Get Your Team Posting on LinkedIn 🚀

Today I'm going to be showing you and your team the easiest way to get started on posting on LinkedIn.

Using Magic Post's team plan.

To start off with, we're going to go through how to invite team members, how you can start generating and scheduling posts for either yourself or for higher ups within your company how you can track the activity of everyone within your team and even get downloadable reports that you can then share with your team.

So to start off with, this is going to be your team's dashboard.

I'm going to show you first how to invite new team members to your organization.

So we're going to go ahead and go to this purple button that says add a member.

There's two ways in which you can do this.

You can do it via the invitation or you can do it via Quick Add.

So if you want your team to be posting and you have your members actually having a Magic Post account, you're going to be using the invitation link.

You'll send them an email right here.

They'll receive something saying you've been invited to Magic Post organization.

They'll be prompted to create an account.

And once that's done, you'll receive an email on your end saying that they're officially added to your organization and you're all set.

If you want to be posting for a higher up within your company, I'd recommend doing the Quick Add button here.

You can put in their name right here and they'll appear in your organization below.

you'll add them in and you'll see that there's no LinkedIn quite connected yet.

So you can go to these three buttons here and send them this link to connect to LinkedIn.

way you don't see their credentials or anything like that If you want someone on your team to be an administrator, this just means that they're able to post on behalf of other people.

So by going to the three buttons here and toggling on administrator, they have access.

If we go to the left hand side, they're able to go and switch in between all these different accounts posting on behalf of others.

let's go over some of the other features on your team's dashboard.

We're going to go to activities here.

And this is going to be a great spot for you to have a broad overview of knowing who's posting and when they're posting.

This Next, we're going to go to the performance button on the side here.

And this is going to show a very cool thing.

This is going to show your team's metrics.

This is going to be everyone in your team, the total of impressions that you guys have gathered over whatever timeline you would like.

You can have the last 90 days, you can have it be the last six months, last year, et cetera.

you want to see the total, the average, or the cumulative.

you can change what metric you want to be seeing as well.

This is available as a downloadable report, so you can really track those metrics and send this out to shareholders and newsletters to people within your company, et cetera.

So if you want to have your like sales team start posting, this is a great way to track it and you can really see how your team starts to gain that visibility.

Going a little bit further down here, we even have the top performers and the top people that are posting, which is really just kind of a nice incentive, I guess, if you want to call it that.

we also have the engagement distribution that can be seen here as well as the most viewed and liked posts that have been done by your team.

And again, just some more detailed stats of each of your members in terms of impressions, likes, comments, followers and engagement percentage.

let's get into the actual post generation and post scheduling.

So it's important to note that with Magic Post, when you connect your LinkedIn, it's going to take into account all of your past posts, your tone of voice, your style of writing, and even the format in which that you generally do posts.

and what's really cool here is that we have four different post types.

We And then with each post type, we have different post categories.

This is going to be really key because people on your team might be posting about different things.

For example, your sales team won't be posting the same thing as your HR team, as your marketing team.

in the subject line here, you know, you can get as broad or as specific as you would like and it will generate a post for you within seconds.

We also have this URL button here where if you have a website that you want to link an article, et cetera, you really have even a YouTube video, you're able to do that via, this URL link.

And same with file.

If you have a PDF or something that you want to upload and kind of generate a LinkedIn post around, you're able to do that So as we can see, I've just taken our Magic post URL it in here and within seconds it's going to start generating a LinkedIn post.

For me, you're able to go in and edit on the right hand side here, allowing We also have a few parameters that you can go into as well.

what's really neat here is that on the right hand side as the post has been generated, you have a few different things that you can do with this.

here, we have this purple crayon that says Change with AI.

This is really cool because it allows you a few different things.

You can regenerate the entire post.

You can change just the hook or you can even reduce the length.

All right, now we're going to go into the scheduling function here.

So as you can see, you can schedule things out, as far in advance as you would like.

You're even able to schedule to the hour down to the minute if you go to these three little buttons on the side here.

This is really neat because we have some recommended times for you to be posting to make sure that your team really optimizes its visibility here.

you can set default times, you can set to 24 hour time.

And if you have a global team, for example, if you're posting for different audiences, you're able to find the different time zones here, And one of the really cool new things that Magic Post has to offer now is you can schedule that first comment.

it allows you to get the ball going in terms of engagement.

now that we have the post, just how we like it.

We've scheduled it for the 26th 12:30.

We click schedule this post.

And as you can see here in the green, we know that it's been scheduled.

If we go to the calendar feature here, we're going to see that that post that we just did has popped up right here.

And even if we want to change the day, you can easily do so with the calendar feature, allowing you to easily drag and drop.
