Hiring Manager's actions

Hello Everyone In today's video, I will walk you through the available actions for hiring managers.

Once the candidate completes the evaluation process, Hiring manager will be receiving their details just like this on their emails.

There are two options will be available.

First is Proceed to Next.

If you would like to move ahead with the candidate, you you can simply click on Proceed to Next and that's it.

System will be automatically notified to schedule the next rounds.

If you find the candidate is not a fit, you can simply click on Do Not Proceed and the system will be asking you to add a rejection note for closing the screening.
