we have a lot to cover.
00:01
We have two hours.
00:01
this is, I usually make the promise for people who show up here.
00:07
I'm like, this is going to be the most value packed workshop, free workshop that you've ever been to.
00:12
You've probably been to workshops that you've like, they last all day and you're like, my goodness, I just learned 12 years worth of content in like four hours.
00:19
But yeah, the promise that I make here is like, this is going to be the most valuable free workshop that you've been to.
00:25
That being said, it's going to be a lot to digest.
00:28
So this is all going to be about ManyChat and the purpose of what the next two hours is going to be with me is for me to just show you how I set up automations for clients, but more importantly how you can do the same while generating leads for your email list and also selling products and services.
00:44
So that's that.
00:46
there is going to be a recording.
00:48
We'll talk about that momentarily.
00:49
But I also like to start this by using this poll that I've got here, which you'll see should see it pop up on your screen in one second.
00:57
Let's see, we've got four options here.
01:01
My question is, how do we feel currently?
01:03
I was fast, got one answer and it wasn't even popped up.
01:07
how do we feel about manychat?
01:09
Do you use it at all right now?
01:11
Have you used it a few times?
01:12
Do you use it often but you kind of want to just like level up everything that you've got?
01:16
Or we have one person who is so far a manychat wizard.
01:20
So that person wants to identify themselves and just run the rest of the call for me.
01:23
That's totally cool, we'll do that too.
01:26
But as anticipated, we've got a pretty good split between I don't use it at all and I guess the first three.
01:34
Yeah, that makes sense.
01:37
Level it up.
01:38
Beautiful.
01:40
Yeah.
01:40
So I guess like you can also put a number in the chat too.
01:42
Like on a scale of 1 to 5, where do you feel like you are?
01:46
Many chat wizards can answer.
01:47
Thank you.
01:48
To five being like, I'm a wizard.
01:51
One being, what am I doing?
01:53
Jimmy's 2.3133, Ryan's a one, raise a two, nobody's a four.
02:02
How do we have a many chat wizard?
02:04
and there hasn't been a five in the chat.
02:07
Somebody's lying.
02:12
That's why you're here.
02:12
Cool.
02:13
All right, but, okay, cool.
02:15
Yeah, after this workshop, you will be at least a four.
02:18
That is my promise.
02:20
But the reason why most people are at like 1, 2, 3, even that, I would argue some people at 4 are still confused by some things that ManyChat can do.
02:28
But the reason we're all here is because when you first log into manychat and you see all these different, like, tabs and rectangles and quick automations and like, custom fields and conditions and emails and you can connect Claude and chat GPT, it's like, where do I even start?
02:43
I have no idea.
02:44
And the thing that I've, I've realized about YouTube and like, Instagram is that when you're talking about ManyChat specifically, there's, there's very little education, particularly in like, the creator space.
02:56
And when I say creator, I just mean, like, you post things online to sell something to people who follow you from that audience.
03:03
So there's a lot of information, but a lot of it is not very specific to what I would consider the creator economy.
03:11
So that's everything that I'm about to teach is, like, geared towards that specifically.
03:15
Like, how can we create things on Instagram to then grow our email list and then sell things through what would be our business or our personal brand?
03:25
And sometimes those things are the same thing.
03:27
So many chat is confusing.
03:29
Or as we've seen, like, 20% of people also say you've tried to set something up, but you have very little confidence in it actually working.
03:39
Does anybody feel that same way?
03:40
Like, I have something set up, but I have no idea if it's actually going to work.
03:46
You might have all these, like, different rectangles and boxes and you're like, I, guess we'll just put it live and see what happens.
03:51
And then somebody messages you and they're like, well, this isn't working the way that you probably thought it would help.
03:56
And, yeah, that's why we're here.
04:00
So there's a few different things that we're going to go through today.
04:03
the first thing being, which I think is actually the most important part for people to understand when they are selling things to other people online.
04:12
You've heard about this a million times, right?
04:14
Growing your email list is the most important thing you can do right now.
04:18
Because if you think about, like, I'm 27, I turn 28 tomorrow.
04:23
The email has been around ever since I've been alive.
04:25
But for the people who have, like, not to call you guys old, but for the people who have, been around since the Email started like email has changed very little in the past 30 years.
04:38
I can't say I've been around for the full 30 years, but I'm definitely close.
04:42
Social media changes like every week, right?
04:44
So like the algorithm can change and you just, you know, you maybe reached 10,000 people with a video consistently and now you reach 3,000.
04:51
Or like your audience is just not engaging with your content because some shift in the algorithm.
04:56
But if you build an email list, you can consistently reach 50 of the audience that you have on here, 40 to 50 if you're doing a good job.
05:03
Every single time you send a message.
05:05
That is unheard of even for sales emails.
05:08
Like 40% of your audience is seeing this.
05:11
It's insane.
05:12
So that's what people like mean but don't necessarily convey to you.
05:16
When they tell you building an email list is important, they just kind of tell you what's important and have you go out and do it on your own.
05:22
So we're going to take our manychat automations and we're going to connect that to our email list.
05:26
And if anybody has a question of like, which email tool I can like you should use, I can tell you which one I use.
05:32
It's kit, not sponsored to say that I've just been using it for four years.
05:37
and then we'll talk about how to turn those engaged followers into paying customers.
05:41
So it's a little bit about pricing here.
