Automating outreach with Gia Contacts

So what I do first is go to the signals tab and essentially decide what you want to export.

Now for me typically I always default to who's a good fit, a strong fit and a very strong fit icp.

sometimes I will exclude very strong fit because those are people that are active opportunities and that I've already met with.

So these two are typically quite a good bet.

And then what I'll do is I will typically run different sequences based on the signal.

So what I'm going to do in this case is I am going to pull everybody that's been engaging with my competitors so a list of 1500 here and then I'm going to upload them to a competitive based sequence.

So I'm going to go here to the right and export this list of 1500.

So I'm going to head over to instantly our email outbound tool.

I'm going to go and select a specific campaign that I already built.

Let's say this is the competitive one and I can just go click leads, upload this list that I got from gia and we actually split tested this at least with instantly leads that you can pull directly from here where it was the exact same sequence, a list from instantly and a list of contacts in GIA that were actively engaging with competitors that is showing some sort of buying intent or interest towards the topic that we were talking about.

And that list from g actually performed 6x better in terms of contacted to Demo booked, which for us is the KPI we care about.

it performed 6x better than just the cold list.

All that to say this stuff does work if you do it right.

I might go back and say now I want to build a sequence based on who is hiring for a role and I might use language like hey saw your team is growing or you're hiring for X, Y and Z specific roles.

and I want to export leads that are actively showing that type of buying intent.

Now, obviously, hiring for a role is going to be a lot lower volume.

So what I might want to do is hiring signals across my entire company's network.

And then I can do the same thing.

I can export, push it to instantly upload it to the right campaign and run the exact same sequence, just a slightly different sequence and language based on the signal that the person is exhibiting.

So that's everything a little bit more advanced.
