In this video, I just want to break down the exact strategy which we call microsites that we've been implementing with some of the leading roofing companies across the United States.
00:15
I just want to break down the concept, how it works, and how it could look for your company.
00:22
And if it does seem like it could be a fit, I'd love to have a chat with you.
00:26
You'll be able to book in a call directly into my calendar and we can go over it all.
00:32
So I'm going to go ahead and share my screen and we'll jump straight into it.
00:37
So to make this a bit easier to break it down, I'm just going to show you a real world example that we've got up and running with one of our clients.
00:45
So they have multiple offices across Pensacola, Florida and Orlando, Florida, and they came to us looking to get Google rankings across both of their locations, which is obviously difficult with one website.
01:01
Google can just never know exactly where you're servicing and it becomes tricky to rank.
01:07
So there's obviously dozens if not hundreds of little towns around both of these locations with low hanging fruit where people are searching for a roofer and no one is really showing up, which is where our strategy comes in.
01:25
So for example, there could be someone searching for a roofing company in Winter park, in Forest City, in Altamont Springs.
01:34
And what we do is we build out a separate website for every single one of these towns.
01:40
Each website is designed to rank for that location.
01:44
For example, a website could be called Winter Park Roofing.
01:49
All the content is talking about a roofing company in Winter park.
01:53
And that's how we're getting organic rankings.
01:56
Google loves it.
01:56
It is exactly what Google's looking for.
01:59
It ranks to the top and gets customers who are calling in that location looking for a roofing company, which all the calls are directed straight to our client.
02:09
And essentially they're exclusive organic leads.
02:13
You're not paying for traffic, you're not paying for lead aggregators.
02:17
This is a new strategy that we've come up with.
02:20
So I'm going to break it down for you.
02:22
I'll show you some real examples that we have websites ranking and up and running in these locations across Florida.
02:31
And yeah, you can sort of see how we're doing it, the results we're getting.
02:35
And yeah, I'll just share my screen now.
02:40
So, for example, you could have a potential customer searching for roofing in Goldenrod, Florida.
02:48
So first, you've obviously got your map pack.
02:50
Here is our client in the maps, which is awesome.
02:54
Which we don't touch.
02:55
But then when you go into the organic search results, we're ranking in first position, second, third, third, fourth, fifth, sixth.
03:04
Like someone searching for a roofing company in this location, you cannot get past us.
03:10
You're going to find one of our websites.
03:12
when you click on this website, as I explained before, Goldenrod Roofing, it's talking about a roofing contractor in Goldenrod.
03:21
It's just a generic website built to convert.
03:25
And obviously there's call buttons, call contact us buttons.
03:29
So we are capturing that lead majority of the time.
03:32
And say someone doesn't convert through our first website, they could keep scrolling and come across our, metal roofing website for Goldenrod.
03:42
And chances are they're going to convert on one of these.
03:46
They, they simply can't get past us.
03:48
Like, we are just taking any potential calls that could be going to your competitor and claiming them.
03:54
So the list goes on.
03:56
We've got hundreds of websites up with quality roofing, like for the keyword metal roofing in Kissimmee, Florida, we're ranking first.