05:44
typically if you're selling something that's below $99, you can do that in the DMS with voice notes, which we'll talk about in a second.
05:51
But if you're selling anything above $99, that's where you need to utilize your email sequences, which we'll also talk a little bit about today.
06:00
But today's mostly manychat.
06:02
But the point of this is to help you get more leads and find customers from your content using ManyChat.
06:07
So we'll talk about that.
06:09
we'll also talk about how to actually like get the data from the audience so we know how to position what we are selling to that person.
06:16
Because typically when people are selling things online, they have 15 different products and they just pitch all 15 things out to their entire audience.
06:27
That is the complete ass backwards way to do this.
06:30
If you know somebody wants to solve a problem, a very specific problem, why are we pitching 15 different solutions to problems that don't even have anything to do with this person, like what they need help with.
06:40
So I'm going to show you exactly how to get the data from this person to figure out what they need help with specifically in order to sell what you sell to that person.
06:51
So lastly, confidence.
06:54
I just asked you how many people like have zero confidence in their automations?
06:57
It seems like a lot of people do.
06:58
Some people might have some confidence but they're like, I know I could be doing better.
07:02
I'm just going to show you from start to finish how I set this up.
07:05
So a lot to cover.
07:07
Now if you've ever seen any of my videos on YouTube, Instagram, you've ever seen any of my previous workshops or if you've been a part of like my bootcamp or course, I talk a lot about what is called the FSU framework.
07:20
We'll talk more about this in a second.
07:21
But basically it is free.
07:24
F segment S and U for upsell.
07:27
So we give something away for free, we figure out what that person is hoping to achieve by using that free thing and then we suggest a next step, whether that's in the DMS or the emails.
07:37
So it's literally three steps that every single ManyChat automation that I have ever set up follows this exact framework.
07:45
Number two, we'll talk about how to connect ManyChat to your email list.
07:49
Most people send people from Instagram to a landing page which is like some sort of opt in page where it says give me your name and email and I'll give you this thing.
07:59
That's great but you can get more leads if you collect that information in the DMs and then send people to the lead magnet immediately, which we'll talk more about.
08:08
We'll set up your first automation from start to finish and then I'll talk more about what this looks like beyond just the next hour and 37 minutes we have hour 47 minutes we have together.
08:18
Math.
08:19
Math is not math.
08:21
So we have a lot of different things that are going to happen at the end of this workshop.
08:26
But the first is going to be yes, everybody gets the recording of this.
08:31
So if you are like, my God, this is a lot to digest, I don't know what to do, you're going to get the recording of it.
08:38
There's more than just the recording, but we'll get to that in a second towards the end of this call.
08:42
But if you stick around, there are bonuses for people who make it to the very end of this, this workshop.
08:49
People who are seeing the replay right now, they won't get this.
08:53
So if you're here, consider yourself lucky.
08:56
Common myths that I hear about manychat.
08:59
Does anybody feel like, well, first of all, like, money is the first thing that pops up on the slide.
09:04
But the most common thing that I hear about manychat is like, this is spammy.
09:08
Meta is going to flag my account for spam.
09:11
I don't think this is.
09:12
This is like doing any favors for my account.
09:14
Does anybody, has somebody heard of that or like, thought about that?
09:17
Like, Meta's gonna flag your account for some reason.
09:22
You can type in chat, you can put a thumbs up.
09:26
I just know many, many people feel that way.
09:29
Miguel said not really.
09:31
All right, Miguel.
09:31
So you're probably one of the other Yeah, Other five things that we'll talk about.
09:37
Good.
09:37
So that tells me many chat's doing a good job with their marketing.
09:40
Because people used to feel like that.
09:41
Now they don't.
09:42
So cool.
09:44
So in terms of like, getting this set up for your account, a lot of people, like, I'll tell you transparently, I do charge a lot of money to set this up for people.
09:53
Like, this is how I make a living.
09:55
But I really think the barrier to entry to setting up, an automation that eventually sells your products.
10:03
You don't have to pay if anything at all.
10:06
You can just go to this workshop, learn exactly how to do it.
10:10
So myth number one is like, you don't need a lot of money to invest in a website, marketing or building products to make this work.
10:16
Like, if, if even after this workshop, if you email me and you're like, I'm a total beginner, what apps do you think I should use?
10:23
I'll tell you, but you shouldn't be spending any more than like 200 bucks a month on tech.
10:29
at least if you're just starting out.
10:30
If you're like, me, I dabble in everything and I'm probably spending way too much money than I should.
10:34
But money should not be a concern for you.
10:37
If you're thinking about, like, I need more money to use this.
10:40
So we talked about this.
10:42
Some people said that this doesn't really affect them, which again tells me ManyChat's doing a good job with their marketing.
10:47
But ManyChat has nothing to do with, like, why your content is not doing well.
10:51
Like, manychat is an official business partner of Meta.
10:54
they have a direct integration.
10:56
Meta knows when somebody is using manychat because of their API.
10:59
So, like, there's literally nothing to worry about.
11:03
Audience, do you need a huge, a huge audience to grow on Instagram or to make a living from Instagram using manychat.
11:08
The answer to that is also no, which I'll show you later on in this presentation.
11:11
Somebody who I met with who was like, I mean, less than 10,000 followers when I think she, she started talking to me.
11:19
and now she's like consistently making sales from the automations that I'm about to help you set up products.
11:24
Do you if.
11:25
Even if you don't.
11:26
First of all, we'll talk about this in a second too.
