what I'm going to show you in this quick video is how we use AI to replace our sales manager or leverage the sales manager that we currently have at scale to make sure that sales teams aren't screwing up and missing deals to give them instantaneous feedback on all their calls and conversations so they instantly get quality improvement.

This has been a huge game changer for my company overall.

So what we can do for an example is is I can have it set up in one of two ways.

I can automate this automatically after every single call or I can set up some kind of dashboard like this.

So what I can do is take like hey, one of my Fathom sales calls for example.

I can copy the transcript of this call from Fathom.

I can now go into this is part of my software that I have.

I can paste the transcript in and then I can run it.

Now what you'll see is it'll summarize the call.

So I can either do this in a software just like I'm showing you guys now, or we can switch it to automatically be done after every single sales call in Slack or Gmail and I'll show you that here in a second.

So I just switched over to Slack and this is how I set it up to automatically be done.

After every single sales call inside of my company, whether it's an intro demo, if they phone a conversation, they have a video conversation.

Every single conversation, regardless of how they're happening, is in this Slack channel.

So you can see, you know, all the information was a client close.

I can click the Fathom call recording link and and review it really quickly.

It'll give me a summary.

They will rank other notable context, prospect, intelligent objections and discovery questions.

This just helps so so much with one you knowing as a manager, as an owner, if your sales team is screwing up, it can direct those calls and flag them.

And any call below a 7 out of 10 gets flagged for review by the sales manager or by myself.

So I can know if guys are screwing up on calls that they shouldn't be.

And then I can also just double check, make sure everything's super clear.

We can also take these automatic transcripts, add them to one big Google Doc So you can pull a Google Doc that has every single transcript of every single sales call in your company to train LLMs to ask, you know, ChatGPT Claude for your feedback.
