So in the next few minutes, I'm going to share with you the core building blocks of building a great physique with six pack abs, building strength and how to avoid injuries that hold you back all with or without having to go to the gym.

I'm a Hollywood actor in stuntman and I'm going to show you how I maintain six pack abs.

Year round have the ability to perform martial arts and cool calisthenics moves at a high level all while staying virtually injury free and how you can do the same growing up.

I was very competitive and played several sports but mainly focused on football and baseball.

And just like most young athletes, I was taught to just go to the gym, lift weights and throw in some calisthenics exercises like push ups and sit ups as I got older.

And into my mid twenties, I realized that staying in shape and being shredded year round was getting more difficult and I had to develop better eating habits and a nutrition plan.

So after a few years post college when I was working like a slave in the corporate world as an automotive shop manager, I had put on some extra weight and was not eating right or exercising regularly, and my body definitely showed.

So I decided to take my diet more seriously and come up with a plan to get shredded as quick and safe as possible.

So that's what I'm going to lay out for you right here.

There is a ton of misinformation out there about nutrition and how to get six pack abs.

And all this nonsense is coming from people who are just using nicotine, vapes, caffeine and other substances trying to sell you on a program when they have no idea about nutrition.

Now, back to my mid twenties, I was living in Orlando, Florida, when I decided it was time to reboot my fitness and go from dad body to male stripper physique.

The formula to shred fat is very simple.

You must be in a caloric deficit.

And to do this, the foundation of my diet and nutrition involves a few pillars.

The first pillar is intermittent fasting.

There was not a lot of talk about intermittent fasting at the time, but I did some research and found some solid info and case studies done on this.

So I gave it a try and I noticed a big difference in my energy levels within just a week or two.

Instead of constantly worrying about what to eat, I focused on when I ate, which was usually around two to three PM and that's when I broke the fast and had my first meal.

The second part of my diet protocol for the six week period was eating Greek yogurt.

As my first meal, it's low in calories and packed with high quality protein, keeping me full and helping my muscles recover quickly.

Plus it supports gut health which plays a huge role in metabolism and energy.

I would also add some fresh fruit and honey which satisfied my appetite until dinner.

For dinner, I would basically do a carnivore diet with meats and I would rotate between steak, eggs, chicken and fish such as red snapper or salmon.

All of these items were quick and easy to prepare on a grill or just by using a frying pan on the stove.

The second pillar of my transformation was a fitness routine.

I call it my stuntman hybrid training style.

It's nothing like the typical gym routine.

By combining powerful techniques like isometric exercises, gymnastics rings training cardio and calisthenics, I was able to get shredded fast and build serious functional strength without being bored.

I also found that doing my workouts outside in the sun kept things more energetic and revitalized.
