Hey.
00:00
So today I'm going to show you how to build an entire content calendar for the week in 15 minutes using GIA across all different platforms, short form and long form.
00:07
So one of the things I do and that I highly recommend is sit down and kind of batch do your content.
00:11
So it's know, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you're sitting down for 30 minutes in the morning to write one post.
00:15
What I'd recommend is, you know, 15, 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, something like that.
00:20
So first thing I'll have you do is actually go to content strategist.
00:23
Now one of the cool things here, if you want to create content for you, that comes from your calls and your team's calls, is you can go and add different team members and it'll pull from the conversations they're having in addition to the ones you're having, which is pretty neat.
00:37
Now off the bat, GIA suggests a couple high level ideas that it thinks will work.
00:40
hey, I can do repurposing of a competitor post, surfacing a cool client story which becomes more lower funnel content.
00:46
And what So what I'm going to do is actually say something like create three unique LinkedIn posts for me, all based on different topics.
00:54
Leverage what you know is resonating with my Target audience on LinkedIn.
00:57
and one thing you know, General LLMs miss a lot is we have a bunch of LinkedIn data that we pull in about, you know, what's working, what content pillar is resonating the most?
01:05
what is your ICP engage with?
01:06
And so I'm just gonna hit enter.
01:07
So what GIA then goes and does is it gives me three ideas.
01:10
It's telling me kind of what it's going to write about, a content authenticity referrals are in strategy, things like that.
01:14
It's telling me why this is going to work, for my specific ICP and why it's adding some specific things.
01:19
Now usually what I'll do is I'll go through, I'll kind of skim these to make sure I like them.
01:23
If I don't, I'll say something like you know, replace post number three with a new idea.
01:26
And then what I'll do is I'll actually click edit and go into here.
01:29
And I highly recommend editing within the platform because it helps with reinforcement learning, teaching Gia, what you actually like to talk about how you actually write so that the next output is better.
01:37
And so I'll go in here, I'm probably going to space this out a little bit more just because that's what I like to do.
01:42
then I'll hit save.
01:43
What you can then do is, well first off look at when Gia Gia recommends posting because because it's just saying that to say hey, this is probably when you'll get peak engagement.
01:51
Most of your target audience is active around.
01:53
I'll do probably 8am EST on Tuesday I can click Schedule.
01:58
I'll go through find 8am on I'm going to do next Tuesday.
02:03
then what I'll almost always do is I will add an image can either do choose for me which is going to pull directly from your content library, essentially things that you've uploaded here before that you've used on LinkedIn you can just browse and upload something that is from your device and then all you need to do is click Schedule Post.
02:16
Now the next thing I'll typically do is I'll choose my favorite idea which in this post, in this case is post number one write me a long form SEO optimized blog post about post number one.
02:25
So here we go.
02:25
It's done a bunch of web research to kind of pull in different, data driven sources and in real time it's building out this long form blog post for me.
02:32
So it's fully built out the blog post.
02:34
Now obviously I always kind of skim through this, edit it, make some changes, make sure it aligns with my perspective and what I want to talk about.
02:40
But the cool part is that's typically quite built into it given that it has context about you, your calls, the conversations you're having, your business, your just innate point of view on things.
02:51
And so usually this is pretty close to what I want to put out there.
02:54
Final thing is just copy and paste it over to your CMS.
02:57
Eventually we'll build out integrations with Webflow, WordPress, things like that.
03:01
it has a suggested meta description and then the other kind of cool part is it's showing all the sources it's referenced.
03:07
So it has a bunch of web research and it's also showing just how many calls and conversations it is pulling data from.
03:12
Now the final thing that some users have started doing if you really want to go overboard is you can tell you to do something like write me a short video script if I want to create a five minute YouTube video on this topic.
03:22
And I can hit send and then it is going to go through that.
03:25
Give me a step by step script of what I can do if I want to record a video.
03:28
So it's drafted the full video script here.
03:30
It's given me some, visual elements to include pacing, even thumbnail and title ideas, and a call to action, which is pretty neat.
03:36
So I'm about 10, 12 minutes in here and I've created three LinkedIn posts that I've scheduled, a blog post that I've copied and pasted over to my cms.
03:43
And obviously I have yet to record, you know, this video, but I have the outline and kind of the bones for it.
03:48
Now the final thing I'll show you is actually a feature that is coming soon that essentially enables all of that.
03:52
Now it's right here under Content Lab.
03:54
For now, if you want early access, send me an email.
03:57
Happy to get a couple additional beta users on this, but this essentially does everything I just walked you through automatically, meaning it looks at all of the calls you've had in the previous week, it looks at what's resonating with your audience, and automatically drafts your content calendar.
04:12
So in this case it's actually pulling one post from a blog that I've written in the past.
04:17
It's pulling one post directly from a competitor based on what's working really well for them.
04:21
And then the other post is just generally from a really good idea that came from calls.
04:25
Other thing it does is it's saying, hey, why this is going to work?
04:28
Again, giving me best time to post.
04:30
Also a couple specific recommendations.
04:31
And then again showing all of the web sources and research calls that this post is coming from.
04:36
So in a perfect world, how we want this to work and we're kind of calling it content on autopilot is you go in, take a look, make sure everything looks good, and then all you do is schedule, schedule, schedule.
04:44
Mark is published, push it over to your CMS and you are good to go for the week.
04:48
We can do this with every team member on your team.
04:50
As long as they're having client facing or you know, some sort of strategic call, This will automatically refresh every week, every seven days.
04:56
And if you ever want to find kind of what is pending for you, you can go to scheduled posts and they will all show up here.
05:02
So what I'd recommend you do next is go to Content strategist.
05:05
that as a starting point because the content on autopilot is not live yet.
05:09
Try in one sitting to build out your full content calendar.
05:12
Schedule everything out and see how it goes.
