And today we're going to talk about Quick Actions.

So these are a bit like templates or recipes, that work out of the box with no setup for you as soon as you're inside Fynch workspace.

So just to give you a little bit of grounding, we're on the screen inside the workspace and you'll see this section here which asks what would you like to achieve today?

Is how you interact with quick actions or at least one of the ways you can.

So to get started, what you can do is just start typing for something that you wanted to specifically achieve.

So let's say you wanted to do something around drafting an email.

You can start typing and you'll see what appears.

At the bottom are these individual quick actions that you can then select and get right into the work.

So maybe it's some sort of analysis.

You can see these change as your filtering changes here, to get started.

So that's one way you can do it.

There's also this More tab you can click and this opens all of the quick actions which you can actually search.

there's dozens of these, that we're adding and updating on a daily basis.

So that's the second way you can search this way.

And then lastly, everywhere you go inside the workspace, you'll see this little lightning bolt icon down here.

Anytime you click that, that will pop, up with the same quick action, overlay here for you to get started really easily.

so the way that this works is basically helping in a lot of cases.

Maybe you have a series of prompts that you've either saved yourself or across your team.

And maybe you save them in notes or you bring them from Gemini to ChatGPT and copy and paste and do all this.

This is a quick way to get rid of a lot of that headache.

So we manage all of that for you behind the scenes.

You don't need to know anything about prompting.

It's really easy to get started here.

So maybe let's for example show you creating a social post.

So when I pull this up, it's really simple.

You just fill out the fields and then get started.

So to start you'd give this a topic test, social post.

You choose which platform.

Right now we support these three for LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram.

You put in your main points of the post, what it is that you want to cover.

And then this is on what we talked about last week.

So now you have two options to do a target audience and a voice.

So just as a quick refresher, target audience is a bit like buyer Personas.

So I'm inside my AI Powell's workspace.

you can see there's three different, buyer Personas that are already set up.

So if I wanted to specifically write, a post for one of these buyer Personas, I could select that here.

So let's say I'm going to do the cultural tourist for this one.

And then voice is your internal and tone that you can adopt for this type of content.

So we have two, brand voices that have been set up for this One is Emily Powell.

This is the head of Powell's, of the company.

And then there's more of a corporate, tone and style guide you can adopt too.

So for this one I'm going to choose corporate, and then there's more of a generic tone if you wanted it to bend towards being more excited or professional or something like that as well.

And that's it.

This is really it.

To get started, you can then either have the option to click chat or background task.

the difference between these is that if you select chat and you go ahead and draft it, this just opens up the sidebar and you can start going back and forth, chatting directly with the AI to get to a final product quickly.

Background task is really helpful if you wanted to just kick this off.

it will go into the background and start processing the work and then it'll alert you whenever that task is done.

But this is helpful if you're trying to fire off a bunch of work at once.

You don't want to sit here and necessarily go back and forth and refine or do whatever you wanted to do.

You can do this in set it, kick it off in the background, and then keep working on, other tasks inside the workspace.

one of the big advantages here is that, yes, you see what I just brought up with, you can incorporate things like the buyer Persona, your brand voice.

But everything you do with quick actions also inherits all of the knowledge across your entire workspace.

So it's going to be much richer than copying and pasting prompts across into new LLMs or whatever it is you're using.

Because everything here already has your business overview.

It knows about your objectives.

It's pulling in all of your historical chats and emails you've had with your AI.

It's pulling in all of your SEO your AEO audit, your analysis from Social, all of that rich context and that you've been building, all gets included in these really easy to use quick actions without worrying about prompts or any of that as well.