11:28
But like, does anybody have a product that they sell?
11:30
Like, show of hands, but we'll talk about price point in a second.
11:32
But like, how many of us sell something to our audience from Instagram?
11:38
That could be anything, it could be a service, it can be a, download, it can be a course.
11:45
I'm assuming like 80% of people even affiliate.
11:48
Yeah, Leslie, like affiliates, totally fine.
11:52
Marie says soon.
11:54
Perfect.
11:54
And he said course, yeah.
11:58
Even if you're building it, like this goes back to what I said with the email stuff.
12:03
Even if you have nothing to sell right now, the more data you get from these automations, it's going to actually help you go out and create this thing.
12:13
I pulled my audience, I don't know, I think I did this a few years ago.
12:17
I was like, what do you guys need help with?
12:19
But I did this through an automation in manychat.
12:21
It was just multiple choice.
12:22
It was like, I need help getting leads, landing more brand deals, creating content or creating products or storytelling.
12:28
I think it was like more storytelling.
12:30
And overwhelmingly people said they needed help with like storytelling in their content.
12:34
And I made a product for storytelling because of the ManyChat automation.
12:38
I had nothing to sell at that point.
12:39
It was just brand deals.
12:40
And because of the automation that I set up, I, number one, collected emails from people to let them know, like, hey, if I do build this, you'll be the first to know.
12:48
But I also asked them what they wanted me to build and the rest is history.
12:53
technical skills.
12:54
Do you need to learn all the technical skills, associated with manychat and like things like chat, GBT and Claude?
13:02
I, would say on a scale of 1 to 10, you probably have to be at like a 2.
13:06
So if we feel like we're at a 2, we're all good.
13:09
You don't have to like teach Claude skills.
13:11
You don't have to know, like Perplexity Computer.
13:14
You don't need to know Claude, cowork.
13:16
Like none of that.
13:17
Like, we're just setting up a basic chatbot and that's all we're doing.
13:22
So before we dive into the automation side of things, I think it's helpful for you to know, like, how I got here.
13:28
Some people like you guys may have followed me for a while on Instagram, but if you just followed me and have no idea who I am, my story, I'll keep it short.
13:37
I, graduated with a degree in finance in 2020.
13:40
I started, after that 60 days at that job.
13:44
I was selling life insurance.
13:46
my first job out of school and it was absolutely terrible.
13:48
I grew up in a small town with no money, 80 kids in my graduating class.
13:52
My parents, our family home got foreclosed on.
13:56
So when you're starting a job in insurance sales, you need money, you need a network, and you need people with money.
14:02
I had neither of those two things, so I quit within 60 days.
14:05
I wasn't getting a salary or anything.
14:06
It was commission based.
14:08
I had one sales call and I fumbled it completely.
14:10
So I was like, this is not for me.
14:12
So I had a cousin who was working at a marketing company.
14:16
I said, how do I get a job with your company?
14:18
He says, get more marketing experience.
14:20
I had a minor in marketing, but I didn't have any like actual real world, real world experience.
14:25
So with the stimulus check that I got in 2020, I bought what you see right here.
14:30
actually this is, this is a Sony A7 III.
14:33
But my first camera was a, Nikon D5300.
14:37
And within 30 days of buying that camera, I marketing agency.
14:41
And within six months of starting that agency, I had a job at that big boy company for real estate marketing.
14:47
And that's where I was for three years.
14:48
But while, I was working at that company, I realized I hated agency work, but I loved making content.
14:54
So I started making content for myself and my job.
14:57
And within, I'd say the first year of making content, I was, I had more followers than by company did.
15:06
And I was like, how can I just do this for a living?
15:09
And around that time, I would say middle of 2023, beginning 2023, somebody showed me ManyChat for the first time and I was like, my goodness, this is actually insane.
15:21
So while I was working in real estate marketing, I was also showing the clients at my job how to use manychat with their Instagram page, which was totally not in my scope of work.
15:33
but nothing was the same since then because by the end of 2023, I was ready to take the leap to do this by myself full time.
15:41
I was not making A lot of money.
15:43
But I knew I didn't want to stay in the sales job at that real estate marketing company.
15:47
And I left in January 2024.
15:49
I had 15,000 followers on Instagram.
15:51
I had less than $10,000 to my name, including the money that my, like my paycheck.
15:57
and then my first month doing this full time for myself, I made $7,000 just setting up many automations for real estate agents.
16:05
I had somebody fly me out to their house in North Carolina to set up like their entire content studio and all their many jet automations for a thousand dollars.
16:13
Like I was nuts.
16:15
So first year I did this, I made a hundred grand.
16:18
that was across brand deals and doing like, you know, selling the storytelling products, also doing obviously many jet setups.
16:25
But second year last year, we tripled the business.
16:29
But when I, when I say we, I went from a team of one to a team of six.
16:34
A good question.
16:35
In the chat, Nadia, I don't think you need to, you can use this to sell services.
16:40
Yes, but you don't necessarily need to sell services to make this work.
16:43
But now I work with some of the biggest creators in the space, because I'm known for many chat.
16:48
And yeah, this is me and France last year with with Adrian.
16:52
OMG.
16:52
Adrian.
16:53
Shout out to Mr.
16:54
Adrian Per.
16:54
So yeah, chances are if you've gone through a ManyChat automation from any of these people or anybody else, honestly like on Instagram, there's a chance that I have probably had a, had had a hand in setting up their many chat automation.
