So I'm going to go over the ManyChat integration that I've set up.

So essentially, yeah, you can see in here I've got my profile connected up.

So it's just my Instagram profile.

and then I've also got the inbox which seems to be receiving messages.

So if it will load, I think it might be my WI fi.

So, yeah, you can see it has been receiving messages, which is, you know, obviously great.

But yeah, then you can see that it, you know, it does.

It hasn't been sending out the automation.

So I've got this automation set up which is simply just to like when someone comments on a post, it will send them the resource, like when they comment with these specific keywords, but it's just not working.

So I'm not too sure why.

I've been through the help section, been through the, the chat bar, all that kind of stuff.

I've done the refresh permissions.

I've like, you know, you can see up here, I've kind of connected it again.

I've done that like twice now.

and it just hasn't worked.

I can't remember exactly where I saw it, but I went through all of the other kind of, you know, related topics for, for this same inquiry.

and I couldn't find the issue, like, I mean, I couldn't find the actual, like an actual problem, essentially.

So you said, I think you said here, like many chat isn't set as a primary receiver in your Instagram settings.

yeah, I guess I, I mean, I don't really know entirely what that, what that means, but, it does.

I mean, the messages seem to be coming through, so I'm assuming it probably is set as like a primary receiver.

or there's a permission issue in Meta Business Suite.

So with this account, I set up the Meta Business.

I've got you know, the business suite set up and then in terms of like the inbox, all the messages seem to be coming through.

like you can see here people are commenting, but then, yeah, whenever they come in a specific keyword, I've like run the keyword like a few times just to test it out.

But it's not like it's not working.

So like you know, yeah, I've kind of run, run the keyword a few times just on a few different accounts but it's just not like it's not working for some reason.

You know I kind of want to get this sorted as soon as possible because I'm getting quite a few comments that I just don't have time to manually respond to so I just, you know, would rather have this kind of system set up.
