What Results Can I Expect?

All right, the million dollar question.

What sort of results can you expect with our program?

So in this video, I obviously want to get you excited about the possibilities of joining a program like this, but I want to stay, stay down to earth as much as possible.

I don't want to give you some crazy expectations because I know there's a lot of agencies who promise the world they deliver peanuts and we do not want to do that.

So what's the goal of this eight week program?

The goal of our initial program is to install a predictable patient pipeline in your clinic for free.

Yes, you're still going to pay us, but I say for free because we designed a program to pay for itself this is what we want to do within this initial eight weeks.

We're and here's how we do this.

So I got my fancy Dancy ROI calculator here and this is a conservative scenario of how much you can expect within the first eight weeks.

So we have a revenue of about 10k, 28 appointments, 6 new patient appointments, net profit of 1800 with 1.23 return on your investment.

So you're probably looking at this and saying, well this isn't crazy, but that's the point.

The point of the eight weeks is not to make you into a millionaire and you know, 10x the revenue of your clinic.

any agencies that are promising that you should run away as fast as possible.

The point of the eight weeks is to install a system in your clinic to set you up for long term success so you never have to hire an agency again.

And so you can continuously snowball your growth month after month.

So let's break down the numbers here.

In a conservative scenario, you have 500 contacts in your database.

You may have more, you may have less.

A 2% conversion rate on our initial SMS booster shot campaign is going to give you about $5,000 in initial revenue.

So we always do this initial reactivation campaign to start to leverage your existing contacts in your database.

This is a super conservative scenario where you're converting about 2% of your list with a $500 offer.

so that gives you 5k initial revenue.

And then with your meta ads, we typically want to invest 1500amonth.

So 1500 over 2 months will be 3k ad spend $17 cost per lead is on the high end.

So very conservative 10% booking rate.

It's a super conservative scenario.

So you're converting about 10% of the leads you generate in the short term, 70% show rate.

Usually we want more than that, but again, we're trying to be conservative as possible.

$150 intro price.

So this is for an offer that's $150 up front.

40% conversion.

So you're converting 40% of those initial appointments into long term clients with a $530 day revenue.

So over the first 30 days with them, you're collecting on average $500.

And then you have a 1500 dollars LTV.

So over the next year, you're collecting on average 1500 dollars from each of those new patients you generated.

And then using our referral program, you're generating about 0.2 new referred clients for each new client that you bring in, which is again, very conservative.

Let's actually bring it up to 0.25 just so it rounds up to one referral per month using our system.

So with all these Numbers, you're generating 5k from your booster shot your initial SMS campaign, about 4k from the ads and $600 from the referrals.

Again, doesn't seem super exciting.

But even in this very conservative scenario, if you look at the Q cumulative growth over 12 months, it gets much more exciting.

So the total 12 month investment is about $33,000.

5k That's 5k for the first two months of our program.

Then 10 times 997, which is 997amonth for the remaining 10 months.

And then 12 months of $1500 a month ad spend.

Total revenue is about 80K, that's 50k front end plus 30k across crude LTV.

And this number is really, really, really, really important because even though you're only making 2k net profit in those eight weeks, it's actually really good because it means you're getting paid to acquire those six patients.

That's how you should think about your marketing.

You're not trying to make a crazy amount of money up front.

You're trying to simply be in the green in the short term.

So then you can start collecting that LTV from all the new clients you generate.

So you can see here on the graph that the first month is about 8k from the booster shot revenue and the initial ad clients.

5k investment month two is a 3k investment which is the $1500 divided over the first two months of working with us for your ad spend.

Revenue goes down the second month because you're not running that reactivation.

The third month, the revenue is a bit higher and then we have a spike in the fourth month because we recommend you run these booster shot reactivation campaigns every three months.

So every three months you're going to run them to generate that cash flow.

and then you have your ad revenue the remaining months.

So you can see here that you're in the green the entire year and and your revenue is slowly increasing because all those new clients that you generate, they're going to come back and start to spend money with you for that lifetime value.

And that's why you're going to see that steady increase over the 12 months.

So that's a conservative scenario, but all you need to do is adjust a few numbers to get a much more exciting Result.

So let's say you have a database of 2,000.

This is very, very common with clinics that have been around for a bit longer.

Even if you lower your conversion rate to 1%, you're still going to have a lot more revenue upfront.

Typically with the larger database you're going to have a lower conversion rate because a lot of those people you have either moved out of town or have different phone numbers.

So The database is typically older.

So it's not going to be as responsive then for your meta ads, let's say you start leveraging your own in clinic content in your ads like we recommend, you could easily lower your lead cost of 15%.

if you're leveraging our lead conversion system, you can easily bump this up to 20%.

Very, very reasonable.

You can easily get a bit better show rate if you're making sure deposits are being collected and you're using our scripts and then let's say you bump up your close rate just a bit and then also increase your 30 day revenue by having better packages and a better sales process which we all have in our program for you to follow.

So now we're looking at a much better scenario.

28k revenue for that first 8 weeks and then over time, look at this, your total revenue for 12 months is an extra 250k.

you got 120 new patients and your expenses haven't gone up at all.

By the way, you can also increase your ad spend.

Lots of our clinics that are crushing it, they're going to bump up their ad spend to say 3k a month.

In that case you have 460k, almost half a million increased revenue for your clinic for that year.

And and we have tons of examples of clinics who've done just this with our program.

so the sky is really the limit with the results you can achieve with this program.

But I want to stress that even this conservative scenario right here, can.

I would consider this a huge win even though you're kind of just breaking even, making a bit of profit, you have the system installed, you're in the green, you're set up for success, and you've eliminated your reliance on marketing agencies.

Plus, there's all these other intangible results you can't see.

No more.

Wondering where your next patient's going to come from, enjoying full control and not being at the whim of these marketing agencies that don't care about your clinic.

Converting more leads.

Your staff finally has a predictable and effective system to convert the leads that you're generating into appointments.

This is the best one I've seen.

So many of our clinics, they come into this program, they don't consider themselves marketers, and then they start to have some success.

It starts to get fun, they get addicted, they get better.

and then it creates this incredible virtuous cycle that results in them transforming their clinic for the better.