17:07
So across the board we track all of this through our clients.
17:11
we've done over a million dollars in revenue from just manychat automations alone.
17:15
We've grown way more than 100k right now, across just like using automations to make sure somebody follows you on Instagram before they get the free service.
17:23
free, like lead, lead magnet, whatever it would be, in that automation, well over a hundred thousand followers and we definitely passed 2 million in automation sale, run, run.
17:34
So like we have all the data based off of what's working on manychat.
17:37
we have access to like all of these creators, many chat accounts and we see like what people are clicking on, what they're not clicking on.
17:44
So we adjust ad copy, we adjust you know, flows just depending on what works and you're about to learn all of it.
17:51
So I don't want to overwhelm you with boring stuff like that.
17:54
But again before we dive in, you will get the recording and the exact template that we're about to build together, on this call after it processes.
18:03
So once the call shuts down, I'm going to process the recording, upload it.
18:06
It's going to be on a page of my website and you'll have access to it.
18:09
So keep an eye out for a few emails from me also over the coming days with just like extra resources for you.
18:15
I'm an open book.
18:17
If you ask me a question, I will probably answer it.
18:19
Unless you ask me for my Social Security number.
18:22
Sound good?
18:24
All right, before we dive in, any questions about that?
18:26
Because we're about to get a little bit philosophical with the strategy.
18:30
Sandra asked, just out of curiosity, is there any competitor product to ManyChat?
18:35
A lot of companies, typically what they do is they create a version of ManyChat.
18:40
But the reason why, the best way I can explain this is the reason why the company that I worked at in real estate marketing was so, successful.
18:52
Because everybody in the real estate marketing space was trying to be like the all in one, but they would be like the CRM, they would be the lead generation, they would be the website.
19:02
Sir, I'm not answering that question.
19:04
typically when Companies create a ManyChat alternative, they're almost always part of a bigger all in one, bigger all in one, platform.
19:16
Right.
19:17
So those companies can't be good at everything.
19:19
Manychat is just automation.
19:21
Like that's, it's literally just chat automation kit, which is what I use.
19:25
For me, email is just email marketing.
19:28
Like, you can definitely start with an all in one platform.
19:30
Like I even still use all in one platforms, but they're honestly really good at one thing and not everything.
19:36
So in terms of a direct competitor, there's probably a few, but I've never heard of them, or use them because I think ManyChat is the best.
19:46
Does, ManyChat or any other service, do what you can do with ManyChat but for Facebook?
19:52
ManyChat works with Facebook too.
19:53
It's basically the same thing.
19:55
Azul, you said One of my main worries is going over the subscriber amount on manychat and getting charged a lot.
20:02
But any tips for this would be awesome and also tell you that we've got a few more here and then we'll hop right in.
20:07
Azul.
20:08
Yeah, you can just, you'll see in a second.
20:11
Like when you delete contacts, it deletes contacts data.
20:13
But if you don't have any data about that person.
20:14
It doesn't do anything.
20:16
Like you can just remove them and I can show you how to do that too if you remind me at the end.
20:20
As many chat automate with Instagram for social media or it goes on TikTok.
20:24
It does have a TikTok integration, but it's not many.
20:28
Like they don't have a full API access to TikTok.
20:32
It's, it's pretty basic.
20:33
I don't actually don't use it.
20:35
thinking of using this as leverage to provide more value to clients.
20:41
of course.
20:42
Like, I have people who go through my like YouTube videos and build full blown businesses from this stuff.
20:48
all right, let's stop there for questions.
20:51
I want to make sure I'm respecting everybody's time.
20:52
We're going to hop right in.
20:53
I want to, I'll make sure I answer these questions and I'll, I'll tag these for Q and A.
20:59
but you're going to see emojis on your screen right now.
21:03
So eyes, what I want you to do is if you sell a product, in this case, less than $99, put the eyes emoji in the chat.
21:17
Less than 99.
21:18
Lori said less than 99.
21:22
Eyes.
21:22
Hannah, Sandra, Miguel.
21:24
Beautiful.
21:27
I got a good emoji coming for you guys too.
21:29
39 bucks.
21:30
Perfect.
21:32
What about lightning bolt for 100 to 599.
21:35
Eyes emoji.
21:36
We just typed out eyes emoji.
21:39
That's good.
21:46
You can just type the word lightning too.
21:48
I had to Google it.
21:49
man.
21:52
Yeah.
21:53
All right, that works.
21:54
Just describe the emoji you see on your screen if you fill any of these criteria.
21:59
All right, so we have a lot of people with like eye emojis.
22:01
We have some with lightning as people here.
22:04
Are you mostly courses or is this services too?
22:12
Course.
22:12
One on one.
22:13
Beautiful service.
22:14
Love it.
22:14
B2B illustrator.
22:17
I love that.
22:19
Anybody?
22:20
Confetti.
22:20
Party emoji.
22:21
600 to 99.
22:23
Hugo's here, my man.
22:27
600 to 99.
22:29
Party emoji.
22:29
Just type party in the chat.
22:30
If you have this product.
22:37
Lori Kendall, party emoji blowing up all, right, we got two more.
22:43
Two more.
22:45
Anybody?
22:45
A thousand plus.
22:48
Manuel, you're definitely there, right?
22:50
Yeah, yeah.
22:50
Money bags.
22:51
Money by a thousand dollars.
22:52
Yeah, yeah.
