Export candidates

Hi.

Today we will see how you can export candidates from Hirin So you can first filter out the candidates that you want to export using the filter options.

So here you can see I have filtered out four candidates.

Here, right beside the add candidate button in the candidate listing page we have an option to export the candidate.

Once you click here, you'll get two options.

One is you can download an Excel.

The other option is that you can prepare a copy for an email as well.

So if I go with the download Excel option, once I click on export now, an Excel will be downloaded successfully where you can view all the candidate details, his screening scores, the candidate's name, the job that he has applied for.

All those details will.

You'll get it in a table format right here, Right now if you want it to be a Okay.

So now if you want to download a copy for an email, you have to select the Copy for email table format option.

Click on export now.

And here you'll be able to see a table is created which you can edit.

Basically you can customize the table columns.

You can select that.

And here we have given an option to download the resumes as well in a zip file so that you can download the resumes of the selected candidates in a zip file as well.

And you can simply click on copy email format and you can copy, paste it to your email and you can paste it to your email body to send it quickly to a client or anyone in the team.
