Let's walk through how software work together.

on the product home page, the page you will see right after login.

In the green box in the right top you will find the email you connected during the onboarding.

These are the emails that getwill will use to extract the invoices you will find in this section.

If you want to add an email to extract invoices from, click on Add email.

If you want to remove an email that's already connected, click on the trash icon.

To start collecting received invoices, all you need to do is click on Scan now and a calendar will open and you will need to select a start date for the scan.

Then click on the Start scan button.

Once the scan is done, you will find all the extracted invoice in this table.

If get build doesn't any tags and the invoices line looks clean, it means that PDF file of invoice has been correctly attached for each one.

For instance, if we click on this invoice window will open where we can see the invoice's data.

View the PDF file or download it.

If we come back and we scroll through the table, we can see that in some cases Get Bill detect missing invoices.

That means that the PDF invoice is missing because for example, the invoice was by mail.

To upload the invoice, we need to click on the invoice flagged with the missing invoice tag and upload the invoice in this section.

For invoices not received by email or if we have invoice, hit the extraction limit set by your plan and you don't want to increase the number of automatic scans.

You can invoice us manually by clicking on the upload button that you will find here.

At this point you will have a complete overview of your invoices.

Now, let's imagine it's April and we need to handle the merge billing to automatically match every invoice received in March.

With every transaction of the March bank statement, all I need to do is click on Reconciliation inside the section.

The platform will ask you to upload the bank statement in order to proceed with the matching.

Once the statement is uploaded, we just need to wait a few seconds for it to be processed.

When the process is done, the software will let us know that the matching is ready for new.

In the table, all we need to do is click on the most recent material shown on screen and this view will open.

Get Bill will flag any transactions that don't have an invoice match to them because for example we don't have received that invoice by mail.

In this case we will see that missing invoice level and all we need to do is click all transactions to upload the PDF file of the invoice.

If you have invited your accountant into get build and we will see how to do that later, the accountant will also be able to view the matching and the invoices.

Scrolling through the sidebar on the left we will find the analytics section.

By clicking on in this section we will find the data that get Bill analyzes and process based on information from our bank statement so we can quickly access key information like profits, losses and so on.

The last section to cover together in this video is the drive where we can share relevant information with the members we have invited to Get Bill, for example a payment receipt.

To share documents through getbin, we simply need to click on Upload Document if we want to share the document directly or create a folder where we will then upload the files inside the folder.

The last thing we need to see together is how to invite our accountant or other team member into Gateway.

To do this all we need to do is click on Setting and then on Members.

In this section we can see all the members we have invited into our workspace.

We can invite now new members by clicking on Invite Members.

In this section we can add the email of the person we want to invite and choose the role we want to assign, for example Owner, member or accountant.

Once we have entered details, we can click on Send Invites.
