Hey, it's Michael with Trellis.
00:02
And today we're going to be going over our integration into outreach.
00:06
Now if you've used different CRMs or CEMs with trellis before, you'll know that typically you'll want to go down to your actual tasks page here to get the pop up to come up.
00:17
But for Outreach it's a little different.
00:19
We're going to want to go to our home page and we'll scroll down to our do tasks and you'll see, there you go.
00:25
There's that blue button that will come up.
00:27
So we'll click parallel dial and that will launch Trellis's, extension here.
00:33
As you can see, as you have leads, they will automatically populate here.
00:37
If you click on the lead, it will come up with that lead here.
00:41
So you can see the exact page that you need to reference.
00:43
If there's any notes or any past calls that you want to go over, that will all be here.
00:48
Now I'll direct your attention up to the top banner here.
00:51
You can see this one x that indicates that you're power dialing or only calling one line at one time.
00:56
Anything beyond that is going to be parallel dialing.
00:59
You can see you can get up to 5x lines at one time.
01:02
Typically speaking, if you want to go into parallel dialing, we recommend, starting at 3x and then scaling up or down depending on your connect rates.
01:10
Because obviously you don't want to be calling a ton of people that are all going to pick up right now.
01:15
You'll see over here your voicemail section.
01:17
This is where you automatically leave a voicemail for people who don't pick up.
01:22
So you can see down here we have a couple just test ones that you can select.
01:25
If you want to record one yourself, you just press this button right here.
01:28
It'll take you to a page where you can record and then upload each individual, voicemail that you can then select later.
01:36
So we'll select Test V2.
01:37
You'll see that now it is populated at the top of this button.
01:41
What it will do is as soon as you get a voicemail for anybody that you call, it will automatically leave that.
01:46
So it saves a lot of time for the operator there and not having to actually manually leave a voicemail every time they get one.
01:53
another thing that we like to direct people's attention to is this best number.
01:56
I find it to be very cool.
01:58
essentially what this does is it takes all of your numbers and then chooses the best one for each lead that you Have.
02:05
So think of it like an aggregate of, geographic location of any spam flags that the number has seen before.
02:12
This will choose the best one for each particular lead that you're calling based on that criteria and it will automatically do that.
02:20
If you want to pick one specifically, you can also choose your own or do an auto rotate.
02:24
The choice is yours, but it will default to the best number.
02:28
If you want to initiate the call you'll just click this green button up here.
02:31
You'll see that this is now highlighted.
02:33
To stop it, you'll press the red button and then that will stop the sequencing itself.
02:37
Otherwise it will just continue to move on down the line after as you continue to let it run.
02:43
Now at the end of each call it will upload automatic notes with AI summaries and next steps, things like that.
02:50
If you want to log your own notes in tandem with it, you just press this button down at the bottom and that will pull up a notes tab where you can type in whatever you want and it will automatically sync with those post call notes that the AI is generating for you.
03:04
If you run into an auto message, let's say it's one of those press zero for operator type situations, you, you have a keypad down here where you can choose whatever number you want, pound star, and then go from there will automatically go into the call.
03:19
Much beyond that.
03:20
That's all the basics that are here.
03:21
the only other thing I'd direct your attention to is this dialable number versus the filtered.
03:27
Essentially what this does is let's say you have a list of like a thousand leads and you obviously don't want to be loading all thousand in.
03:34
It would bog the system down, just be slow.
03:36
So, so what the system does is it loads in a chunk of them and then as you go through the call sequence it will load more in.
03:42
So you're always working with the small number of leads, but it will continue to feed the system as you move through in your filtered section.
03:48
Obviously no valid phone numbers.
03:50
It's not going to load those into the dial section.
03:53
And then outside of calling hours for your selected time zone up here will also be flagged.
03:58
So it does try to help you out when it comes to managing who you're calling, what times and certain criteria like that.
04:06
So I appreciate you watching.
04:07
This has been a general overview of trellis as it applies to outreach.
