Hi, this is about configuring telephony and dogram.

you can select this telephony option on the left nav bar and you will land at this page.

Now you have an option to add multiple configurations.

These telephony configurations could be of different providers or they could be of the same provider but different accounts.

So you might want to maintain one configuration for your staging, other for production.

So it's entirely as per your requirement.

Now you click at Add Configuration.

To add a new telephony configuration you give it a logical name.

So I'll give it Twilio Demo.

So these are the different providers that we support.

So I'll be selecting Twilio.

And then you need to add Account SID and Account Token.

So these you can easily find on the Twilio dashboard.

And note that I still haven't linked any telephone, phone number.

That's what we'll be doing in the next step and without which the configuration isn't really complete.

So I'm not going to actually create this.

So yeah, I have the telefony config configuration in place.

There are no phone numbers.

And before I add a phone number I want to show you the Twilio dashboard.

So I have selected the number that I'm going to add to the telephony configuration.

And for this you can see that under voice configuration, there is a webhook URL.

So the reason I'm showing you this is that you don't have to enter this URL manually.

we are going to take care of this from our end.

And when you add a phone number the URL URL will be automatically added here and it will be visible here.

So now to add a phone number you click at the configuration and you can add the phone number from here.

So I have my number copied and I will select workflow which will be needing for the inbound calling and I will add this.

So when I go back to the number, refresh it.

So you have this URL set which is going to it looks a little different from what we have on our documentation page.

Because this is for demo purpose, it's a local number on my local setup.

but the URL that you will be seeing will be what exactly is there in the documentation?

That's the right URL.

So we are basically set for the Twilio demo configuration we have everything in place and what this URL does is that whenever someone calls your phone number, Twilio is going to send that request on this URL.

So that's how your inbound calling is taken care of.

Now there's one thing I wanted to highlight is that when you are going to select different providers the form is going to look a little different for each provider.

And the reason for that is each provider has a little variation in the information that they require and that's very clearly documented in our documentation, telephony documentation.

And you can check out each section and you can also find very straightforward instructions at the provider's own documentation.

For instance, one provider might want you to create a voice application and if you go to our documentation you will see on instructions how to create that.
