The system verifies who they are, finds loads that match what they need, handles the pricing back and forth, and when there is a deal, transfers them straight to your sales team.

He verifies the courier MC number against the FMCSA database, searches your available loads by origin and equipment type, and then if a price is agreed, transfers to your sales team after the call ends.