22:52
So like a lot of real estate agents.
22:53
Cool.
22:54
I love it.
22:58
All right, if anybody is in a relationship.
23:03
I'm sorry for this next slide because when your partner comes home from work today and she, he or her, they go through your phone and they look at Your recent emojis.
23:14
Does anybody sell, like, all of these things?
23:16
Like, just put the eggplant emoji in the chat.
23:18
If you're like, shit.
23:20
Or just type eggplant.
23:21
Like, don't even put the.
23:21
If you're gonna get in trouble with your partner.
23:23
Just don't even.
23:24
Don't even.
23:33
A lot of I would fall into this category.
23:35
I'm on my computer, and if I put the eggplant emoji in my recent emojis, my fiance be like, what are you doing?
23:46
All right, now, the purpose of me asking these questions for you and thank you everybody, for.
23:50
For putting your emojis in the chat.
23:52
I didn't actually see an eggplant emoji, which is unfortunate, but I can.
23:56
I can break that up.
23:57
Actually.
23:57
you know what?
23:58
I won't, because I'll do something.
23:59
Peter, if anybody wants to be kind and put an eggplant emoji in the chat, just please make my day.
24:05
the reason why I asked this question to people, and to get, like, more serious for a second, like, you have to understand.
24:12
Thank you, Lucia.
24:13
That you have a menu of items.
24:15
Even if you just have one thing, or even if you have affiliate links, or even if you just have a service like, you know, real estate agents agent, or like your insured sales, you have options for people to pick from.
24:28
And what I mentioned before with the FSU framework, free segment upsell.
24:33
Even if you just have one thing, the way that you position that one thing to somebody needs to relate to the problem they have, you can just tell people, hey, I have this.
24:42
You should check it out.
24:44
But it's actually better to say, hey, you have this problem, or this is what you like, Sandra, maybe a little too far.
24:51
I'm just kidding.
24:52
This is what I have.
24:53
And this is what you need.
24:54
Based off of the problem that you told me, you should buy this because of everything you just told me.
25:00
Right?
25:00
We can only do that through data and segmenting our audience once they download something for free.
25:05
So the best example I can give you here, and I can't tell you how many gallons of water I use trying to figure out, like, how to create this image in mid journey, unfortunately.
25:14
But, this was months ago, so I've had these images for quite some time, so it's been a while.
25:19
But you have to understand that you have a menu.
25:22
And the best analogy I can give you is being from New Jersey, or even if you've, like, just been to the States and you've gone into a diner in the U.S.
25:31
you just see, like they have everything that you could possibly want.
25:37
So picture yourself on a road trip and you're driving from, let's say, I don't know, New Jersey to Los Angeles.
25:43
And you stop somewhere in like, Oklahoma.
25:46
You're, visiting New Jersey right now.
25:48
Perfect.
25:49
You stop somewhere in Oklahoma.
25:50
It's a diner, 24 hour diner.
25:52
And you're like, I've been driving for eight straight hours.
25:55
I am starving.
25:55
I haven't eaten all day, but I don't know what I want.
25:58
And I'm hangry, I'm hungry and I'm angry.
26:01
So you walk into the diner, you sit down, there's 40 pages of food in front of you, and you're like, I don't know what I want.
26:09
And it's actually making me more aggravated because I have so many options to pick from.
26:13
I know I'm hungry, I just don't know what to order.
26:17
So in this case, we have the waiter.
26:22
So the waiter comes over and I'll preface this situation by saying there are, there is an art and science to asking good questions.
26:32
I'm not saying that the waiter here, like, is thinking about, how can I ask this person the best question possible to upsell them into the best offer?
26:40
They're just thinking like, how can I serve this person responsibly and in a good way to help them solve this problem?
26:47
So the waiter comes over, and the first question the waiter should ask in this situation is they're not going to push out all of the specials to this person.
26:55
They might say, like, hey, we have all of these specials.
26:58
But if you're the person who is starving, the first question you're going to ask the waiter is, I'm hungry.
27:06
What do you recommend?
27:08
Now again, the waiter is going to have this list of specials.
27:10
But a good question the waiter should ask here is, what do you like?
27:15
Right?
27:16
You might not like seafood.
27:17
So imagine the waiters like, we have the best salmon in Oklahoma City.
27:20
What?
27:21
Like, you just pissed me off even more.
27:25
So by the waiter asking, what do you like?
27:29
It narrows down the possibilities of what we should have this person order in this case for us when we're selling things on the Internet, it's how can we narrow down the amount of offers that we have to then present this person with the best offer?
27:43
Or depending on what this person likes or needs, how can we position the one offer we have as it relates to their problem?
27:51
Right?
27:52
So the waiter's gonna say, like, what do you like?
And then you would say something like, I could go for a burger.
27:58
Which one do you recommend?
27:59
I would recommend the Oklahoma City burger.
28:01
I usually use the Jersey analogy here, but we're on Oklahoma City today.
28:06
Sold.
28:07
So what just happened here?
28:09
Like you in, in this FSU framework, it's very abstract.
28:13
Like this basically just happened in the diner, the FSU framework.
28:17
But you have to position yourself as the waiter.
28:21
The purpose of you in any situation, in any automation that you create is just to extract data from this person aside from their name and email.
28:29
And that data is what does this person hope to achieve by using this free thing?
28:36
You have big goals and aspirations.
28:38
What are they?
28:40
What is the biggest problem you have right now?
