Welcome to Hyper.
00:00
Here are a few tips and the best way to get started.
00:03
First you can head to the apps page.
00:05
This is where you'll connect and manage both your app and custom MCP integrations.
00:10
We can see everything I have connected as well as additional integrations we support.
00:15
You'd go ahead and just click each integration and you could go through and connect that app.
00:20
We'll go back to apps here and if you ever want to connect to custom mcp, you can do so on the custom MCP tab.
00:27
here you can manage as well as add new custom mcps.
00:31
if you're ever curious what the scope is with each integration, you can do so in a couple different ways.
00:37
you can go to the plus icon on the tools associated with your agent and click something like Gmail.
00:43
And here you can see all of the different actions that are enabled as well as the permissions associated with them.
00:50
So for example, if you want to disable actions and not allow your agent to, in this case send an email, you could just disable that.
00:57
You can also choose which actions should require your approval.
01:01
and then you could just go ahead and save those changes.
01:04
I'm going to go ahead and cancel.
01:06
I want my permissions as I had set them The other way to do this.
01:09
And actually my personal favorite is to just ask hyper.
01:12
So I'll dictate something.
01:13
Hey Hyper, can you explain to me what you're able to do with the TikTok and Instagram integrations keep it concise.
01:21
We'll send this in.
01:23
Here we can see all the different functionality associated with TikTok.
01:26
We can post videos, view user profiles and manage organic content interactions.
01:31
we also have a separate TikTok integration for ads and here we can see all the different functionality with that.
01:37
And we also have a scraper so you can scrape TikTok videos, profiles and so on.
01:42
For Instagram you can go ahead and publish photos, reels, stories and carousels, as well as, you know, many, many other functions, moderate comments, send messages AKA DMS and yeah, view insights and analytics.
01:57
We also have a native Instagram scraper which allows you to scrape all of Instagram.
02:01
The next tip is that everyone gets a default agent named Hyper.
02:05
You can go to the agents page to manage all of your different agents and additionally on the new chat page you can toggle between the agent you're working with here with the agent selector each agent has a system prompt which is its core set of instructions.
02:19
You can choose the model associated with your agent.
02:22
And right now I'd recommend using haiku 4.5 for some of the easier tasks.
02:27
But if you're trying to build out new agents, create and assign new tasks, Sonnet is definitely the way to go.
02:33
You can check out a few different things associated with your agent, user your own user profile memory.
02:38
So if you open this you'll be able to see everything that Hyper knows about you.
02:42
And this is something that you have full visibility.
02:46
There are a few other things you can look at when it comes to your agent and if you click more you'll be able to see your user profile memory, agent memory, the native toolkits enabled and you can also share agents as templates with your workspace.
02:58
If you want to check out agent's memory you you can just go ahead and click this and here you can see all the different memories associated with this agent.
03:05
It gets better over time.
03:07
Remembers everything that it does and if you ever want it to specifically remember something, just tell it.
03:13
The next thing is the resources tab on this agent settings panel here you can manage all of the tasks that have been assigned to this agent, all of the context.
03:22
So files, skills tables, and a few other things that are directly in the Agents context window.
03:28
And what this really means is that on Hyper we have a native file system.
03:32
You could think of it sort of like a Google Drive for both you and your agents.
03:36
Your agents will always have access to everything in the file system, but it's almost like just giving if you attach files or contacts skills here, it's just going to be right there in its wheelhouse and just an arm's reach away for your agent.
03:50
If you'd like to add your agent to Slack, you can go down to Channels, hit this plus icon.
03:54
You can name your channel.
03:56
So Hyper Slack, you can select Slack as the type and then you can choose which workspace.
04:02
And from here it's pretty straightforward how to go ahead and get that set up for tasks you can manage.
04:07
For tasks, you're able to click the three dots next to each task to either edit, activate or delete a task.
04:13
I can also just click a specific task to pull it up.
04:16
And here I can see whether it's active, the task instructions and the schedule.
04:21
I can choose whether I'd like to schedule a task or have it run in response to a webhook or an app action.
04:29
If we click a task, you're actually able to see the name of the task, the instructions, as well as the schedule or cadence and trigger associated with the task.
04:38
In this case, it's set to run on a schedule.
04:40
Weeklies on Monday at 4pm However, I can also change this to run in response to a webhook or in response to an app action.
04:48
Like every time I get an email to my Gmail account.
04:51
Creating new tasks for your agent is as easy as sending a message.
04:54
So here's an example.
