About Jack

Hey there.

My name is Jack Bolton.

I'm born and raised on the big island of Hawaii and I am the creator of the Calm Home foundations.

I am so absolutely excited that you're here.

If you are a parent who is tired of cycles of dysfunction and yelling and screaming matches with your children, then you are in the right place.

In the free Calm Home foundations, you will find a seven day training where each day you will learn a new tool and under have new understanding of what it means in order to regulate your nervous system, co regulate with your child and then have that talk, right?

Be able to communicate.

So often I see parents trying to use logic to speak to their children.

And if a child is dysregulated, if you are dysregulated, you're not going to be able to communicate effectively.

I created this training to fill the gap for someone like my mom.

My mom, when she was raising me, she was unsupported and she did not understand what it meant in order to regulate her nervous system.

She didn't have the tools to do so.

And so this is my mission, this is my life's mission, is to ultimately change millions of families and impact generations of children who will now finally understand what it means to have a pillar of safety as a caretaker.

Instead of feeling anxious, instead of feeling unworthy, instead of feeling lost and unsafe, I want children in this new world to feel supported, to feel understood, to be able to ultimately allow them to be their truest self.

If you've ever witnessed a child, probably about age 4, maybe younger, they are fully expressive, they are fully themselves.

You see what happens is as children we begin to adapt to our environment.

And so if we have chaotic lives, we have chaotic parents, we will adapt in order to get our needs met, right?

We all need to know that we are loved unconditionally.

We all need to know that our emotional experience and our needs matter, right?

We also need to know that our parents are okay.

So if any one of these three core needs are not met, then we will do whatever it is that we need to do in order to survive.

And so this is how our core identity shifts and it chases us into adulthood.
