FynchAI: Getting Started with Brand Studio 🎨

Hey everyone.

Malin from Fynch.

Today we are going to explore Brand Studio.

So the three components of it and how you can get started with using it right away.

So jumping right in, I can orient you to where we're at in the workspace.

The Brand Studio is located in the Hamburger main nav section.

And right now I'm inside of, an A.I.

powell's workspace, which is an independent bookstore based here in Portland, Oregon.

So there's three main parts.

Like I said to Brand Studio.

The first one is brand guidelines.

So this is likely familiar to you, but this is really the foundation and backbone of your business itself.

So when you first sign up with Fynch, this gets generated based on your website, your branding, everything that's out there.

We go levels deep on your website and get a really good sense of a few things here.

So you can see voice and tone, key messaging.

It gets into some of the, design components like color palettes, typography, imagery, writing style and logos.

So the goal of this is it's actually a living and breathing document.

Your agent is constantly thinking about it and making updates to this in real time, based on what's happening with your business, your website and all these other things.

the second thing it does is it makes sure that all of the content and imagery that you're generating as part of the platform and with Fynch and your agents, are on brand and really feel like they are, on point with your business.

So like most of the, places within the workspace too, you have some options here in this bar as well.

You can edit this document manually.

If you have adjustments you wanted to make, you can ask the AI to refine it.

there's lots of options here, within Brand Guidelines.

the second tabs appear.

So I'm going to jump over into voices and I'll explain what this is.

So this is really a way for you to define distinct brand voices within your business.

So an example might be maybe you're writing content for, from the perspective of the CEO or the founder of the business.

But then also there's content that needs to be written from the head of engineering.

And maybe you have your own personal style.

All of those are different people with different approaches to writing and how they approach content.

So this allows you to create distinct, Personas for each of those.

So same thing.

When you first sign up with Fynch, we generate what's, what's called a corporate, brand voice for you.

So this would be, think of it like your Website brand voice.

You know, when you're writing content on your website or if you have marketing emails that don't come from a specific person, this gives you, that at least core starting point to begin with.

So see, this gets broken down.

There's a decent amount of sections that go into all the details within this.

And again, this helps drive any content you create to ensure that it's really, aligned with that specific person.

So this one, like I said, corporate's already been generated, but let's go ahead and make another one, within Powell's.

So you have actually multiple options in terms of how to do that and how to manage all this.

So one here you can go ahead and manually define a brand voice.

So if you wanted to create, or basically establish one you already know, or bringing it into Finch, you can name it, and kind of write the details here and go ahead and get that generated.

A, second way is if you don't already have those defined, you can drop a name in here and then just share a link.

So this can be, a blog post is a really good example, or substack article or a LinkedIn post.

Really anything that's a public URL that is published in this particular person or this voice, that you want to go ahead and grab.

The agent will read that, read the content and go ahead and generate all of this as a new voice for you.

but one way that I also like, that is a third way to get brand, voices created is just via chat.

So down here you have this icon for the robot which allows you to start chatting with your agent.

So another way you can do is you can ask your agent to be doing any of this sort of stuff, whether it's brand voice or other things we talk about in our videos.

But I'm going to go ahead and grab.

There's a marketing email that Powell sent out and this is actually coming from their current CEO.

So this is from Emily Powell.

So this is another good example of I'm going to grab this content and use this as Instagram inspiration to generate a brand voice for Emily.

So the reason I'm doing this is because Pals doesn't have a blog, unfortunately, or anything that's easy to grab from a public URL.

But this is again another way to do this, which is great.

So I just come back into the workspace and then I can ask the agent, please generate a new brand voice called Emily.

Powell used the following email copy as inspiration to generate.

And then I'll just go ahead and paste that in there and I'll kick that off.

All right, so that's off.

The agent's working on that and is thinking.

So I'm going to close that.

and while that's working, we can jump into this third tab which is audiences.

So audiences is really now the customer side of when we're thinking about Brand Studio.

So this allows you to define, maybe call them segments or Personas or buyer Personas, but you can create and establish these for all your main types of customers.

So same thing here, you have some options.

You can manually create them, you can have the agent help you, you can ask and chat, you can and email, you can bring these over if you already have these well defined.

there's lots of options here as well.

you can see that here's an example of the conscious local consumer.

So it gives you an overview.

You're going to have demographics and context, key traits, behavior patterns, pain points, motivation.

There's a lot of detail in here which makes it really helpful.

And similarly to what I talked about with the brand guidelines, all of these are living and breathing documents.

your agent is constantly thinking about this and actually in the background will periodically do market research, pain point research, company research, website research to make sure that these are still accurate and up to date and will make automatically any adjustments to your buyer Personas for you.

which is really nice way to make this hands off but also make it really, really great experience.

Alright, so let's actually pop back into here.

it looks like the agents responded and it went ahead and created the brand voice that I asked for.

So let's click on that.

so now I have a brand new voice called Emily Powell.

So you can see it breaks it down with all the important sections here and has a really good even some sample messaging here as well too.

So now this is saved alongside my corporate voice that I already had as an existing one.

So now putting this all together, this is where this becomes really powerful.

Is now anytime I want to draft content, let's say for example I want to write a blog post.

You'll see as I'm doing that now I have the option to, to add a target audience, which is what we just talked about, your buyer Personas.

And then also I can add a specific voice.

So for example, here's the new voice I created with Emily Powell.

And if I wanted to, I don't have to, but I could also add one and say okay for my corepower user.

So now I'm now writing a blog in Emily's Voice for a specific audience based on real, live, evolving data from what we just defined within Brand Studio.

So this is true within any sort of content or any sort of content related requests that you're making.

Inside the workspace, you have this option to specify voice and target audience, which becomes really, really powerful.

And also, Brand guidelines is inherently part of anything you do, whether it's content or otherwise within that.

So that's that third component that gets pulled in as well.
