Setting your business hours in Gale in this walkthrough, we'll show you how to set your business hours and outbound call hours in Gale.

To get started, go to the Knowledge tab in the left sidebar.

Once you're there, click on the Business Hours tab.

In this section, set your regular business hours by selecting your operating days and times.

Be sure to choose the correct time zone so Gayle follows the right schedule.

You can also configure holiday hours in this area to account for special closures or adjusted schedules.

Next, scroll down to the Outbound Call Hours section located underneath the Business Hours settings.

Here, set the hours during which you want Gayle to place outbound calls to your clients.

This allows you to control when outbound outreach can happen and helps ensure calls are placed only during the times you've approved.

Once your hours are set, click Save.
