Okay, so here's a quick video on how to take prospects from CHIA and push them to your CRM.

So we're back on the signals page and you can add any sort of filter that you want.

for me one of the things that I like to do is filter by anybody who's very strong fit ICP that maybe has engaged with my content.

And if I'm doing this every week, I might want to select in the last seven days for example, or let's do this month.

So I might go here and I see Kylie who is actually a very strong fit icp.

and I am going to go and add her to the CRM.

So it's going to pre populate everything.

Sometimes if we don't have the email you can actually one click and Gio will go enrich and find the email and then I can go and add to CRM.

The other thing that I typically like to do as soon as I meet with somebody and you know, have a demo with them and it goes well, I want to create an opportunity in HubSpot.

Is I'll actually go and say, you know, I just had a call with Melissa the other day, it went great, she's going to be a customer.

I'm going to click Add to CRM.

it automatically pulls the email because I've already met with her and I can push that to HubSpot and then go and create a deal with Melissa as the contact.

So once you're in HubSpot, or your CRM, where that's typically going to live is for us under the CRM portion under Contacts, where all of the contacts that we've pushed from GIA plus all of our other contacts are going to live.

So if you ever want to filter by just the contacts that came from gia, You can go and click Advanced Filters.

I'm going to add a filter, you're going to do Record Source.

We pushed under detail, one is equal to GIA HubSpot.

And now we have a list of everybody that has come directly from gia.

So what you'll see is Record Source and you'll see a GIA HubSpot as the tag.

Now, by default, these are pushed as non marketing contacts because HubSpot charges, based on marketing contacts.

So that means right now you can't enroll them in any sort of sequence.

So if you want to go and enroll them in a sequence or a drip or a newsletter or something like that, you can select all of the contacts that you want to add and make marketing contacts.

And then what you can do is set as marketing contacts, and then you just type the number and HubSpot will make those marketing contacts and then you can enroll them in any sort of sequence that you want.
