Hey, it's Michael with Trellis.
00:01
And today we're going to be going through our integration of our power and parallel dialing system into Lemlist.
00:08
So on my screen here, I'm just at my homepage where what we're going to want to do is navigate over to our tasks.
00:14
So here's my list.
00:16
And then over here in the top right, you'll see this blue button pop up.
00:19
That's the launcher for the Trellis extension.
00:22
So what it's doing right now is it is taking all of my leads and importing them into the dialer itself.
00:29
What it will do is it, let's say if you have a list of about a thousand leads, it's not going to load all of them in at once just because it would be quite a lot for the system to handle and can bog it down.
00:38
What it will do is it'll load in a chunk of them, it'll filter them based on, you know, geographic location, whether there's a number available, et cetera, et cetera.
00:46
and then as you move through your list and your sequence, it will automatically upload new leads so that you never run out of them until obviously you get to the end of your list.
00:56
So up here, these 1x will indicate that you are power dialing or just one line calling at one time.
01:03
Anything beyond that, your 2x to 5x is going to be parallel dialing to start.
01:07
If you haven't had any experience parallel dialing, we Recommend usually doing 3x and then you can adjust up or down based on your connect rates.
01:14
To the right of that you have your voicemail select.
01:17
I have two tests in here, so in order to make sure that it will start leaving voicemails, you'll click one of these and you will know it'll work.
01:24
Once this appears at the top of the button, in order to record your own, just press this microphone button here and it'll take you to a page where you can do that and then upload to the right of that.
01:34
This is an interesting feature we have.
01:36
This is your best number.
01:38
So what this essentially does is it aggregates a bunch of data that we have and then it chooses the phone number for each contact that will be the highest connect rate for you.
01:47
So think like geographic location, spam flags in the past, things like that is what it evaluates.
01:54
And then ultimately the system will automatically choose the number that will in theory get you the highest connect rate.
02:00
You can also choose specific numbers if you want.
02:02
You'd auto rotate as you desire, but it will default to just this best number here.
02:06
And it works well most of the time.
02:09
Now to initiate the call sequence, you'll just press this green button here and you'll see it's now dialing.
02:15
It'll give it a little second and then to stop it, you'll press that red button there, there if you want to.
02:21
Or let's say you run into a situation where you get an auto message.
02:24
You have to like press 0 for the operator, or maybe it's an extension based auto message.
02:28
You have your keypad down here in the bottom left and it'll pop up and you can press any numbers as needed.
02:34
Now the system after each call will automatically log, post call notes with an AI analysis on it, next steps and things like that.
02:41
But if you want to load your own notes in, let's say you have a piece of information that maybe the system didn't pick up.
02:46
You can put notes in here and it will automatically put those on top of the existing AI notes that you have.
02:52
And all that will automatically be uploaded to lemlist itself after each dial.
02:58
So from a high level overview, that's all that there is to it.
