NewMail Quickstart (Gmail) (EN)

Today I'm going to show you how in just a few minutes you can connect your email to newmail and generate your own personalized AI assistant that can then help you blaze through Your inbox in 10 times less time than it would take otherwise.

So first I'm going to show you my inbox.

You can see lots of things going on.

Some things are read, some things are unread, some things are marked important that are important, some things are marked important that are not important.

and it's all a big mess.

Take me a long time to go through.

I've got at least I've got 43 emails here that need to be read.

Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to NewMail AI and then I'm going to click the big blue start for free button.

I'm going to land on this connection page.

I'm going to make sure that the language is correct.

And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to connect my email account by clicking this button.

I'm going to select the email account I want to connect.

I'm going to click continue.

I'm going to allow new mail to connect to my calendar, my email and my task list and it's going to start personalizing my AI assistant.

What does that mean?

It's learning our business positioning and, and our target audience, who do we sell to and why and how do we talk to them?

Communication style, key messages, what's our offering, what are our products and services and how do we answer objections, all this kind of thing.

And then it's going to map how I've been interacting with clients and what my response patterns look like.

Am I using templates, any recurring resources, links that I'm using.

It's going to capture all of that and now it's starting to work in my inbox.

That means it's prioritizing messages based on how important relevant they are to my role.

And it's creating draft responses that match my style, my voice.

And then it's going to be adding tasks into my to do list and it's going to be generating a daily briefing.

Can't have daily briefings on every single day.

to quickly hit the ground running every morning, see what important things landed in your inbox.

So the first thing I'm going to see, it identified my Role founder at NewMail, my personality Commander Entj.

So this is my Myers Briggs, strategic goal oriented, blah blah blah, customer centric problem solver Sounds good.

What do we do that sets us apart?

We build personalized AI agents for customer facing teams that draft email and their voice manage relationships at scale and we learn from real communication patterns for sales and support teams at mid market B2B companies.

That is all correct.

Okay, then I'm gonna see the most important is three levels of priority.

Urgent, important.

Interesting.

There's also a fourth one which is filtered which we can control to remove emails we don't want to see.

And you're gonna be able to see these action buttons star important emails Mark interesting emails as read.

That's on and that's why you're gonna see a lot less emails are actually unread in my inbox because it's gonna have marked all the uninteresting ones as read and all the spam ones as read as well.

And I can actually have it auto archive them as well.

Then it's going to suggest multiple folders for me Clients which are emails from active customers, pilots, enterprise accounts, onboarding support, performance prospects and product.

These are the main things that I'm handling in this inbox.

That's right.

That's pretty much how I organize it myself.

If I look in draft replies and scheduling, I'm going to see the dominant tone, warm and approachable in English, professional communications, polite, direct, solution, focused.

Da da, da da da da In French, especially with familiar contacts.

I'm using the to form and maintaining professionalism with formal contacts using the vou form.

French emails are warmer relational quality with encouraging language.

Blah blah blah.

Okay, I can see that it's correctly grabbed all my booking links that I use to book intros, demos, onboardings with customers in different languages.

It's also grabbed all my relevant links that I send to customers, the support center, onboarding videos, the new mail app, LinkedIn, profile, WhatsApp, contact.

Perfect.

My professional contacts.

Once again it's filled in everything by itself.

This is what we do.

We build and scale an AI powered email system for customer facing teams, manage onboarding, handle sales, oversee products feedback, manage team coordination, conduct customer check ins, develop and refine, go to market strategy and positioning.

Right.

And then information about our products and about our target customers.

Okay, then inbox priorities and filters is where I can add filters to remove things I don't want to see like generic mess emails.

Okay.

Now if I look at my inbox I see that the last 50 messages have been managed by the AI and it's prioritized a few of them are new mail team Live sync, a meeting with the customer, this AI visibility audit, message from body, message from customer about support topics and invoice and questions about Outlook compatibility.

So if I select this one, for example, I've got Bob saying hey, are you guys compatible with Outlook?

The web based version, the desktop version, and I've got an email that's pre written for me.

I can confirm the web based version is fully supported.

You can use all features without any issues regarding Outlook Classic.

It's definitely in our roadmap.

However I don't have a precise timeline to share yet.

Your feedback is really valuable.

So in this case, this actually incorrect.

We do support Outlook Classic out of the box.

So what I'm going to do is I'm going to have it regenerate a response by using this on demand draft button in my labels and you're going to see it's going to regenerate in about 15 seconds.

So if I give it a little refresh, it's gonna have regenerated for Bob.

Yeah.

Once again it seems to think that we don't have that yet, but we do actually, most of our customers use Outlook Classic.

Okay.

And then in this example I'm being asked for an affiliate partnership inquiry and it's marked it as interesting.

If I have time I can look at this and it's given me two options.

Yes, we do offer partnership programs.

Let's have a call, let's talk about it.

Or no, we unfortunately don't have a call.

but we would love to explore how we might collaborate or support your clients.

And I can just select this option that I want to send and select it from the bottom to the end and send it to loan.

Okay, this invoice, I see that it's actually tracked it in my tasks so I'm gonna mark that as red.

This one.

okay, I got a message, let me know that this customer is currently out of office.

Good to know.

And then Bordy, I know what this is about, the visibility audit.

It is an interesting topic but not one that I'm keen on at this time.

Okay.

And then the 40 other emails I don't even have to bother with.

I can quickly check my briefing email.

I get all the most important things in the last 50.

Very good.

And just like that, basically I've gone through the last 50 emails.

I'm gonna mark the status of the payment is done.

I have to coordinate an onboarding.

I have to schedule a call.

Actually I don't care about their AI audit.

I had originally filled it out, but I don't care anymore.

And for this I'm going to answer.

It turns out most of our users prefer this version, and we're fully compatible with Classic, with Gmail, and with Apple Mail as well.
