All right, I'm going to be going over what is Raw Claw.

I want to give you my entire brain of why we do what we do, what it looks like on our end and how we fulfill, why we do it that way and what we actually do.

Why do people come to us, who comes to us and what are we delivering?

What is the end goal?

Okay, so what is Raw Claw and what do we do?

The main goal and our number one thing is to make it as easy as possible for a business to become AI Native.

What is AI Native?

AI Native is a business that is always moving towards or building around AI.

Okay?

This means that they are always optimizing for AI to be the person that does the tasks.

They are always optimizing for data to feed AI.

They are always optimizing and moving towards the direction of AI.

That is our goal.

We are trying to take.

And who are we trying to take in that direction?

So who is our icp?

What do they look like?

What do they do?

Our icp?

The people that we are selling to are founders and CEOs, obviously that are doing 3 to 15 million dollars per year.

They run some type of service business that can look like rather a marketing agency, a SEO agency.

It can be a life insurance business, it can be a sales agency, it can be a consulting business, a coaching business, whatever it is the certain type of service business.

Okay?

From there, they are typically around the 15 to 30 to 50 employee count.

Okay?

This is how many employees or team members that they have on their team.

Depends range to range.

Sometimes they're doing more revenue than that.

Sometimes they have more team members or less team members.

It doesn't matter.

Okay?

But the thing is that they typically they have team members and they have people.

Now these people that we are selling to, they are very, very wealthy, okay?

And they like to move fast, they don't like to waste time.

And they want shit done without them thinking, okay?

These people have a lot of shit that they have to deal with.

Like we said, they have 15 to 50 employees.

They have the money, so they don't care.

What they need is something that is seamless, it's smooth, and they don't have to think about it.

I can tell you right now, after running this company, I know what it feels like to just have a ton of shit going on.

And we want to make it as simple as possible to where they can just pay and get the result.

Okay, whatever that looks like.

In the meantime, it does not matter.

We just need to have them pay, get the result.

And minimize the amount of time that they have to learn.

AI to train the AI, answer questions, get on calls.

All of that needs to be minimized as much as possible to where they can pay on their card and get the result.

So with that being said, that also affects the way we communicate with them.

That means that we communicate efficiently.

We give them deliverables.

We don't ask shitty questions and we don't just randomly call them.

We tell them a, date and time if we are going to meet.

We give them deliverables.

When we communicate, we say, this is what's been done.

This is what we need from you.

We do not say, hey, you know, hey, client, you know, I just wanted to know, is this kind of the thing that you're thinking about or this?

No, you say, this is what I've done.

This was the other option that we had to do, but I chose this one because of this reason.

And you have them tell you no, but you always bring them with a result because we do not have time to, to waste their time.

This is the same in the marketing process.

Whenever we are marketing to them, we are very direct.

We tell them the price and we do exactly what we say we are going to do.

Simple as that.

Okay?

There is no hidden cost or hidden things.

We lay it out for them, we show them exactly what's gonna happen and we execute on it.

Okay, now what does this process look like for us?

What is our fulfillment and what is the goal here?

The goal is to, the second that they pay, have our process automated until the audit, which I'll get into the company database and the training.

Those are the only three things that we should be doing manually.

And we want to cut this training as much as possible to a point where we are just doing an audit and we are just building the company database on our end.

Okay?

The second that these people pay, I need them to be going through our customer portal.

Okay?

We welcome them in the slack, we say, hello, thank you so much.

And I want them to go through our customer portal.

This customer portal is going to have a bunch of questions about who they are, what they do.

We want to have them load as much stuff as possible, load all of their SOPs, which is a standard operating procedure, which, which just means it is a process that an employee does.

Okay?

We want to load their YouTube channel, their Instagram channel, their.

We want them to give us access to their Facebook Ads manager.

We want them to give all of their SOPs.

We want them to give us API access to whatever Platforms that they're on or at least lay out the platforms that they, that they're using in the different softwares that they have across the board.

