All right, question number one is, before working with Merkabah or joining the Plug, what was your biggest challenge you were dealing with?

My biggest challenge was staying organized, for myself because I'm always doing client work and then like my own stuff gets sort of chaotic or like ignored.

And so I actually first started using Notion to try to create a cotton calendar for myself so I could see everything clearly.

and I used at the time Chat Garage GPT to help me do it.

And once I saw like, it's not too difficult, it's and like I could see the potential.

I happened to see your post for a, a workshop and I thought, perfect, let me go learn.

And then you just wowed me with what you showed me and then I think I booked a call with you and decided to join.

And since then like, yeah, we've built out my, my people tracker which has been also a big thing for me.

Like that was the other thing I really wanted to see if Notion could do.

and like having the LinkedIn, connector so that like when I meet someone I can just add them through this little plug and then it adds them to my people tracker with their photo, with their LinkedIn page and then I can add a little quick note of why I connected with or how.

yeah, like I just needed more organization and like my own operation system and I like to be a little hands on.

So Notion has been great that way.

Perfect, perfect.

speaking of like the support, you know, with the, with the membership comes office hours and depending on what's here, you could get one on one services.

is there any moment that kind of like stopped stood out as happened in like office hours or in our 101.

That's just like that was that, that nailed it.

Like I definitely got the complete value I was looking for.

I mean I can think of our last one where you, or a couple sessions ago where you built out my entire dashboard for me.

that's amazing.

And I love it because I like going into my space and looking at how like pretty and neat it looks and just being able to easily navigate and like I created a little positivity corner so I have my like positive quote each day that I update it with.

Yeah, I wish you could show it off because it really was a, like you definitely added your touch to it.

And I think that's the best part about about notion is that you really can.

Once you get past the building part, you can start to make it your own.

Yeah.

Your own workspace.

Yeah.

But also, just so people know, like, the dashboard, the way Micah built it out, it's all connected to each other.

So everything speaks to each other.

And that's.

That for me, is a challenge for myself because, like, I don't have the time to sit down and do all that or figure it out too.

So Micah just did their magic and, it's beautiful.

Right, Right.

And I think that's like, the difference then when you're buying another template or when you have somebody that's next to you that already knows how to do this part, they have an operational mindset.

And I think that's kind of the difference.

When you were doing it on your own and when you're doing it with somebody, they're like, yeah, all these things should be connected because at some point you'll connect your content to your task.

At some point you'll connect a lead to a meeting or whatever the case may be.

So meet them all together.

And it also, it's been really helpful just to have like, my own operations person kind of, you know.

So Mike is definitely part of the Red Balloon Station team.

And.

yeah.

you mentioned the templates.

And the templates are fantastic too.

They're really just thoughtfully created.

and like, sometimes there'll be like, parts of it where I'm like, maybe I don't actually need it that way, but at least, like, you've thought through things the way notion doesn't.

Like notion templatizes just general, like, generally.

And Micah really takes into consideration, like, I think your own workflow, probably Micah.

And then, but also, like, what.

What would actually be useful for us, especially as, like, service providers.

And then when Micah asked for, like, template ideas, I said, you know what would be helpful?

Having a conference tracker.

Because I've been thinking about and like, looking into conferences, but have no idea.

So anytime anyone, mentions one, we now have a conference and event tracker.

And I'm able to just plop it in so I can, like, look at it.

I think one thing, I don't know if it's in there, but what I would.

Would love to do is kind of have reminders for when to check back in on them or, like, register for them for the next year.

that is definitely a property.

And that's a question to come to office hours with.

Right.

Or to add to our community board, because you could say, hey, Mike, I'm running into this.

Can we, is there a way that we can add that?

Right, yeah.

So in the community board you can easily come and ask that question and those and I'll reply back to you on how to do that.

So, but that's the part of, you know, getting a template.

and then, okay, I can't have this.

I don't need that.

We could delete that and it doesn't break everything because you don't use it.

It's just I don't use that for my business.

But maybe somebody else in a different use case, they will use that.

And even if you did delete it and come back and say, hey, Micah, you know, I actually did need that thing.

What is it?

Come to office hours and me at the property right there.

What is it to come to our one on ones.

Right.

You do have that operator kind of side by side with you, along the way.

And you don't have to pay me full price, right.

To actually hire somebody to do this for you, right?

Yeah.

the membership is fantastic.

Like being able to have office hours and then our monthly like 30 minutes to tackle a problem.

It's just so helpful to be able to.

And I know there's also like Sunday co working sessions which I can never make because I have tiny kids.

But, but still like just being able to have so much access and like almost like immediate support.

And Micah's fantastic about when I have a question and DM them and yeah, it's, yeah, it's just a great, great support system.

okay, so next question is, if you were telling a friend about the plug, what would you say?

And you're really good at this because you've definitely been telling everybody, my gosh.

We appreciate you, Aaron Merkabah.

But, so yeah, back to the question of if you were telling a friend about the plug, what would you say and who it is best for?

well, what I've been telling people, anytime someone tells me they have like an organization issue or even CRM, needs, then I say, my gosh.

Do you use notion?

If you don't, you need to maybe start but talk to Micah.

meet with him or see.

Or meet with them and see, when their next workshop is.

Because, again, I've already said this, but what Micah's helped me build out with Notion, it really makes me, as a solopreneur, add a creative brain with adhd.

like, just much more organized within my own business.

And, like, and I'm someone.

Like, I'm tech.

I'm, like, okay with tech.

Like, I can figure things out, but, too much of it makes my brain hurt.

And, like, yeah.

So I, always tell them to talk to Micah.

And then I actually show everyone my dashboard now and, like, all the things that I can do and all the things I do in it.

also recording my meeting notes now.

my gosh.

Like, the way.

The way notes.

Notion transcribes meeting notes, it makes it so easy.

And then your whole summary is there.

Like, everything is in Notion, and it just makes it easier.

and one of my other communities, we're always getting, like, Google Docs to track things.

And now I'm like, I'm gonna recreate this in Notion.

And I'm at a point, too, where I think I'm gonna be, knocking on Micah's door again, Merkaba's door, and say, can you just do this for me?

Like, create this Google sheet in Notion for me and.

And notify it.

That's what I made a word called Notify.

Yeah.

Since Working with Merkabah and being in the plug, what results are you the most proud of?

And you kind of tapped on this earlier, but, what's the ones you're the most proud of.

The results I'm most proud of are the dashboard, because it keeps me just generally organized and, like, easy to access.

All the key places I need to go.

All my reminders are right there in front of my face.

And the way I've personalized it just feels like a happy place.

But also, like, the.

The way I'm able to keep track of people who come into my world now so easily.

and so in such an organized way that.

That I am proud of and, like, grateful for.

and then also my something we haven't talked about, my AI agent, Jolly.

That is one piece that really makes Notion, all the more easy to use, too, because I literally go, jolly, I need this in this place or whatever.

And, like, you can easily get things done and put in the right place so you're not searching yourself everywhere thinking, like, where did I put this?

You know?

So, yeah, love it, love it.
