Using Trellus Dialing in Salesloft

Hey, it's Michael with Trellis.

And today we're going to be going over our integration into Salesloft.

So as you can see here, we're on our home landing page.

in order to launch the program, we are going to want to go down to our Cadences tab and then we'll just use Call one.

For example, here we'll click on this play button.

It will open your first lead.

We'll go ahead and close all these windows out.

And then you'll see at the top right hand side, there's this blue button that says click for parallel dialer.

And this is Trellis.

So we'll click that, it opens up the dialer.

And now as you can see, you have your list of dialable accounts.

You can scroll down, take a look at them.

You can also click on them and it will bring up the particular person.

So like we wanted to look at Dennis.

Click on Dennis and his, lead account will pop up.

So we'll just stick with Ryan for now.

We'll go up to the top here.

The first thing I'll direct your attention to is this one X.

This by default is power dial.

Anything beyond that we can go from two to five lines at the same time will be your parallel dialing.

Generally speaking, if you haven't parallel dialed before, we Recommend Starting at 3x and then scaling up or down depending on your connect rates.

but that obviously varies for each team.

So 3x tends to be a pretty, pretty stream.

Pretty safe baseline for that.

Over to our right, you'll see the voicemail icon here.

Now I've selected test, but you can also select whatever you want in here.

And in order to upload these, you'll just click on this microphone button down here.

It'll take you to a page where you can record your own voicemails and then you can select them once you open up the dialer again, you might have to refresh the page, but it will load in once you record and upload them.

Key part with this is you have to select the voicemail prior to starting your dials.

It won't automatically leave one unless you have one selected, and then it will continue to leave that voicemail for each lead that, is in your sequence.

If they don't pick up.

Another feature that I find quite cool is this best number here.

Essentially what this is is it aggregates a bunch of data for each number, whether that be spam flags, geographic location of who you're calling, et cetera, et cetera, and it chooses the one that will have the highest on paper connect rate for who you're calling.

You can also choose specific numbers if you want, do an auto rotate or, you know, closest number to the person you're calling, etc.

Etc.

but I find the best number tends to work a lot better.

just by default, in order to initiate a call, you'll press this green button.

You'll see it'll highlight Ryan here and then to stop, we'll press the red button and it'll stop your sequence.

If you just let it go, it'll automatically go into the next call once you're finished.

and then after each call, AI will pop up with a call summary, next, step suggestions, and then a few other options in there that you can play around with.

If you run into a auto message, let's say somebody picks up and it's one of Those like press 0 for operator type situations.

Come down here to the left or bottom left hand side of your pop up and then you'll press this and it'll be your keypad so you can select as needed.

Another key feature that I like is this note page right here.

Now, AI will automatically generate a summary and things like that, as I said before.

But if you have something that you really want to draw attention to or something that you want to make sure that you have in there, you can type this in and it will automatically populate in your post call notes section along with those AI generated summaries.

Too much beyond that.

That is the standard procedure for how to launch and integrate Saleslon or Trellis into Salesloft.
