What are the common issues?

LinkedIn content takes forever and goes nowhere.

A lot of people now even using AI, don't even know what ideas to give AI, right?

We do this specific discovery call in the start for one hour which allows you to have ideas for the next 90 days and those are the ones that we use.

No content invisible in your niche.

Generic content also doesn't build authority.

If you go post a picture of your dog or a picture of a coffee mug, it's just you being fake, right?

It's not helping your personal brand to be very honest.

From your expertise to an inbound pipeline, eventually the goal is that you post about things that add value to your candidates and to hiring managers in your niche, which then will eventually either message you or engage with your content, like, or comment and then you can go and drop them.

A message happens to me every single week where I send a proposal or I'm expected to close a deal and they're not responding.

But then they drop a like on my post and then I go there and message you on LinkedIn.

I'm like, hey, did you see my email?

Right?

Also happens with cold leads, turning them into, booked calls again.

So a very good source of warming up your Pipeline and then gives you an extra shot which whenever you're connecting with someone on LinkedIn they accept your request but they don't respond right.

But the next day when they're scrolling they see your post and gives you an extra chance to get in front of them.

How do we do this and how does this work?

So first step is we build this content GPS with you.

And Fridays usually is jobs of the week.

we use cloud code views apify to do this research as well, custom cloud code configuration.

What do we do here?

We built this custom agent for you that we use internally to post all your content and this is trained on your voice.

Even if you can give us transcript of your calls we can do this and then we also make sure that it sounds like an expert.

So I personally for example have built my voice over Alex Amozi, Neil Patel, my own previous post, Gary V.

Dan Martel and all of that combined is now my content engine.

All we help you set up the 30 day content calendar and then we repeat that into a 60 day and a 90 day one done for your production.

What was I trying to show you?

I put my newsletter link here and this has gotten, they just go put the name and email here.

This has gotten 1651 impressions.

Right?

Why am I recommending this?

Because then this passively just builds an audience of subscribers for you.

If I go into my newsletter now, let me show you how many did I get from here.

And a lot of these things I'm doing is I have been doing content for the last two years consistently on LinkedIn and now the last quarter was the first time that every single week I get so 55.

In the last four weeks, last seven days I've had probably 30 people.

So this is just passive.

Under every post I add this link.

I don't even send that many newsletters.

But you can.

This is your captured audience.

These are people.

If you email them, it will always land in their inbox.

You can send jobs of the week, you can send them a discount offer.

You can say, okay, if you make, if you make three placements for you, 50% off on the first one.

You can test a fractional offer, but you need an audience to test that, right?

Monday I post about this thing, Tuesday I post about something else, Wednesday about another topic.

A week three first posts start going out, then we test different things in in the month two we start building graphics.

We test one video as well, by the fourth week and then every single week afterwards there's one video, one picture post and one or two text posts double down on winners.

And finally month three is where we try to scale and get maximum number of impressions as well as followers coming in from this content.

And then if you put this on autopilot, which is still needs to be managed by somebody, it is an autopilot.

This means that you don't have to do all the groundwork.

Again, it comes down to refining the topics every single week.

What topics are going to, they're going to be spending those five, 10 minutes or every single post building the graphic, making it look nice.

Put the newsletter link under every post, scheduling the posts.

This is what autopilot means.

It still takes at least five to six hours every single week which we spend for you and get this done again, completely done for you.

And the goal is minimum, minimum to get 50k to 100k impressions per month and reach at least 25k new people.

This will get you not just new candidates, but eventually new business as well.

Yes, it is.

and they reached about 500,000 plus profiles.

Now imagine how many new candidates saw this guy, this guy does, finance in Germany.

How many new candidates, how many new potential hiring managers and then maybe how many new potential collaborations.

Right?

There's an aspect of partnerships here as well.

So if you are not doing content as a recruiter, the business will die sooner or later.

You need to build something that's organic and something that gives you a personal brand that lasts in the longer run.

2023, when ChatGPT came out, the word of the year was by Merriam Webster, was authentic.

And that's what you need to be online.

But you don't really have the time to sound authentic and do all the groundwork.

You get a dedicated Slack channel, you get a dedicated content manager.

Even if it's 40 CDOs, because not as many use LinkedIn as commonly.

But even if it's 40 CDOs every single week, would that be bad?
