Well, my name's Eli, and over the last 20 years, I've helped cooks and chefs go from following basic recipes and guessing in the kitchen to cooking with confidence and executing restaurant, quality dishes at a professional level.

I've opened over 20 restaurants.

I've worked in more than 10 Mission Star kitchens, and I've trained along chefs like Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali, Thomas Keller, and Davide Eldani.

now I take everything that I've learned in these kitchens and over the years, and I'm going to.

And I'm going to teach it to you in a way that actually makes sense, so I hope you enjoy it.

I guess more importantly than how many restaurants I've opened in the course of my career is the fact that I've done it for two major restaurant groups.

Who I help.

Well, mainly I work with young professionals and serious home cooks who are serious about learning how to cook restaurant quality Italian food.

Most of the people I work with already enjoy cooking.

They care about great food, they have a good palate, they have some experience in the kitchen, whether stuck following recipes, second guessing themselves, just not getting the results that they're capable of.

Maybe you're not getting position due to a tasting not going so well.

Well, this isn't really for people looking for shortcuts or quick results.

If you're not ready to learn real technique, focus on details and actually improve how to cook, this won't be a good fit.

So I'm not, it's not a magical solution.

I am teaching you how to cook.

But, and you'll be able to cook, you'll be able to execute.

After my first recipe, we'll cook a delicious pasta dish in like 15 minutes.

So I am guaranteeing quick results, but to get the whole process, you know, you get out what you put in essentially.

So, not guaranteeing that you're going to be able to cook like a five course meal in 15 minutes or anything like that, but I am guaranteeing that you'll be able to cook an amazing five course the right way.

You didn't need a bunch more recipe books.

What you need is somebody actually explaining how and why things work in the kitchen when you're cooking.

And, that's what I'm really good at.

I mean, I've explained it to hundreds of cooks over the years how exactly these recipes work.
