiple different travelers and different traveler profiles.

So let's click into Lisa Thompson.

So under Elisa, you'll see that we have all of her information.

You can grab her date of birth, any of her loyalty programs, Hilton American Airlines.

Then also very easy to go in and update any of the fields as well.

this is also what it looks like for adding a new traveler, or companion.

So say you want to add another loyalty program, And let's add her delta skymiles.

That can be added.

And along with any of her other travel information, we can be added, edited or updated at any time.

And then if we wanted to add a new traveler.

So it's easiest filling out the info here.

and now you'll see we have a new traveler profile we can use.

We can also add, documents, passport pictures, ID pictures.

Any type of document you want to add as well can be saved under each traveler.

or you can add it down here and it'll be saved to the client as a whole.

So then for each client we can also store secure cards as well.

So very easy to add a new card.

Simply type in the name, card number, expiration date, and you can assign a card to a specific traveler as well.

And then you can also request a new card of information or even traveler information and documents.

and so it's as easy as selecting which fields you want to collect next.

And you can take this link and you can email it or text it to a client or you can simply enter their info here and it will send them an email link for them to input their credit card number, or upload their travel document info.

Great for if you need to collect new if you have a guest that's joining and you need to collect their their info or you're onboarding a new client, you simply send them a L.

They'll input all their details and everything will be saved right here into the Clio Travel vault.
