How to manage your posts in Magic Post 📊

All right, today I'm going to be showing you where and how you can manage all of your posts from one spot.

So we're going to go to the left hand side here under my posts.

This is going to be a catalog of everything that you've done on Magic Post.

You're going to have your drafts, you're going to see what posts you have and scheduled, which ones have already gone out, and even which ones are your favorites.

So I'm going to show you a little bit about what you can do on this page here.

So to start off, if you want to, categorize what posts that you're seeing based on just draft format you're able to do so here, same thing goes for scheduled, publish and favorites.

so once you've gone into the drafts, you have a list of all the posts that you have still in draft format.

And what you can do is you can click into any of these and make little edits here and there.

you can add in your own media, schedule that first comment, and schedule right from the side here.

The other thing to note is that we have these labels.

if we go back to the all section here, we can see that even the posts that have been published, they have this label.

If you click down on one of these, you can see that we have the four labels that come with it being the actionable, inspiring, introspective, and promotional.

But what's really cool is that you can add in your own labels.

So this can just help your organization system.

If you have posts that are for top of funnel, that are ready to go out, that are middle of the funnel, bottom of the funnel to be validated, et cetera, you can get really specific and with what you want these labels to be.

And these labels will then show up in your calendar based on the color that you have assigned.

the other thing that you're able to do is that you can add media directly from here.

If this is an easier way for you to see all of your posts in one spot, And then to delete drafts as well or can just click on the little boxes here and go to Delete Post.

If you want to go and see all of your posts that have been published, you can do so by clicking the Publish section on the top.

And if you just click on one of the posts, it will give you a quick snapshot of the statistics of that post, And what's really neat with Magic Post is now you have the ability to go in and edit or delete right from Magic Post, so you're not having to go back into LinkedIn and finding all of those posts.