28:42
As when it, as it relates to manychat, as it relates to graphic design, right?
28:48
And you're going to get loads of data and I'm going to show you how to collect that data in a second.
28:54
But it's, it's just three steps.
28:57
Everything we create is three steps.
28:58
I'm going to show you what this looks like in person, like in a real world example, and then we'll talk about will hop into manychat and actually build this thing.
29:04
But free segment upsell.
29:06
And if you're like me and don't really like selling, I fucking hate selling.
29:09
Clearly I was in that sales job for 60 days, didn't make a single sale.
29:14
I'm not good at it.
29:15
So I'm just like, I suggest you buy this thing and you can do whatever you want.
29:18
You can either buy or not buy it.
29:21
But if you don't like the word upsell, just use the word suggest.
29:23
It just becomes fss.
29:26
So it's interesting here because now you have the power to position the same product five different ways.
29:33
So somebody might want to, you know, download something from you because they want more brand deals or because they want to sell more stuff or because they, you know, they want to get better at graphic design or grow their email list, whatever it is.
29:44
Like you might have a product that solves all of those problems and you can just position that product five different ways and just relay what that person said to you in order to sell it.
29:54
So free.
29:55
We talked about this lead magnets.
29:57
We give something away for free.
29:58
Once they download it, we ask that question and then from there we suggest they buy something else.
30:03
Now this happens in one of two ways, right?
30:06
So they go from free to low ticket offer.
30:09
So anybody who raised their hand and say said, hey, I have something I sell below 100 bucks.
30:15
This would happen in the DMS.
30:17
You can easily sell something less than $100 in the DM.
30:20
So I typically sell things for, like, 29, $39.
30:24
I've done 49.
30:26
I think I've also done 79.
30:27
I can't remember.
30:28
But typically, if it's under a hundred bucks, you can easily sell it in the DMs.
30:33
Now, when we talk about more than a hundred dollars, that typically happens on either, like, a sales call.
30:40
it can happen on, like, a webinar.
30:42
It can happen almost always through, like, email sequences, which is why, like, has anyone seen the, I forget what, what, like, travel company is.
30:53
Which sucks because it's a.
30:54
It's a brilliant commercial.
30:55
But it's basically three kids, probably around my age, like millennials, like Gen Z, trying to make a big purchase, like a vacation on a phone.
31:04
But they just don't feel safe making that decision on a phone.
31:07
Right?
31:07
Because it's too expensive.
31:09
People make big purchase decisions on a computer.
31:12
Like, if I were like, hey, I can help you with ManyChat for, for $3,000, you'd be like, all right, let me get it back to my computer and actually make this decision, right?
31:20
So it's easy to sell things that are less expensive on the phone than it is to sell things that are more expensive on a phone because people feel more safe at a computer.
31:27
So this typically happens here on, like, desktop or when people see emails.
31:32
Like, they bookmark those emails, but they make the purchase on the computer.
31:37
So this is why, like, building that email list is so important, because most people who are scrolling social media are not doing it on their computer.
31:45
If anybody like, especially, like, look ones looking for products that they can buy.
31:50
So that's the importance of building your email list.
31:54
Let's set this up.
31:56
Are we ready to hop into Many Chat?
31:59
The whole reason why we're here.
32:03
Can I get some, like, fire emojis?
32:05
Can I get some, like, hype emojis?
32:08
Do you guys hear this?
32:08
If I hit it, I, use that sound.
32:13
Fire emojis, Kyle.
32:14
Thank you, Christine.
32:20
Air horn.
32:20
Yes.
32:22
I have so many good ones in here, but I can't hear them.
32:25
I've got, like, soundboards.
32:29
All right, has anybody seen a screen that looks like this before in many chat?
32:34
Have we all been here?
32:37
Miguel?
32:39
Beautiful.
32:40
Anybody's like, anybody know, like, I have never seen something that looks like this in Many Chat before.
32:44
it'll take me two seconds to show you how to get here.
32:49
Never made it.
32:50
This Far.
32:51
All right, well I'm about to take you from a one to a three out of many chat in less than 30 seconds.
32:55
All right, so when you create automations, you probably go here and you're gonna see just quick automations like this person, DMs as this word.
33:06
We send them a link.
33:09
We don't want to do that anymore.
33:10
So we're going to go back, we're going to go to automation.
33:13
We're going to click on new automation.
33:14
But when you do that, you'll probably see a pop up.
33:18
I bypass the pop up.
33:20
I don't even know what I did.
33:21
But I just skip.
33:21
I go right to start from scratch.
33:24
But you're probably going to see a pop up.
33:26
Let's just say if I go to like I'll use Cheyenne's.
33:29
Real quick.
33:32
you're going to see something that looks like this probably right.
33:35
Just click on start from scratch and then that'll take you to a page that looks like what I just had.
33:45
That'll take you here.
33:47
So now we can do is if there's another pop up, like just find where it says start from scratch.
33:55
Another pop up.
33:56
That's strange.
33:58
But we're here.
34:00
yeah.
34:01
Okay, so if it asks you to pick story, posts a real do story.
34:08
Let me see if I can follow along with you guys real quick.
34:10
I don't want anybody to get left behind.
34:13
Nobody gets left behind here.
34:16
Start from scratch.
34:18
We'll do story reply.
34:20
okay, so just keep hitting next.
34:26
Type test here.
34:27
Like put a, put a placeholder here, hit next and then hit go live and then click on the three dots at the top or actually sorry, hit edit.
