If you spent years learning digital skills online, taking courses, buying software still haven't made any consistent money, this might be the most important video you watch in 2026.
00:12
So this isn't about teaching you something new.
00:14
It's about showing why everything you've tried hasn't worked really.
00:19
And what a small group of people are doing right now differently that's producing real income.
00:24
You don't have an information problem.
00:26
You buy a course, you get motivated, you learn the tool, you try to make money, it doesn't work.
00:32
So you buy another course, you find a new skill, start again.
00:35
The gap between knowing and doing is where every online business ambition goes to the die.
00:41
and I'm going to show you how to stop that circle.
00:44
So who am I?
00:44
My name is Bertrand.
00:46
I spent a decade building graphic design tools.
00:49
I started offering AI photography services to E commerce brands in November 2025.
00:56
6 months later I'm at 27k ARR part time using one method, the proof before pitch method which I will tell you about in this presentation.
01:07
And I'm not special.
01:08
So when I started AI photography I no experience, no portfolio, no course existed.
01:15
In fact this is a very new field, it's a very new skill.
01:20
is, there was no information out there.
01:22
So I just had an idea that was a bit different from what I was seeing, the proof before pitch method which I will show you in Okay so right now there is a ton of demands.
01:34
E commerce brands desperately need accurate on brand AI photography because AI photography them the ability to have fast creative iteration.
01:45
brands.
01:45
So DTC is a direct to consumer brand.
01:47
So a brand that sells direct to consumers, they do E commerce, they use Shopify, most of them live and die with Facebook ads.
01:55
This is how they get all their traffic, this is how they get sales, this they need creatives for their newest product to test a new ad angle on the best selling product.
02:06
They need creatives to launch a new spring, a new summer, a new fall or a new winter collection.
02:12
They need images for Black Friday, for Easter, for Christmas.
02:17
They need visuals for their instagram like they need creatives for pretty much everything because this is how they communicate.
02:25
And the alternative they had up until recently was to one photo shoot a year or two.
02:30
and problem with photo shoots is they are not current, they are out of fashion within a couple of months.
02:36
so these become like stale creatives, which is not good for advertising or for any promotion.
02:42
Like you want a diversity, a constant renewal of your images and creative.
02:47
And also another issue with photoshoot was they had limited locations.
02:51
They can only be in one place with AI.
02:53
you can create a photo shoot on the moon if you want.
02:57
Limited models, limited concepts and creative angle.
03:01
So what these DTC brands do is that they try to do it themselves with ChatGPT or MidJourney or Nano Banana and they fail and give up because it's, it's not that easy.
03:12
Right?
03:12
There is a process, there is a workflow.
03:15
And most DTC brands just don't have the time to learn that process and that workflow.
03:20
or they might try to publish these images but then they might, might, they might risk their brand reputation with bad AI because consumers don't like lied to with a AI slop.
03:32
What is called AI slop.
03:33
Or they go to freelancing platforms looking for helps.
03:35
So every single day there are millions of brands out there needing help who have real budget.
03:41
Like we're talking DTC brands.
03:43
know, we make at least a million dollar a year.
03:45
This is the kind of brands that we target.
03:47
And and so they have real budget, they need help and they don't know how to do.
03:52
so the opportunity is that the demand is there and the supply of people doing this well and having mastered the art of AI photography is, is very thin.
04:02
there is not that many people that understands, that feel deeply, that have studied it, that have the tools for it.
04:08
And so AI photography is a skill that requires workflow structure.
04:12
And you can't just improvise it.
04:14
You need have a good, structure.
04:16
So clients are searching for this service right now.
04:19
these are some posts which are posted on upwork in the last eight hours.
04:23
And this is what the demand looks on any given day.
04:26
Like I had a check, just this morning actually.
04:29
So, just on upwork, which is just one platform and it's a signal of what the market is, is demanding, essentially you get about 150 job posts just about AI photography every week.
04:41
So these are people who need help, to create AI images for Their e commerce store for their product, product page for their ads, for their Instagram.
04:52
Okay.
04:53
a business with real budgets and it covers all niches from jewelry to toy fashion and apparel, in every vertical possible.
