I just wanted to hop on here and give you a heads up about something new that we're introducing starting tomorrow in the premium community.

the dating reboot.

So if you haven't checked us out yet in premium, this is where we actually have small group coaching.

We unpack everyone's story.

But in addition to that, I will be introducing a new segment now, starting with tomorrow.

So every month we're going to dip into the framework called positive intelligence.

And I use this framework with my private coaching clients.

So I am now introducing it also in the premium community.

And we are going to look at the 10 saboteurs that are impacting our dating life, our relationships, our well being.

this will be something that you can apply across the board.

It's not just for dating, but it obviously impacts our dating life.

So I wanted to just say that there are people out there who are dating, who haven't done the inner work, you know, both men and women.

This applies across genders.

It's not gender specific.

It is a, the human condition.

Right.

People want connection, people want companionship.

they go out there in the dating world and then even when something inside of them isn't quite settled, isn't quite resolved.

And so because dating has a way of bringing everything, to the surface, it's kind of like a mirror.

You start getting close to someone and all of a sudden they start to see aspects of you, when you share something vulnerable or when you really start to get to know someone on a deeper level and you.

And then suddenly what happens is without a clear conversation or any real commitment or any kind of signal, things start to fall apart.

maybe they're not ready, maybe they're just being avoidant, we don't know.

But things are not quite going the way that we had hoped.

And most of the people who are out there trying to build a relationship, are building it without really knowing what is it that is happening, in the unconscious mind, what is the pattern that they, they're repeating.

So this is why I feel like it's so important that starting tomorrow we start to dig into some of the things that are really influencing our choices, what we're tolerating, what we are, you know, really creating, co creating in our relationships and how our unconscious pattern is, is playing out in that.

We're going to begin, with the judge saboteur.

The judge is the universal saboteur.

that's the voice in our head, very critical.

And usually the judge, is the one that is judge of self, judge of others and judge of circumstances.

but you might recognize that voice, the one that tells you that you're not enough, you're not dressed well enough, you're not young enough, or you don't bring enough to the table.

this is never going to work for you.

It works for other people, but not for you.

And so, it kind of makes us feel bad.

so the work that we're going to be doing is really looking under the hood of these saboteurs and how they're impacting the results we're getting in our dating.

And, you know, it's a way of getting ourselves out of that situation so that we don't repeat the same pattern.

So this is going to be the work that we're doing in the community.