Along with that we want them to answer like what their goal is with this, who they are, how many team members they have and break it down so that we have as much information to build out the company database.

This company database is our main deliverable.

If we get this right, we get everything right.

And this is our main deliverable is the company database.

The goal with this company database is to have everything about their business in one Supabase vector store.

Okay, so this is all of their sales calls, their best performing videos, so that the AI can understand what's performed for them and repeat it so that when we install the AI talent within their business, then it already knows who they are, what they sound like, what their best performers are and it can double down the based off of data.

Okay, so this is best performing YouTube, you know, best performing Instagram content.

We want their SOPs, we want their best performing ads.

Now if we need a support in this process of getting this, by all means we support getting it.

But we want to go from payment to company database as soon as possible.

And we want to have this company database structured in a way where we know every single time it is the same format, maybe we add a couple of layers, but we want it productized on our end.

Along with that we want to take their information and have the agents trained on it.

So how do I want the fulfillment to look like?

Because right now we have it to where we have the company database and we're giving them agents.

I want to make it in a way where when we build this company database, they can simply just hire an AI employee and talk to it the same exact way they would a normal employee.

So what does this look like in practice?

We take the onboarding and customer portal which we connect to so that we know all of our clients information.

Then we take this company database and Dylan goes through an audit across the entire organization.

Right.

This looks like maybe one to three calls with their entire org chart.

So if this is a person, they have their marketing department, they have their sales department, and they have their ops department.

Say, right.

I want Dylan to be able to go through and figure out every single employee in each department, get all of the SOPs in each department and be able to understand exactly what each person is doing day to day, what platforms they are moving through, what the actual task that they're doing is so that we can turn it into an SOP.

So we legit understand that say 1:30 every single day the marketing manager goes to Facebook ads and creates a report.

Right?

We want to SOP that so that we can turn that into an LLM scheduled task.

Do you understand?

Right.

So once Dylan has done this entire audit, we want to be able to map out exactly what it is that we need to build what employees, AI employees must be installed in into their system.

Okay?

So Dylan is going to give us a map.

He's going to help us understand what people are doing day to day, what can be replaced, what can be delegated and what needs to be, you know, stay to a human.

From there, we want to create our what it is Raw Claw dashboard.

Okay?

We want to make it so stupidly easy to be able to just hire talent.

They should be able to go on this dashboard, you know, you know, see their numbers, their sales numbers, whatever it looks like.

And we want to be able for them to have legit a button to be able to click and hire an employee.

So it should say, you know, plus copywriter, say within Raw Claw, we have it trained on all of the copywriting material.

All of these agents in the back end of just the base.

Raw Claw is trained on all of the content, examples, all of the copy, absolutely everything.

And it is already pre injected into this backend.

So now when they press, you know, plus copywriter, this is obviously hooked up to their company LLM once we deploy it to them, Mind you, this is all running on a server or you know, virtual machine.

So they do not see this.

All they have is one URL to go to.

In that URL they can see an entire AI org chart where they can see a CEO agent, you know, and then they can see their different departments.

Now how do I want this to look?

I want them to be able to legit press plus under the marketing department and they identify, hey, we need a AI copywriter.

I want them to be able to press plus on a copywriter and be able to deploy a new agent that is a copywriter that is added to this org chart.

So each department within the company has a manager, an AI manager.

So there is an AI manager of marketing and AI manager of sales.

And underneath them they have sub agents.

So they can press the the plus copywriter.

They will get a copywriter that is an AI agent.

They can click into this and they can talk to this agent.

When this agent is spun up, I want them to spin up number one.

We have them already trained based off of that base RAW claw that I was talking about.

So we have in the base RAW claw, we already have copywriting training.

So whenever they press plus and create a new agent, it's, it already understands what copywriting is, but it spins up based off of this company LLM and trains itself.

So whenever they press plus copywriter, it will spin up an agent that is pre trained in his head and then it will look at the company database and train itself automatically.

Hold up, I missed this.

Whatever, Right.

So it will spin up on its own look at the company database and all autonomously, just by them pressing.

