Today I'm going to show you how to invite team members into your Anna organization.

To get started, head to Settings on the left hand side and then team members.

To create a new user, hit the Create button at the top right hand corner.

Get started by adding your team member's name, email address and contact number.

We have three roles inside of Standard users can only see envelopes that they send or those that are in a group of theirs.

Read Only can only see envelopes sent in their group, and administrators can see all envelopes and also change arnature settings.

If you need to limit viewing between different team members, leave them as standard users and add them to a group.

If you're happy for your team member to see all envelopes and also change arnature settings, set them as an administrator, hit Create and your team member will receive an email to activate their account.
