I wanted to just talk about a really important zap that you're probably all going to want to set up to get contacts into network.

So for me, I'm using Network every day to manage my leads.

Some of you have come through there.

and the way I've got it set, up is that whenever anyone books, an invite with me, it automatically drops them and any questions that I've asked them into network and tags them as a lead.

And I want to show you now how I've got that set up.

So here I am in Zapier and I've connected calendly, which is what we use.

and and you can see here we've connected calendly and it's from a particular event that we're booking.

I've got multiple actually, so I've got multiple different types of events for people to book.

And then the first zap you have from NOAN is the Find Contacts app.

So that is then going to search, for the email and look in Network to see if that email exists.

Now if it doesn't exist, you want to have clicked this, which is Create Contact and then it's going to create that contact.

So I'm going to show you what this looks like when you're editing it.

So search query, it's always the email.

That's how NOAN organizes it.

So is the email in there?

If it's not, can you create a contact?

And then what we want to create is the name and the email.

That's it for now because the next step in this process is we then have the Update Contacts app.

So in the Update Contacts app there's a couple of key things to understand.

The first is that when you select the contact id, you want to make sure you've got it selected as custom.

And that will then give you this option to choose, the ID from NOAN.

Otherwise it will just select the last email of the last person who's come through Here you can select custom.

So you switch this to custom and then you pick the id.

And then from then on, any new user that comes through, it's gonna match that.

Then what I do is I add here the website so they answer that in a question.

And then the memos here, and then the tags that I want them to have, demo, booked and lead, and then those automatically populate in Network.

And then in Network I can cut my, network by my leads, and so I can easily see who's just dropped in straight away that day, and I can see who I've got to follow up with.

And most importantly, the assistant can help me with that follow up.
