Introduction to the Live Listening Dashboard 🎧

Hey, it's Michael with Trellis.

And today we're going to be going over how to access your digital sales floors and then live listen to your sales team.

So we are on the landing page for our analytics dashboard on our website.

What we're going to do is we're going to want to navigate over to this headphone icon over in the top left here.

So we'll click on that and it'll prompt us to select either Live Listen, sales floor or reserved IDs.

We're going to primarily focus on these two today just because they're the most applicable.

so we'll start with the sales floor.

So we'll click on here.

Now, we've created rooms in here, so you can create yours as you would like.

And then all you have to do is just select on which one you want.

Figure out if you want to keep your camera on or your mic.

For this one we'll just keep the camera off since you can already see me.

So we'll go into number one dialers.

So if I had my camera on, I would be populating here and then much like a zoom meeting, as other people join, you'll see it, divide the screen into different cameras and obviously you can talk to each other and things like that.

with each individual you will have the option, if you hover over their personal icon, you'll have an option to actually listen to their call, have transcripts on an individual basis.

So let's say if you're training a new hire, or maybe you just want to have somebody else shadow another rep for a period of time, this would be a great way to do that.

If you're an admin and you want to live listen on dials, all you have to do is come down here to the bottom right and click on Live Listen.

Now this will take you to your general landing page for live monitoring.

You can also access this by clicking the Live Listening.

Remember that first pop up that pulled up?

I can show you again that Live Listening pop up.

It's going to take you to the same place.

So two different ways to do that.

What you'll see here, I don't have a sales team, so obviously nothing will pull up.

But what you will see is the names of your people generate here and then you will have the option to listen in to each person's calls.

You can also filter by team.

Let's say if you have a pretty large team, you want to just parse it out a little bit.

You can have your groups over here.

And you can listen on an individual basis if you'd like.

So it also will tell you their activity when they were last online, making calls, if they're offline.

So, again, very helpful from a monitoring standpoint.

So that's just about it as far as live monitoring and your sales floors, of course.
