Hey, this is Michael with Trellis, and today we're going to be going through our power and parallel dialer integration into Clay.
00:07
So here we are at our home screen.
00:09
What you want to do to launch the application is scroll down here to your tables.
00:13
I have this one already built out, so we'll use this one as an example.
00:16
It'll probably look very similar to what you have, but the only difference will be at the top right hand side you'll see this parallel dial Tasks button.
00:23
We'll go ahead and click that and that will open Trellis.
00:27
Now, the first thing you'll notice right off the bat is that we need to configure our column mappings.
00:31
Essentially what this is doing is it is telling Trellis which information you want it to pull from your data set.
00:37
So when we press Configure mappings, it'll pop up this window here.
00:40
And the most important thing we'll want to do is refresh the columns.
00:44
Refreshing the columns just makes it so that you can drop down and search for different pieces of information to fill out these fields if you'd like to.
00:52
So from a basic standpoint, we like to have obviously your customer name, the company name, mobile phone number so you can dial, and then some other helpful pieces, maybe the person's title, maybe their LinkedIn URL.
01:03
Some other various pieces can tend to be helpful for maybe a research perspective.
01:07
But the critical information is this mobile phone number.
01:09
We want to make sure that that is listed here.
01:12
So we'll go ahead and click save here.
01:13
And now you can see that there are dialable leads and then filter leads.
01:18
What the system will do, let's say for example, you have your time zone preference right here set to 8am or 6pm Maybe you're on Eastern time.
01:26
You don't want to be calling somebody on west coast time at 9:00am Eastern Time because that'll be off hours for them.
01:32
So the system will automatically filter out those.
01:35
So exactly outside calling hours for time zone 196 of them and then it will load in the leads that you actually can dial.
01:43
Of course you can go through, adjust those settings, change your time zone as needed so that more populate and you can see more will automatically do that for you.
01:52
Next thing I'll direct your attention to is at the top here.
01:55
This one X indicates how many leads you're calling at the same time.
01:59
So the one X is your standard power dialer.
02:02
You're just calling one person at a time, but you can get all the way up to five at a time, on each individual set.
02:09
For those who don't have a ton of experience with parallel dialing, we tend to recommend just 3x and then you can scale up or down based on your connect rates.
02:17
To the right of that you have your voicemail drop.
02:19
You see, I have two tests here.
02:21
You can record your own with this microphone and if you would like to automatically leave a voicemail, if you do get to the voicemail on somebody's line, you'll just click that and you'll know it'll be active when it appears above the button there.
02:35
Another feature that is interesting here is this best number feature.
02:38
What it does is it takes an aggregate data set and then chooses the number that is the highest connect rate on paper for whatever lead you're choosing.
02:47
So think like pass spam flags or any sort of geographic filters, things like that.
02:53
It will automatically go into here and choose the number that has the highest potential connect rate for you.
02:59
You can also choose your specific numbers if you'd like.
03:01
Do some auto rotating, but this is the default and we find that it tends to work the best.
03:06
Now to initiate a call, you'll click this green button here and you'll see that it starts to highlight this person.
03:12
We'll go ahead and pause that because you don't actually want to call them.
03:14
But as you continue to move through the calls, what the system will do is it will log your notes for you with AI suggestions summaries and then as you finish your call, it will continue to work through your list and will auto populate more from your lead set as you run out of your dialable leads.
03:31
Down at the bottom here a couple of handy tools.
03:33
You have your keypad in case you need to, let's say, do an extension for somebody.
03:38
You have your notes, which is separate from your AI generated summaries, but will integrate directly into your post call notes.
03:44
So if you have something that might not be listed or something you really want to remember, you can type that.
03:48
Here we have your sound and system settings for microphones and then we also have your one off dialing.
03:55
So if you want to call separate from your list, you can also plug in the number here and then immediately dial.
04:01
So, from a high level overview, this is how our trellis system integrates into clay.
04:06

We'd be happy to answer whatever you have, and we certainly look forward to working with you.
