before the membership, what was the biggest challenge you were dealing with?

I.

The biggest challenge for me was I've had.

I, have a premium offer, and it is a offer that.

Where I takes people through.

Take my clients through a.

A journey.

Okay.

And it's, It's.

It's a phased approach, and all my notion built out was scattered all over the place.

It's funny how I say those things to my clients, and I need exactly those help with.

To somebody to help me get it organized and get it all systemized and everything.

So I've had everything kind of, on notion, but there was no, you know, I have not built a repeatable system.

And I knew that if I'm going to get bogged down with more clients, it's going to be a problem where I'm running out of space.

I'm running out of, you know, access points.

I'm Running out of how to do, how to streamline it in a way that's going to help me stay focused.

And that's a big deal for me because I practice what I preach.

And so I hired you to help me with that.

And after, I don't, I can't remember the exact word I used or the phrase, but I remember just looking at my notion dashboard, I almost cried.

I almost in tears because it was just so.

Is exactly what I wanted.

It's exactly what I wanted.

So that gave me the foundation, honestly, to, to now I can build similar things with a cohort or if I wanted to do a, a program of some sort, another mini program of that, sort.

And I just, I, I really, I can't stress enough how important it is as a solopreneur, as a business owner, as someone, even if you have one person in your team to get these things in order, because there will come a time where you just, you're just spinning your wheels, you are moving from one thing to next without any sort of organization or plan, and things get really chaotic really fast.

For sure, for sure.

Now, even though I, yes, my days are chaotic because I've got a full plate.

You know, I have a family, I'm a parent and I have lots of things in my head.

But you know, the energy management system and the things that you've showed around on notion, I have them, I know where to access them, I, I know where to get it.

It's just a matter of me disciplining myself and actually telling myself, okay, just keep going, you know, and the membership is the voice that makes you keep going.

That's beautifully said.

I never even thought about that in a sense, so I'm just learning myself of just.

I'm learning, I'm here learning as I'm in this.

That's what I love about, you know, being a business owner and just being able to talk to people.

You learn ways of how other people interpret things.

So thank you for that and I'm glad that this, this program has really helped you, as far as, like, if you can like, think about, you know, like your first office hours and Sorry.

how has, office hours supported you?

Any specific moments that kind of like stood out to you?

man, I remember this one specific one and I think I texted you, I messaged you on LinkedIn.

It's like, my goodness, I'm working through this phase.

And I was stuck because I wanted to.

You know, I'm always refining my questions and my homework assignments for my clients.

I get immediate feedback and I'm Like, how can I make this better?

Right?

How can I make this easier for my clients to understand how they can not just complete the assignment, but after they complete the assignment, what kind of journaling, what kind of things that they can unlock the insights on their own without constantly relying on me.

Right?

and I was stuck.

And when you showed me the Notion AI, I was like, this is beautiful.

I didn't know how to phrase this, or I didn't know how to come up with 10 questions.

And it took my philosophy, it took my methodology, and literally gave me the questions that I couldn't even.

It would have taken me hours to come up with that.

It did it in seconds.

And that's the kind of.

And I'm not saying that, you know, use Notion AI with a blank statement.

You must have something in place in order to understand that.

Right?

But I was lucky in a fact that, you know, I already had all the material.

I had everything in place.

Right.

I just needed someone like you to show me, hey, you know what?

You can work smart, not hard.

And.

And that's the beauty of actually using Notion and using Notion AI is that, if.

If you place all the data in there, you can use your AI to pretty much pop out anything, curate all these things.

And now you're moving faster throughout your day, right?

So I love that you were able to get that from office hours.

for me, just kind of demoing, you know, the first 10 minutes of just demoing a feature so people can just know all the million features that's in notion, because there's.

So it's really good that you grab that and you implemented it immediately.

So, I'm glad and I hope that continues to go because every day I'm shocked of what Notion AI can do.

Every day I'm just like, thank you so much for giving me my hour back.

Right.

I am in the process of slowly merging from Claude to.

Because Notion AI has everything in it, right?

It's got the cloud, it's got the open channel ChatGPT and all that.

And so I'm in the process of actually moving all my projects files and things like that so I can use Notion AI in one place to do all that.

It's a process, but I'll get there.

I think that's probably the next thing I need to work with you.

And how do I migrate everything from there, and build a notion AI agent, AI agent to help me streamline everything.

Honestly that's the, that's probably the next thing but I just, I love the fact that you created a community around this and the access is a no brainer for people even thinking about this.

If you're like, yeah, I, I can buy these templates, notion templates from, you know, I don't know, Etsy and all these third party sites and vendors that are selling it.

But listen, if you don't have someone in your corner asking you the right questions and you could be building anything that has nothing to do with what you want to accomplish.

So again, you know, it's I, I don't, I don't know why people would do that, but I guess they do, you know.

But yeah, it's, it's, yeah, that was, that was literally going to be my next question which was if you were telling a friend about the plug or you know, about your services here, what would you say and who is it best for?

Yeah, I think it's really awesome for entrepreneurs and somebody who, or solopreneurs who are overwhelmed by, with running multiple things and you know, when you said hey, you don't need these 10 subscriptions, you can just kind of use everything for notion.

And I love notion in the beginning but I didn't realize the power of it.

I didn't realize how dangerous this platform is in a good way.

You know what I'm saying?

Like it is absolutely.

It's got no competition.

I don't know if any platform can compete with this, you know, so even using Google and I've tried, I've tried, you know, and I just, I'm someone who's been in business for a long, long time.

I'm probably less than some of the other ones who's been in for almost two decades, not nearly that, but seven, eight years of tinkering with different type of platforms and systems and trying to streamline my, you know, ideas and thoughts into one place.

It hasn't been easy, you know, and there's, there's not many people who understands the complexity of how of running multiple things in your business to glue things each other to work.

It actually, it actually steals not only your focus but it takes away the joy of running your business.

Yeah, because you're not an operator.

You're not an operator.

You do what you do best.

Right.

You're good at, you're good at coaching, you're good at, your methodology.

Right.

So you want to be able to stay in your lane.

And I think that was the point of this membership, is that I didn't want to do it at a high price, but I want people to be able to use my operating brain and also my tools and then we just build their system little by little.

And when they're ready or if they have questions, there's many dropping points where they can come and get unblocked.

Right.

But you don't have to pay me full time.

Right.

Because I'm expensive and a lot of people I work with are smaller businesses.

So I do that.

When you can just join a membership and you can slowly build.

Right?

Yeah.

But, you know, you'll be able to get the support that's necessary.

Yeah.

And I think that was really smart that you added this as a back pocket for tag, you know, tagging on to your one on ones.

Because yes, it's great that you built the software and then, you know, not software, but you build a system for it.

But then we're not done yet.

We still have to do we.

We still have to run this machine, you know, since working with me, what is a result that you're the most proud of?

Man, I have my blueprint.

I have my blueprint and now I can create, you know, a smaller version, which I'm excited to, you know, at some point I'm going to make a call with you, but I want to test out a cohort, which is kind of like a sandwich version of what I doing for my 90 day that you've helped me build.

and I want to test it out and see what happens.

But what gets me excited is that, you know, now I know I've seen it, what's possible.

Once you see what's possible, you can't unsee, it, you know, so that's the exciting part.