04:55
Hey, can you create A new task to monitor Reddit, every day at 2pm PST for mentions about hyper FX, AI, AI marketing, interesting things that are happening in the Google Ads, meta ads landscape, any potential competitors and yeah, go ahead and assign that to yourself.
05:15
So I'll send this in.
05:17
And here we can see a couple different things happen.
05:20
Here we can see hypers calling a few different tools.
05:23
I'm able to actually click this to expand all of the different actions it's taking.
05:28
For example, it's reading skills.
05:30
I can click this and it's going to pull up the specific skill it's using to get the job done.
05:35
This is the case, in many different functions and actions.
05:39
Maybe it's building dashboards and things like that.
05:42
You, you can always just expand the actions, click the relevant one and you'll see it pop up in your agent panel.
05:48
Great.
05:49
Hyper said that it has scheduled itself to run daily at 2pm so if we go back to resources we can see there's a daily Reddit monitor task.
05:58
I can open this up and excellent.
06:00
Here are the instructions which I can expand so we can look at together.
06:04
Run a daily Reddit monitoring report covering three areas and yeah, this task is set up.
06:09
Looks good to me.
06:10
I can scroll down.
06:11
It is correctly set up to trigger on a daily schedule at 2pm PST every day.
06:17
Next is your agent inbox.
06:18
This is the chat and sort of action history associated with everything that this specific agent is doing.
06:25
We also have the overall history on the sidebar right here.
06:28
This is going to be the history across all of your different agents.
06:31
You can also expand this by clicking more and you're able to see everything that all of your agents are doing.
06:37
You can filter to only look at the history for a specific agent as well as filter for only specific tasks or just tasks as well as you know, if an agent is talking to you in Slack, you can filter for that.
06:49
We can also do this on our agent inbox.
06:52
And for example, here is an email triage task.
06:55
We can sort of distinguish this from social media scheduling, which was just a one off chat because we see this clock icon next to it, which means that it was a scheduled task.
07:06
So I'll click it and here we go.
07:08
We can see that this was the task that hyper ran while I was two hours ago.
07:13
What was I doing?
07:14
I was probably, you know, on a meeting.
07:16
So hyper was running this in the background.
07:18
And yeah, that's basically what a task looks like.
07:21
I can also filter by specific channels.
07:24
So I can click Slack and it looks like this agent, I haven't had it in my Slack, but if I come over to a different agent.
07:29
And now we can just go ahead and expand this and we can filter by slack.
07:33
Looks like 13 days ago this agent was active in my Slack.
07:36
So if I click this, this is actually the chat history of everything that happened in that Slack message.
07:42
So you have complete monitoring and observability whether you're working with agents in HYPER or outside of Hyper.
07:48
This is one of our CMO agents who basically runs marketing for us.
07:52
Now since we're looking at our CMO agent, I might as well go over a couple things.
07:56
First, we can see all these different context files.
07:59
For example, the OG image associated with our website Social, Intel md.
08:06
And this is basically all of the information that this agent needs to, yeah, run our marketing end to end.
08:12
We are actually launching something in the next few days that will make setting this up, the easiest thing ever.
08:18
All you'll need to do is bring your product URL and we'll handle all the heavy lifting, setting up all the different tasks, all of the context files and.
08:26
And yeah, so smooth sailing for you, basically.
08:29
the next thing is skills.
08:32
So if you want to attach skills to your agent, you can just hit plus choose Skills.
08:36
And then from here you can browse all the different skills that we have officially created, and maintain, on Hyper.
08:44
You're also able to create your own skills.
08:46
And you could think of skills as reusable capabilities that empower agents to operate like experts across the relevant domain.
08:52
You could also think of them just as like SOPs or frameworks in instructions for agents to, yeah, run workflows.
08:59
the next thing I'll cover is the difference between apps where you can add and manage all of your different app integrations as well as custom McPs and MCP.
09:07
This is going to be the hyper MCP server that allows you to take Hyper with you into any AI agent platform like Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, OpenClaw and so on.
09:18
It's an amazing feature and I'm so excited for you to check it out.
09:21
you can set it up by following these instructions and you can customize your MCP server by clicking on your default server here.
09:30
You can actually choose all of the different tools so the integrations, the connections that are associated with your direct account, as well as all of the different platform tools so things that we provide and also all of the different native hyper features that are available.
09:47
there's another video for this.
09:50
I will try to link it somewhere here where you could watch a longer form of me getting into it.
09:56
But basically the TLDR is that if you want to, let's say run ads from Claude, you would have to in many cases for find different custom MCPs and string together 40 plus APIs, and kind of maintain and manage that yourself.
10:13
Or you could just use Hyper MCP so you can choose which of your connections you'd like included.
