Hey Bailey here.
00:00
So in this video I want to show you how to bolster the social proof that you have by pulling quotable client quotes and testimonials directly from the conversations you're having.
00:09
So what I'll have you do is go to Content Strategist.
00:12
And what I want to do is say something like pull, a few quotable client moments from happy clients that I could turn into testimonials.
00:19
Now it's gone through and because it has so much context about you and the conversations that you're having, who your happy clients are based on, you know, identifying sentiment in these calls is, it's given me a bunch of really cool ones.
00:31
I like this one.
00:32
GIA is a non linear force multiplier.
00:35
Gives me a bit of context around that as well.
00:37
And it also shows you all of the different kind of sources that it looked through to find that.
00:42
Now I know I had a call, I think it was yesterday, that I that there was a quote in it that I really want to turn into a testimonial if the customer is okay with it.
00:51
So I'm going to say.
00:52
Can you pull quotable moments from the call with Ray?
00:56
Awesome.
00:56
So it's actually pulled five or four quotable moments from that call with Ray, which is pretty cool.
01:01
You know, this is scary good.
01:02
But this was actually the one I was looking for.
01:04
This is really good.
01:04
Much better than the content I would have written.
01:06
So to me that's an of quote testimonial around.
01:08
It was actually this tool, the Content Strategist.
01:10
And so what I'm going to do next is I think it's super important to kind of ask permission before just throwing this up on the website, especially if you are including including the name of the person in the company.
01:18
So I might say write me a short email to Ray asking for permission if I can use this testimonial or this quote as a testimonial on the website.
01:26
actually just going to paste the quote in here.
01:28
cool.
01:28
So it actually wrote this really cool email also based off the context of the call where it's saying, hey, wanted to reach out during our last check in you said this would love to put that as a testimonial.
01:36
The really cool part is that actually he, one of the things he did is he showed us a post that generated 13k impressions.
01:41
And it actually goes and it says hey, this captures perfectly what we're trying to do with content strategist and hearing it from someone like you who's generating 13,000 impressions on a post means a lot.
01:50
So this is pretty great.
01:51
I'm probably going to copy and paste this and go ask for permission to post this on the website.
01:55
Maybe socials from Ray.
01:56
So this is one of the easiest ways to kind of bolster and boost the social proof that you just innately have from clients and the calls that you're having every single day.
02:07
So just going back to the top, the quote that I actually used was pull a few quotable client moments from happy, clients that I could turn into testimonials.
02:15
So dive into content strategist.
02:16
give it a shot and let me know how it goes.