34:39
Why is this not letting me build it from scratch?
34:44
Start from scratch.
34:45
Okay, sorry.
34:46
Start with a blank.
34:47
That's what you want to click.
34:49
Start with a blank.
34:50
Thank you, Azul.
34:51
Azul.
34:54
Air horns for Azul.
34:55
thank you so much.
34:57
Everybody choose Start with a blank.
34:59
See?
35:03
Absolute cinema.
35:04
All right, so we're going to start with a blank.
35:07
Is anybody still left behind?
35:08
Because I'm not, I'm not going until we're all on the same page here.
35:14
Everybody's automation should look like this to start.
35:19
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
35:23
Isadore.
35:24
No worries.
35:24
Signing up.
35:25
The more cool.
35:26
So what we're going to do is we're going to create an automation that goes from a free template to our email list and then sells that person into a $29 workshop.
35:40
Okay.
35:42
Free template email 29 workshop.
35:45
Now we're going to do this.
35:47
If somebody Responds to our story with the number 29.
35:51
Okay, but they can also comment on our post with the number 29.
35:55
But we'll get to that later.
35:56
We're just going to pick user sends a message, detect specific words in a message, and then if message is.
36:06
And we're going to type in 29, okay?
36:10
And we'll hit create.
36:16
Step number one, create the trigger.
36:18
So when we post an Instagram story, it's going to tell people to respond to our story with the number 29.
36:25
And once they do, they're going to trigger this automation.
36:27
Now, you'll also notice that there is a trigger for user replies to your story.
36:33
If somebody responds to your story, that's technically a dm.
36:36
Somebody sends you a message.
36:37
So this covers from story replies basically all the way to, putting something in your bio that says DM me the number 29 for this freebie.
36:47
So what we're going to do, first thing we want to do here is Instagram message.
36:57
And this person has already requested our.
36:59
Let's just call it a lead magnet for a free template.
37:02
All right, so the free template is a lead magnet, free template for whatever it is.
37:05
Like, I don't know, could be Canva, it can be manychat, whatever.
37:09
Just assume it's something for free that relates to the next paid product.
37:13
So this person already requested it.
37:15
What we're going to say is in this first message, super excited to send this over to you.
37:24
Okay, so this is just a message that goes to that person in the conversation.
37:29
And then underneath that, we're going to pick delay.
37:32
Okay, so delay is going to be three seconds here.
37:35
It's just going to default to three seconds.
37:36
Totally fine.
37:38
And then what we're going to do is choose data collection.
37:42
So this is my favorite analogy that I've ever taught.
37:45
Okay, you see where it says contacts reply, it says text, but it also says, like, email, phone number, first name, last name, URL, image, date, date and time.
37:57
It says all these different Things.
37:58
This is ManyChat giving us the ability to collect information from people and save it for later.
38:04
So what's happening here is manychat basically has all these different containers.
38:09
Okay, like, let's just say my glass of water right here is a.
38:11
Is a container.
38:13
So we, what we're going to do in this conversation is, what's your first name?
38:20
We present basically this container that says first name.
38:24
And as soon as we ask this question, the container opens up and it waits for that person's response.
38:29
So to do that, what we need to do is go to the data collection tab and then we need to change Contacts Reply from text to Contacts reply is first name.
38:42
And then when we enter the question here, it's what is your first name name?
38:51
A really important step here is to change the data collection expires in 30 minutes to.
38:56
I would change this to something like 12 hours.
39:00
The reason for that is once we present this question in this container, by default, the container only stays open for 30 minutes and then it closes.
39:10
And then whether or not that person responds, if they respond 31 minutes later, ManyChat is not listening for their response anymore.
39:17
The train has already left the station.
39:19
So we need to expand that window to 12 hours in order for us to get the most responses possible.
39:27
Cool.
39:30
Now what we're going to do is we're going to duplicate this.
39:33
So if we hover over it and click on this duplicate button right here, we can actually change this from first name to email, first name to email.
39:51
And then we'll say, what's your best email address?
39:56
I'll send it over to there in just a few minutes.
39:59
And we can actually delete this top message right here.
40:03
But we'll keep the delay.
40:05
Okay.
40:05
Just to make it seem a little bit more human.
40:07
Like, we don't want this to be instant response, even though some people might know that it's just an automation.
40:11
We don't want people to get boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
40:14
You know?
40:15
So that's the best way I can explain it.
40:16
Boom, boom, boom.
40:18
So once we have this person's first name, the next step is to collect their email.
40:26
Okay.
40:27
And then once we have both of these pieces of information, what we can do is tell that that person say, great, sending, it's over to you now.
40:44
Check out, your email inbox.
40:49
We can put another delay here for three seconds.
40:52
Cool.
40:54
But I'm also going to do one more delay and then I'm going to deliver it in their dms.
40:59
So I'll say tap below for the.
41:03
I'm going to cover this, Alex.
41:04
Don't you worry.
41:05
We're going to pause for a second.
41:06
I'm going to ask you guys questions for the free template and then I'm going to go to website.
41:15
Don't you worry.
41:16
I'm telling you, you will walk out of here being like, yep, this is exactly what I needed.
41:20
I'm just going to use like a stand store link, for example, as a placeholder and then get the template.
41:30
So this is what we've built so far.
41:31
I'm just Going to recap this and I'm going to ask you guys questions.
41:35
Okay.