They will have an AI copywriter that is trained on all of their best performing, knows and understands copywriting, which is just sales words, right?

Whenever you're creating a website, whenever you're writing a piece of content or an ad, this is the copywriter.

And anybody in the organization can click in and talk to this AI copywriter.

Okay?

So that is how I want the agents to work.

I want them to be able to press a button and hire an employee, click into the employee and talk to them.

Okay?

That is it.

From there we can start to build out.

Say they have it in Slack and they press at copywriter, et cetera, et cetera.

But at the core, that is what I want.

This copywriter also has a sandboxed memory, if you will.

So this copywriter has access to this company database, but along with that, it has its own similar to CLAUDE projects or CLAUDE managed agents.

It has its own little box of memory that no one else can see, but that is persistent.

So that every single time they write a piece of copy, it looks at this sandbox of information which most of the time is going to be just examples and things of that nature.

So from a dashboard perspective, this is how I want it to look.

They have different departments, so they have a nav bar, they have a marketing department, they have a sales, they have an ops.

You get the point, right?

When they are in the marketing department, I want them to be able to see all of their numbers of marketing.

I want them to be able to see their AI org chart and all of their people.

And I want in this org chart for them to be able to click into an agent right here, it pops up maybe a chat right here.

And they can talk to this agent that has a persistent memory and they can talk to it.

Along with that is they can add files to this.

So if they want to drop, say they had a really good, you know, ad campaign and one of their ads did really good.

I Want them to be able to go to the marketing department, go to the sub agent that is the media buyer.

I want them to be able to click into it, they can chat with it, but I also want them to be able to drop files in it, whether that's images or photos.

And then every single time that this agent goes to create an ad, it looks at that persistent memory, looks at the company database, and then goes and creates that ad.

right along with that, I want them to be able to add users to this.

So for example, the CEO would have this entire dashboard with all the different things, but then he can add users to the certain ones so he can add his marketing manager to the marketing department, so they can only see the marketing department and they have access to all of these agents.

Right?

Everybody in the company should have access to all of these agents, right?

Maybe there is a credentials section that only the admin users can use.

so the CEO, maybe the coo, whatever, whoever gets admin access to this dashboard.

And they can connect absolutely everything, you know, Slack Stripe, their CRM, whatever it is, they can connect to it and they are able to have that within all of the agents, right?

So that is what we are, who we do.

This process should be seamless for us.

For us.

They should go through the portal, which is automated, okay?

They should automatically get their server spun up.

If we have to do this automatically, no problem.

They should get their company database, which again should be pretty automatic.

If we ask the right questions in the portal, we should be able to spin up a company database.

Say they drop all of their best performing stuff in there.

We can just go and scrape that.

if they put YouTube, their YouTube channel, we go and scrape their best performing YouTube videos with Apify, whatever it looks like, and create this company database automatically.

It automatically spins up a server maybe attached to this portal.

They have like a key so that whenever we go into the server and we, you know, install Raw Claw, whatever, it's a dot, sh, whatever it looks like, it runs all of the things that need to be installed and then they enter the, their key from the portal and it automatically connects to this portal so that it can train itself and build itself.

It automatically connects to this company database, whatever.

If they have to do multiple keys within the onboarding process of Raw Claw, And it connects to all of this so that it's pre trained.

The dashboard is already there and it's completely automated to a point where we do the audit, we map it out, we, we pre build in the sales department the marketing department, the ops department, based off of their answers.

So we pre put in, you know, a copywriter, a media buyer, whatever.

They're already trained on all their best stuff.

And then on that monthly retainer, we're able to help them month after month, put new updates in, create new agents.

maybe they have an engineering team so they can build out their own little mini SaaS applications.

That is the goal.

We want to make it so stupidly easy to press a button, create a new employee that has a persistent memory, actually gives a good output, have a company database underneath all of it, and then we are able to have our fulfillment productized.

That is the vision.

That is what Rod Claw is, that is what we do, and that is what the entire fulfillment process should look like.
