Hey, this is Michael with Trellis, and today we are going to be going over our power and parallel dialer integration into close.
00:07
So as you can see, I'm down in my Smart view screen.
00:09
I'm in my untouched lead section, which will likely look pretty similar to how your leads look.
00:14
The only difference on my screen is you'll see this blue button over in the top right here that says parallel dial tasks.
00:19
So we'll click that to launch Trellis.
00:23
Okay, so now you can see that your data has populated into this dialing sequencing.
00:27
Here we'll click on Dan Hickson just so you can see.
00:30
It'll automatically pop up his contact page with the company and any past call notes.
00:35
If you wanted to reference anything prior to your call.
00:38
The first thing I'll really draw your attention to here is this dialable versus filtered leads.
00:44
Here the system will automatically filter out certain, leads that you have that might not conform to certain settings that you have.
00:51
So for example, let's go in here and it says most of these are outside calling hours for time zone.
00:57
You can always configure that up here in your time zone and location filter.
01:02
But if for whatever reason, let's say there's no valid number, it'll also flag that and move it to your filtered screen too.
01:08
All of the filters will always give you a reason for why they're here.
01:11
And you can always adjust the criteria in the settings here.
01:15
Now, before we begin calling, we want to make sure there's a couple things going for us.
01:19
First of which is our line number.
01:21
So 1x indicates that you're power dialing or only calling one lead at one time.
01:26
But you can even get up to five leads at the same time to call for parallel dialing if you don't have a ton of experience parallel dialing, typically we recommend just starting at 3x and then scaling up or down depending on your connect rates.
01:39
Over to the right of that we have your voicemail drop.
01:41
You see I have 2 pre recorded ones here, but you can also record yours and upload them to this same window using this microphone button here.
01:50
Now, in order to automatically leave a voicemail on any calls that are not connected, you want to make sure that one of these is selected.
01:57
So let's just do this one for example, and you'll know that it's active because you see that the label is over the button.
02:03
If it is not there, that means it's not going to leave that voicemail automatically.
02:08
Over to the right of that is our best number filter, essentially what this does is it takes an aggregate data set and then chooses the best number as far as connect rates for whichever lead that you're going after.
02:19
You can also automatically pick your numbers here.
02:22
If you want to do manually, you can auto rotate everything or just do the closest number that would be to the contact that you're calling at the time.
02:29
So there's a little bit of modularity in here outside of that.
02:33
To initiate the call sequence, we'll go back to our dialable list here and we'll press this green button.
02:39
You'll see that it'll highlight Dan Hickson and a countdown will begin.
02:42
We'll, we'll go ahead and stop that because we don't actually want to call him.
02:45
But as you move through, once the call is complete, it will open up a window for post call notes and dispositions.
02:51
It will all be AI summaries and you can also have some suggested next steps.
02:56
And then of course edit the notes as you desire.
02:59
Down here at the bottom here some other features.
03:01
This is your number pad, so in case you're dialing somebody with an extension or need to get past an auto gatekeeper, you can use this.
03:08
If you, if you want to add in your own specific notes outside of your post call notes, you can do that here.
03:13
During the call, this will also upload automatically into that post call note section, which will all be uploaded onto Close.
03:20
Once the call is complete and you've completed everything with the task to the right of that we have your sound settings, so your microphone, your speaker, so you can configure everything.
03:31
And then if you want to make a one off dial, we have this number keypad here where you can type in the number manually and then dial.
03:38
So from a general overview, that is just about everything with our power and parallel dialer as it applies to Close.