10:19
You can also customize the permissions associated with each integration, whether they should automatically require your approval, whether they should be enabled.
10:27
And yeah from here you could just go ahead and set this up and connect it to whatever agent platform you'd like and you're basically bringing the entire hyper platform with you like a backpack with all of your app integrations, all of our built in tools like Social media Scrapers, and then all of our native tools.
10:46
The coolest thing about native tools and you can see I have an agents native tool associated with my mcp.
10:53
I can create and manage my agents from wherever I am, any AI platform, whether I'm know, doing something in Claude, or Codex, or chatgpt.
11:03
I can yeah create and manage agents from there because I have complete control over the hyper platform.
11:09
the last few things I'll briefly cover are on the.
11:12
More drop down on the sidebar.
11:13
The first is interfaces.
11:15
is every time an agent creates a dashboard, it's running analysis building reports that dashboard actually gets saved as a live artifact or interface that you're able to refresh with new data.
11:27
You can organize your interfaces in different folders and you're actually able to Open up public URLs, create public URLs and password protect them.
11:37
a lot of fun things you can do with this and yeah, we're excited to see what you get up to with interfaces.
11:42
The next thing is Hyper Database, probably my personal favorite feature.
11:47
And there's a few different things that are happening here.
11:49
The first is managed tables.
11:52
So when you connect your Google Ads, account, meta account, etc.
11:55
We spin up manage tables for you and you can think of it as a data pipeline and marketing data warehouse that is completely hands free for you.
12:05
it's managed by us.
12:07
We make sure that you have all of your marketing data context and your agents have it as well.
12:12
and this is key for agents making decisions in real time efficiently.
12:16
So let's say that you wanted to launch a new campaign across meta and Google and you wanted to understand what was working best across your accounts, you know, based on specific metrics, was it campaigns, audiences, targeting.
12:29
If you were to just have your agent pull that data directly from ad platforms, as well as things like Google Search Console, in your website.
12:38
It would take a long time and require them piping in a lot of data.
12:42
With Hyper database, real time, high quality data is just an arm's reach away for them so they're able to make decisions very quickly that yeah, are backed by your data.
12:52
The next thing is user tables.
12:54
So anytime you'd like to create a custom table.
12:58
And I'll kind of like make this a bit more simple.
13:00
Like let's say I want to create a custom CRM for an agent and I can just tell my agent, hey, can you look at my Gmail?
13:07
pull everyone I'm talking to and create a new table called, you know, MyCRM.
13:13
and I could show you a specific example of that.
13:16
So this is, a CRM I have that my agent is constantly refreshing and updating, with people that I'm talking to.
13:25
And we can actually see it has different columns.
13:27
I can expand these, whether it has sent emails, replied emails.
13:32
And this is a great way for agents to store data and interact with it over time.
13:38
So you can do pretty much anything with this.
13:40
we'll continue to release templates, examples in a few different ways that make it really easy for you to, yeah, explore what's possible.
13:48
The next thing is knowledge bases.
13:50
So if you'd like to create a knowledge base, you can just click Create Knowledge Base and you're able to upload existing files, connect things to Google Drive.
13:57
You can also scrape URLs, and build custom knowledge bases that you attach to your agent.
14:03
And you could think of this as, let's say you have a Google Drive folder with pre existing documentation for, you know, onboarding new employees and you want to give all of that access to, an agent.
14:15
You could just build that knowledge base and connect it to your agent.
14:18
In addition to knowledge bases, we have a native file system.
14:20
I talked about how it's sort of like a native Google Drive for both you and your agents.
14:25
and you can open up your files and here we can see all of the different files that exist.
14:31
And the coolest thing about this is I can upload files, to this date to this system, but so can my agent has complete access to everything in my native file system.
14:41
So you can pretty much do anything with this.
14:43
It's a great way to store information, documents.
14:46
It also keeps everything that your agents are doing in one place so that your context isn't spread out everywhere.
14:52
so for example, I could open up a couple of these.
14:56
This is one of our folders associated with an agent that has all of our generation and references from things like Pinterest, competitors.
15:07
And it's well organized in a folder that my Agent can interact with pull from whenever it wants and so can I.
15:13
You can build out knowledge bases the way we had just gone through it, but you can also just tell your agents to build out files with information, scraping websites and then telling it to you know, attach that file to itself or just, you know, mention it in the future.
15:27
The next thing we have on files is skills.
15:29
Here you can browse all of the official skills as well as your own.
15:33
You can tell it's official or if it's something that you've generated based on this official badge or we're constantly updating these.