05:01
So the gap isn't in the markets right now.
05:03
It's in the supply of people who can actually deliver.
05:07
Because as I said a lot of people will try to deliver these services, don't have the workflows, don't have the tools, don't have the good strategy.
05:14
And so the bar is pretty low for supply.
05:18
So here's what actually happened to me.
05:20
When I started back in November, I think my first gig I charged about five dollar per image.
05:27
so I started very low because I wanted to learn the craft and I didn't mind undercharging to get a start.
05:35
And now my latest contract with the AI Photography agency I run is for fifteen hundred dollars a month for And this is for 15 creatives.
05:46
Okay.
05:47
So effectively I'm getting paid about a hundred dollars per creatives per images.
05:51
on, on a similar contract, similar kind of work I was doing at the beginning.
05:55
And this has to do a lot with positioning, it has to do a lot with confidence to be able to make this kind of offer.
06:02
But just to show you like there is a path to grow, below you can see some jobs I did on upwork.
06:09
this was for, 18 creatives, $993.
06:13
and this was some earlier work I did earlier on.
06:16
this one was for a toy company and this was eight creatives, so four each time.
06:24
So about 25 per creatives.
06:26
And then this one I believe was for creatives Okay.
06:31
And you can see the kind of response we get via email.
06:34
Like my main method right now to contact clients is just sending email.
06:39
And I'm using the proof before pitch method which I will shortly The core mechanism of the AI photography agency Launchpad is the proof before pitch method.
06:50
So what we do is that we create first like we don't contact clients and try to sell them something.
06:57
We actually do the work ahead, we provide the proof ahead.
07:01
So what we do, let's say we targeting a company that sells toys.
07:06
All right, so we will create an AI lifestyle visual using the toy that they sell.
07:14
Okay.
07:15
And we create that for Them in advance.
07:18
Okay, so this way before reaching out we have, we have some work that we've done for them.
07:25
Okay so basically we lead with proof.
07:28
So we we start with the proof, not a pitch.
07:31
And what this gets is that you get higher replay reply rates, you get better results overall.
07:39
because like people are happy that, that you do the work before for them.
07:43
It's it just makes, it the conversation much easier.
07:47
There is less sales anxiety because you don't need to sell because you already proved you can do the work and then if they want more work they can hire you essentially.
08:01
And it leads also to shorter sales cycle because again we don't need to prove anything.
08:07
We prove before we pitch essentially.
08:10
And it's a bit like giving a product sample before asking for the sale in that in our case it's like giving a service sample before asking for a cell.
08:19
And So what if you're not technical?
08:22
So this is not really technical.
08:24
This is more about following processes.
08:26
Okay.
08:27
And it's very visual because we create visuals.
08:29
So I guess that's the, that's the main aspect of it.
08:33
if you can use a smartphone, if you can use a computer, if you can watch this video, I'm sure you can, you can do it.
08:39
you have no portfolio.
08:40
So what if you have no portfolio?
08:42
So I'll show you my method to build portfolio that matches your ICP in 15 minutes, very quick so that you have a portfolio to start with.
08:52
From the start, you've bought courses and they didn't work before.
08:56
So this is not a course.
08:58
A course like would give you just information.
09:00
A sprint here gives you accountability and feedback and a road map.
09:06
So you know, we work together to achieve, measure measurable goals, which will create measurable outcomes.
09:14
So it's fundamentally different.
09:16
if you think the market is saturated, just search AI photography on, upwork, on, on, on Reddit, on any site right now and you'll see this is a very new market, very vibrant and it's, it's really far to be saturated.
09:30
Like I think, we're even a bit too early yet.
09:33
Like the matte market hasn't caught up because I do a lot of outreach to DTC DTC brands who, some, sometimes they don't, they don't know or they don't use AI photography.
09:44
So if anything we're probably one year early, earlier than we should.
09:48
But that's a very good thing.
09:50
You know, it's, it's a very good time to get started in this market.
09:53
So just to clarify before I wrap up, so this is not for everyone.
09:59
So obviously this is not for you.
10:01
If you want push button income, if you want something like incredibly easy and you don't want to do client work because this is client work.
