Pivot's Short Demo

Hi and welcome to Pivot.

Let's take a quick look around.

The platform has three sections: the Dashboard, Learning centre and Knowledge base.

With the Dashboard you can create a new case or open an existing one.

Inside a case, the Documents section shows all uploaded evidence just drag and drop or browse from your desktop.

The Claim section structures all claims across the case manually updatable statuses.

The Form E completeness tracker on the right shows which sections are done and which remain outstanding.

The Gaps section flags what's missing, coverage gaps, items received and a full disclosure summary.

From here you can run an asset summary directly from the Evidence graph or use the AI case Assistant to ask questions in natural language what property has the highest value in this case?

And get a cited answer.

You can also generate a court bundle and an AI summary of the entire case.

Here you can view a conflict analysis surfacing valuation disputes with variance percentages.

Tolerance thresholds are configurable per firm and a full report downloads as a PDF.

Next we have the Learning centre which includes onboarding modules and a CPD journal to log activity and track development.

Accredited through a Resolution -aligned pathway.

Finally we have the Knowledge Base.

This searches all of UK legislation using Lex AI, a government project which has digitised the full body of UK legislation.

Here we have selected the Children Act.

Go into a specific section and Pivot returns the full legislative text.

It links directly to legislation.gov.uk and you can also query the legislation in plain language using AI.

This returns a fully cited answer.
