hey, it's Michael with Trellis.
00:02
And today we're going to be going over the power and parallel dialer integration into Zoho.
00:07
So you can see here we are on my home landing page.
00:10
What you're going to want to do is navigate down to your lead section.
00:14
You can also do this via your tasks as well, but for simplicity's sake, we'll just keep it with leads.
00:19
So here's my list.
00:20
And you can see up at the top left hand corner we have this blue parallel dial tasks button that pops up and this will launch Trellis.
00:26
So let's do that.
00:27
You can see it's fetching your tasks here.
00:30
The numbers that I will direct your attention to are this dialable and then filtered.
00:34
The dialable essentially means that it has all of the data to be able to call that person, whether that be phone number, name, company information that you want required, et cetera, et cetera.
00:44
You're filtered.
00:45
it'll filter for a number of reasons like for example, no phone numbers available.
00:49
Or sometimes it does it based on geographic location.
00:52
You're on the east coast calling at 6:00am, you don't want to be calling California at 3:00am, stuff like that.
00:59
So up here you can see your 1x.
01:01
It will automatically default to that.
01:03
That is your power dialer or just one line at a time.
01:06
Anything beyond that, your 2x to 5x is going to be your parallel dialer.
01:11
So for those who haven't really dabbled into parallel dialing before, we Recommend sticking at 3x, at least for the start.
01:17
And you can scale up or down depending on your connect rates.
01:20
To the right of that button you have your voicemail setting.
01:23
You can see I have two pre recorded here.
01:25
So in order to leave your voicemail automatically at the end of each dial, you'll just select one of these.
01:30
You'll see that it populates up here and that's how you know it's going to start leaving them.
01:34
If you want to record your own, you can go down here to this microphone tab and it will take you to a page to do that.
01:41
Over here.
01:41
This is your best number filter.
01:43
Essentially what this is is it's an aggregate of data based on your list and it chooses automatically the best number that will get you the highest connect rates.
01:51
So some examples are of course, geographic location, spam flags, and then various other pieces of information in there that it evaluates.
01:58
At the same time.
02:00
It'll default to this.
02:01
But if you want to use specific numbers, do an auto rotate sequence or things like that you can always change that in this dropdown.
02:07
So to initiate a call sequence we're going to go back to our dialable numbers.
02:10
You can click on this individual right here.
02:13
It'll pull up the lead so you can see any past activities and things like that.
02:17
And then to initiate the sequence, we'll press this green button here to stop the sequence.
02:22
You will go ahead and press the red button here and it will stop the calling, dialing, sequence, itself.
02:29
Another cool feature down here is let's say you go and you run into one of those like press 0 for operator type situations, those auto messages.
02:37
You can click this button down here in the bottom left of the pop up and it will come up with the keypad so you can go ahead and dial as you need to.
02:43
If you need to connect with somebody like via an extension, if you have any specific notes that you want to add, the system will automatically have an AI summary, next steps and things like that that will automatically upload.
02:57
But sometimes people like to have their own, their own things in here.
03:00
So if you type anything in here, we'll put in some gibberish.
03:03
It will automatically load into the same post call notes as that AI summary at the end of each call.
03:10
So if you want to put something specific, this would be how to do it.
03:13
That's just about it from a high level.
03:15
So if you do have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
03:18
We always like hearing from you and we look forward to working with you in the future.
