If you are a parent who grew up in a chaotic home or who is stuck in a fight or flight, there's a constant cycle of dysfunction and yelling within your family unit and you're tired of it and you need it to change this 10 minute reset.

So my name is Jack Bolton.

I'm born and raised here on the Big island in Hawaii.

And although I was raised here in paradise, my home life was not, quite frank.

My home life was consistently chaotic.

We would yell and scream and fight with each other all of the time.

And I have now learned that the root cause of this dysfunction truly was nervous system regulation.

You see, my mom, she has anxiety and post traumatic stress that she still deals with to this day.

And so as a child when I was raised by my mom, I would constantly feel this feeling of unsafety, this constant worrying, this constant wondering.

And although my mom did her best, she was often unsupported, overwhelmed, and in toxic and abusive relationships.

And so what ended up happening was I ended up becoming her little emotional therapist, right?

Her support, her emotional support.

And this has chased me into my adult relationships with the feminine to this day.

And so I have recently done a lot of inner child healing and worked through healing my nervous system from these childhood wounds.

And this has ignited a fire within me to want to share these tools with the world.

And so this training that I'm talking about today, this is the calm home foundations, and these are the tools that I wish that my mom had when she was raising me.

And so this is for parents who are tired of dysfunction, yelling, repeating the cycle that they experienced in childhood, right?

The truth is, is that if you are finally going to break this cycle, it's going to take you learning how to regulate your nervous system, right?

It's not your fault.

You were never taught this, right?

And so this is the key, this is the root of the problem that I experienced in childhood.

And so if you grew up in a chaotic household too, and now you feel like you're repeating the cycle and you're experiencing a lot of conflict within your own home, then this is for you, right?

And so if you are not ready to take responsibility for where it is that you are in your life and what your relationship is like with your kids, if you just want to blame your kids for the way that they're acting, this is not for you.

This is about working with yourself, working on a personal journey and healing yourself first by setting the example for your child.

And if you're not willing to commit at least an hour a day to this practice and to this training, then please do not, do not go through this.

this transformation to heal our nervous system, it does take time and it takes consistent effort.

And so if you're not ready to put in the real effort that it takes to break generational cycles, please do not continue.

But if you are ready, if you are ready to break this generational cycle for good, and you know that you will learn to raise your children in a completely different way, that you will raise yourself than this is for you, right?

And so I work with two different modalities.

Primarily, we are working on healing your nervous system, right?

And we are working on giving you the communication skills that you need to thrive, right?

If you don't know how to regulate yourself and your child is feeling your anxious feelings, they are co regulating with you, then no matter how good your communication skills are, you will not be able to communicate, right?

when people are dysregulated, they often explode and they yell and they scream and that's no way to communicate effectively, guys, right?

And so we need to first learn how to regulate our own nervous system.

And then our child will naturally learn through example.

They will learn exactly what it means to feel calm, right?

To feel grounded.

And so will you.

And so then we can talk about communication skills.

We can talk about how to communicate effectively.

Because so few people have been taught how to communicate effectively.

This was another good big root cause of the dysfunction in my family, right?

My mom was never taught how to communicate in her relationships, in her family relationships growing up.

She had no example of what healthy communication was.

And so she really needed someone.