15:39
These are very high quality skills that we've been working on for a long time.
15:43
So we're excited for you to give them a go with your agent The best thing about skills is that rather than having to tell your agents which skill to use or attach all of these skills to each agent, agents on Hyper just know, I'm going to go look for all of the official hyper skills and see if there's anything that will help us ship, you know, this work.
16:01
if I go back to new chat, you're able to also add skills to, to agents.
16:07
It's not a bad thing to do.
16:09
it's sort of like, you know, double reinforcement learning.
16:12
If it's a really specific skill that you'd like that agent to always use, and if it's a skill that you've created, you should definitely go ahead and add it to this agent.
16:21
And it's not a bad thing to just always add these skills to your agent so that they're again right there in arm's reach.
16:27
You're also able to add skills here.
16:29
you, if you'd like to create your own skills, you should absolutely just tell your agent in hyper to create the skill.
16:35
So for example in chat saying, hey, can you create a skill for generating on brand ad creatives?
16:41
Here's the process I'd like you to follow.
16:43
Let's iterate on it and build the skill out together.
16:46
Hyper will hyper or whatever agent on Hyper will build that skill for you and you'll be good to go.
16:53
You're also able to import skills.
16:55
So in addition to creating skills manually, you can upload them or import them from GitHub.
17:00
so if you find a skill that you'd like, you can just Click import from GitHub, put in that GitHub URL and it will import the skill.
17:06
and it's ready to go for you.
17:07
there.
17:07
Two more things.
17:08
On the more dropdown, you can go to browser contacts We can go to create context and we can name this LinkedIn example and we can go ahead and choose a starting domain to authenticate.
17:21
We can choose an existing domain or something custom.
17:24
And really what this is is we're just going to log in to this web browser with the credentials we would use, to log into these accounts normally on our own computer.
17:33
So I can say create and authenticate.
17:35
let's say that there are specific actions on platforms, that an agent can't access via API or custom MCP or a platform like LinkedIn is quite API hostile, and they don't have any direct integrations via the Hyper browser.
17:53
You're able to log in with those credentials to this browser and an agent can use a computer just like you would.
18:01
These are saved to this specific browser context.
18:03
So you can just pull upon them from chat and tell your agent to use that.
18:08
This is taking a moment, but here we go.
18:11
Great.
18:11
So from here I can just actually log in with my LinkedIn, press, save and close.
18:16
And then what you're able to do and now let's say that you're in chat and you want to give your agent access to a browser context, you can click Add browser context, click the browser context and then choose which one.
18:28
So for example, live has my LinkedIn login.
18:31
So if I'd like my agent to be doing things for me on LinkedIn, I can just click this It'll go ahead and save it to this agent and, and then yeah, you can consider your agent pretty limitless when it comes to using the web.
18:42
The caveat here is that agents are really slow when it comes to, you know, scrolling web pages and interacting with the Internet.
18:49
There are a few exciting things we're doing as well as other people are doing that we're going to be using in Hyper soon.
18:55
on this front I would say it's sort of a last resort when it comes to taking actions on the Internet, because it is very credit intensive.
19:03
all right, last but not least, we can head to the Discover page.
19:06
We're doing a massive overall here soon.
19:08
We have about 15 new agents that we're about to publish.
19:11
But basically the TLDR is these are all different agent templates that you can just go ahead and explore.
19:18
And let's say that, you know, social media monitoring was a really interesting agent for you.
19:22
You could click this, click install template and boom, this agent now exists in your existing workspace and you can just send this message in and Hyper will actually help you customize this agent to match, you know, your context.
19:39
the final tip I will give you is that you can click any of these items underneath the chat input on your agents, and see all these different example use cases.
19:51
So for example, let's say I want to launch ads, I can click this and it will actually pre populate the chat input with exactly what I would say if I wanted to do this.
20:00
So it's basically like you have, you know, the hyper team alongside you in many different ways.
20:06
so yeah, highly recommend.
20:08
We have tons of templates.
20:09
So for example, let's say you want to research and post LinkedIn, you could click this.
20:13
It'll actually tell you which integrations you need to connect if you haven't connected them already and, and boom, you'll be able to just go ahead and do these things.
20:22
as easy as that.
20:24
Lastly, I recommend checking out Explore Hyper here you can check out videos, as well as help and support with documentation.
20:33
The big one here is just definitely join the community.
20:36
If you ever have a question, have any feedback or an integration request we're always online.
20:41
this is a Slack where you'll be able to talk to other people using Hyper, get direct access to us.
20:47
And yeah, we're so, so excited to chat with you and help you go all in on AI.
