Once an envelope is completed, Anacha automatically sends each recipient a completion email with access to their signed documents.

This is a required step and happens as soon as the final signup finishes.

By default, these documents are included as email attachments.

However, some industries require documents not to be sent this way.

In these cases, you can turn off attachments in Settings.

To do this, head to Settings, then email notifications and disable both.

Send an envelope signed documents as an email attachment and send only a combined copy of an envelope's documents and certificate of completion.

Once these are turned off, completed documents will no longer be attached to emails.

Instead, on completion, recipients will click the View Documents button in their email.

From there, they'll be asked to re authenticate using a password or two factor authentication if enabled before accessing their signed documents.

They can view their signed documents in their browser or download files directly to their computer using the Actions menu.
