Using the Calls page in Gale in this walkthrough, we'll cover the Calls page in Gale and how to use it to view, manage, and interact with your organization's call activity.

The Calls page includes both inbound and outbound calls across your support and sales teams, giving you one central place to monitor call history and follow up when needed.

Let's start with the navigation overview first.

Click on the Calls tab on the left side of your screen.

At the top of the call list, you'll find filters that help you refine what you see.

You can filter by inbound or outbound to view only incoming or outgoing calls.

You can also filter by sales or support to narrow calls by category.

These filters can be used together, making it easy to focus on the exact type of call activity you want to review.

Each row in the table represents a single call and includes several important details.

The Duration column shows how long the call lasted, along with an icon indicating whether the call was inbound or outbound.

The Caller column displays the caller's name and phone number or just the phone number if no contact name is available.