10:10
so let's say on, on, on one client, where I do 12 visuals for them or 10 visuals for them, I spend about five hours, so, and obviously I'm highly optimized and I'll give you all the steps, all the workflow like yourself, when you're starting, you might spend like 10, 10 10 hours per client.
10:28
I think that's probably the, the starting point.
10:31
Like, I do this part time.
10:32
I'm not doing this time at all.
10:35
But, but, but it's real work.
10:37
You know, like client work is, is client work.
10:40
Like, it's not, it's not like selling affiliate products or, you know, or or other things which are, which don't require a lot of work.
10:48
Right?
10:49
So, this is not for you if you're not willing to do client work because also, if you have no creative instinct at all, this won't be a good fit.
10:57
Like you have, you need to have a little bit of creative instinct.
11:01
I'm not saying you need to be a professional photographer or professional graphic designer, but you need to like creativity at least.
11:09
You know, some people are very analytical and they hate all creative stuff.
11:14
So if that's you, then this is definitely not for And also this is not for you if you can't commit, 60 minutes a day for six weeks.
11:21
you know, part of what we do is the proof before pitch method.
11:25
And for this method to work, we need to do it.
11:28
And you know, the time I allocate myself to this is about 60 minutes every day, Monday to Friday.
11:35
So if you don't have that time, you know, at the moment, then this is not for you.
11:41
Okay?
11:42
And this is for you if you are digitally experienced but never monetized.
11:48
You know, if you've been online for five years, 10 years, you tried a bunch of things, never worked out.
11:53
This is definitely for you because this is a much simpler system.
11:57
It's a newer opportunity, and it's a new skill, that you can learn and a, method that is easy apply.
12:06
Okay, this is for you also if you are in a professional transition and you're looking to again acquire a new skill do something new.
12:16
If you have a creative eye, if you like photography, if you like design, if you like visuals, is for you.
12:24
If you want a system, not more information.
12:27
There is some information in this course, but it's it's heavy on the system.
12:31
And this is for you if you are ready to execute.
12:33
Okay?
12:33
Okay?
12:34
and this program also comes with the proof before pitch performance guarantee.
12:38
So if you complete every Milestone, send minimum 10 outreach messages a day in the weeks, two to six, attend at least four live calls, and you follow the framework.
12:47
And if you do all that and you still haven't landed as a paying client within the cohort.
12:53
You can either join the next cohort free of charge so you can start over again, have me coach you through the next cohort, or I'll work with you one on one until you close your first client.
13:05
No additional payments.
13:06
So the window is not permanent.
13:09
I told you earlier, this is early.
13:11
We are very early, clients out there and skilled practitioners are scarce because.
13:17
Because nobody.
13:18
It's a new field.
13:19
It only started when Nano Banana was released about 12 months ago.
13:25
So nobody really figured it out completely.
13:28
I think I'm probably one of the most advanced person on this topic because I've written like probably 100 pages about AI photography, that I have in my, in my processes.
13:40
So skilled practitioners are scarce.
13:43
So you can have a real advantage by being one that, that learns the skills.
13:46
Also, early movers win.
13:48
Okay, so the people who get in now early will get the early testimonials, the social proof and the durable advantage and well capped at 15 AIPA students.
13:58
So once full applications for the will close for this cohort.
14:02
Okay, so, basically I'm opening for this cohort and it's full, it's full.
14:09
We'll just run this for the next essentially six weeks.
14:11
And then after that we might reopen in the summer or in the fall.
14:17
But now that's it, you know, I can only you know, have so much focus on, on, on.
14:23
On you.
14:24
I don't want to over stretch myself.
14:26
And so, this offer is here today, but it won't be here tomorrow.
14:30
And next week you will certainly not not be here.
14:33
So here's what to do.
14:34
you need just to click on the application link below.
14:37
it takes two minutes.
14:38
No commitment.
14:39
I review every application personally so you'll hear directly from me.
14:44
And if it's a fit, we'll have a short goal.
14:47
No pressure, no hard selling.
14:48
If it's not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and I'll point you to some useful resources so you can apply now for the AIPA launch page application close once the court spots are filled there is no wait list, so apply now.
