Burned by Marketing Agencies

All right, if you've been, burned by a marketing agency, this is the video to watch.

This is actually remarkably common.

I would say three out of four of the clinics we speak to have been burned by an agency in some way.

So this video is going to explain why that happens and how to end the cycle once and for all.

So the first problem that we have is the attention dilution problem.

When you work with an agency, you're actually working with an account manager who's managing 20 to 50 plus clinics at a time.

And so that means that you only get 2% of that person's brain when you work with them.

And this is why it feels like your clinic's never a, priority.

Imagine trying to run your business with only 2% brain power.

It's just not going to work.

Second, we have the new client trap.

So when you work with an agency, often those first three months are pretty good because you're a new client and their top priority is to get you to stay after that initial three months.

However, from month three onward, your account goes into maintenance mode and, and your results start to suffer.

This is because the agency's goal is to collect as many retainer payments as possible from you with the least amount of resources, which is why you'll often be switched to a junior account manager who's not as good as one of their senior account managers that they put on new clients.

Next, we have the offer problem.

So when you work with an agency, they're either going to ask you what offer to run which is not good, or they're going to force you to run one of their proven Groupon style offers that destroys your brand and your price integrity.

And then when it comes to the ads, you're often paying them 2 to 3k a month just to make some minor changes to some generic templates.

So at the end of the day, you're using generic Groupon offers and your funnels, your ads, they look like everyone else because the agencies are just recycling templates because again, they're trying to scale, they're trying to keep you on collect those retainer payments while using the least amount of resources as possible.

Next, we have the speed problem.

So I ads don't always work on the first try.
