Automate Your Morning Admin Workflow 🤖

Hey everyone.

In this video I'm, going to show you guys how you can automate a lot of what your executive assistant, your virtual assistant does, or if you don't have one of those, all this boring miscellaneous admin stuff that nobody wants to do.

So in this quick video, I'm going to show you guys how we can get a morning briefing done that basically analyzes all of your slack, all of your emails, all of your client reports or requests, however clients interact with you, however your employees interact with you, it'll analyze all of that and it'll even draft replies.

So I'll show you guys an example here.

So at 9:30, I have this trigger for me every single morning and it will say, you know, every single message that pops up within the company that I have, it will then analyze, that message and even draft replies based off of my Nathan AI that I've created, et cetera.

So all I have to do is, you know, draft the replies.

We can even click a yes button below and then automatically respond to those with one click of a button too.

So it significantly drops down that time spent when you wake up in the morning as a co, you're ready to start your day and you have to respond to all these slack threads, all these emails, all these customer support agents, et cetera.

So I have this, do a ton of different things, like I said, checks, emails, checks the software where all my clients message me, checks, my email address, checks all my personal messages, et cetera, et cetera, and then pulls it all together in this daily triage channel.

It also, I can't really show this one too, too much, but it also check my daily bank account balances and let me know how my bank account balances have adjusted, on a certain timeframe, the last 24 hours, last seven days, et cetera, pulls all the financial reports from my company.

So how did we do in sales the last 24 to 48 hours?

What was the improvement?

What's the total cash collected for the month?

Are we on track for our target, et cetera.

So we can do a lot of different things and tweak this one.

But I wanted to show you guys a pretty cool example of this one.

It's probably one of the most exciting things that I've done to basically wipe out those executive assistant BS bullshit small admin tasks that nobody wants to do.
