My name is Josie Peary.

I lead our enterprise accounts at, Zencity.

We help local governments make decisions based on public sentiment, understanding what residents think and feel about the decisions that they're making every single day.

For a long time we were using Google Alerts in, like, really weird ad hoc capacities where we would try to figure out if there was a city talking about perception or community engagement, but that would get us all sorts of weird, random things.

I go to a lot of conferences, I'm on the road a lot for this, role.

If I can go up to a prospect in person and say, like, hey, I know you're working on this big project, Zen City, here's what we do and here's how we worked with someone else on that same project.

That's going to be a meeting every single time.

I've had 100% success rate walking into those.

Also, the Ask Starbridge feature saves me a ton of time in that discovery prep, being able to ask it the questions that I'm already going through and not just kind of aimlessly googling around to figure out what are the mayor's top priorities or what does council care about Right now I'm able to ask Starbridge that and it'll give me really key points to hit on in my discovery calls.

Honestly, the contact data has saved my life.

And just having their emails, it would take me 20, 30 minutes before I would reach out to a prospect to actually get contact data to relevant folks.

And now I simply type it into Starbridge and it's right there at my fingertips.

And I feel like Starbridge genuinely cares about their customers as, someone that's used all sorts of different vendors in this space, Starbridge is the, like, best customer support and the people that have been the most proactive in reaching out to me.
