So I wrote to the customer support, The customer support said.

That we actually use more than the file sizes because those files are distributed across multiple servers on the Internet.

And I do understand that it is called cdn.

But if I don't understand what I am paying for, I cannot agree to buy more storage because I don't know that purchase will work or not.

So we went back and forth with the support desk and my problem was never solved.

Needless to say, in this new deployment, they had technical issues, they were showing wrong numbers, they were coming up with wrong ideas, and we were already losing money because we couldn't run new webinars.

Option number one is to pay them whatever they want.

Option number two, screw it and build my own webinar platform and run my own webinar, for, from my own platform.