41:36
So we post on our Instagram story.
41:37
We say reply 29 if you want the free template that we just promoted on our story, that person responds with the number 29.
41:44
We say, super excited to send this over to you.
41:47
What is your first name?
41:48
That is us presenting the first name container which opens for 12 hours or until that person responds.
41:55
Once they respond, that information gets saved for later.
41:58
And then we take out the other container for email and that stays open for 12 hours or until they answer.
42:04
Once we have both of those containers filled, we can deliver the lead magnet.
42:09
Right?
42:10
So we can just send that person, which is what we're doing right here in the text button.
42:17
Just send them directly to the thing that they requested.
42:19
Right.
42:21
So those are the three steps.
42:25
There's a few things missing right here.
42:28
Let's see if anybody can get the first thing which I'm thinking of is what happens if we already have this person's information?
42:41
Aurora said, segmentation close.
42:48
Lori.
42:49
Yes, definitely.
42:49
That's, that's definitely one of them.
42:51
Lori.
42:51
Like how do we connect this to our email platform?
42:53
How is this person actually getting an email?
42:55
Right?
42:56
Yeah.
42:56
How do we connect many chat to our esp?
43:01
Carrie said you don't want to ask for their name again and annoy them.
43:06
Cool.
43:07
Those are all correct.
43:09
Carrie is, is, is has checked off step number one.
43:14
But Carrie also said if we ask for email and then immediately deliver the item, doesn't it seem like we didn't need their email to deliver it and they get pissed?
43:22
not if you position it like, I'm only sharing this with my email subscribers.
43:27
But most, I've never had an issue where like people are like, well, you could have just sent it to me.
43:32
It's like, no, it's freebie.
43:33
There's an opt in for sure.
43:37
But yes.
43:38
Let's start with what happens if this person has already given us their name and email.
43:44
Right.
43:44
So let's just say we have multiple lead magnets.
43:49
We've, we've given away five different templates already.
43:51
This person has downloaded all five.
43:52
Now we have a sixth one.
43:54
We don't want to ask this person for their name and email all six times.
43:57
Just gonna piss that person off.
43:59
It's like the waiter coming back being like, wait, you said you like burgers, right?
44:02
It's like, okay, cool guys need to refill.
44:04
comes back with the refill.
44:06
You said you like burgers, right?
44:07
Like what?
44:08
Yes, you should know this.
44:11
So what we can do here is introduce what are called conditions.
44:15
And we can do this before the very first step in the automation.
44:18
So we can say when this person sends us that message 29, we're going to create a condition and that condition.
44:28
And you'll see that in the dropdown.
44:29
By the way, once you click that condition system of fields, first name and it's going to default to first name is unknown.
44:45
So first name is unknown.
44:46
we're going to change this to first name has any value.
44:50
Okay, now you'll notice we have two circles here.
44:57
We have a green circle and a red circle.
44:59
The green circle says if this is fulfilled, move them to the next step.
45:04
So now we're going to create a condition for the email fields.
45:08
So condition email has any value.
45:13
Okay, so if we've already presented the email or first name container to this person, there's information in here, it's already saved.
45:20
We already know what that information is.
45:22
Why are we asking again?
45:23
We don't have to.
45:25
So in the event that that information does not exist, we ask for that information.
45:33
Now, in some instances, you might have somebody's first name, but not their email.
45:36
Maybe they went through an automation previously.
45:38
I'll show you in a second where to find that condition step.
45:41
But you do want to connect the first name connection to the email condition.
45:48
Okay, so email has any value.
45:51
If we don't have this person's email, we click on the red circle and connect it to the question where we asked them for their email address.
45:58
Because that's where we're going to get the information from.
46:00
We have both.
46:01
We can bypass these two questions and then move them to the final step right here.
46:07
Which is great.
46:08
Sending it over to you now.
46:09
Check out your email inbox.
46:12
Now for anybody who's confused about where to find these condition steps.
46:15
So all I did was from this first trigger right here, click on, then click anywhere in the canvas and then choose condition right underneath action.
46:27
Then you can choose like plus condition and then go to system fields for first name and then system fields for email.
46:42
So, Laura, you asked a good question.
46:43
Where is ManyChat validating that we do or do not already have their email?
46:47
So it's just based off of those containers.
46:49
So like, these containers exist in manychat.
46:52
So every person who has ever messaged you on Instagram since you could, since you created the manychat account is typically, is technically a manychat contact.
47:01
So somebody, somebody could just message you the word Joe.
47:05
you could have 50,000 people message you the word Joe.
47:08
Right.
47:09
But it'll only save that information to their account.
47:13
When you're using these data collection forms and messages.
47:17
Right.
47:19
It's not double checking it against your email list.
47:21
No.
47:23
Manychat has a database inside of.
47:24
Yeah.
47:25
So, like, you probably won't use it, but it's going to be in your contacts field.
47:28
Somebody asked a good question earlier, like, when should I delete my contacts to save money.
47:32
We'll talk about that, too.
47:38
Jonathan, let's go.
47:41
What if the person needs to update their email address?
47:46
Totally, totally possible, right?
47:49
So we'll talk about this here.
47:52
Now, after this person verifies their or like, let's just say we get their first name and we also have their email.
48:00
So in addition to manychat being able to check this information, we can also save that information and share it with the person to have them confirm that that information is true.
48:10
I can't tell you how many times people have typed in, like, gmail.com, but put Gmail con.
48:16
And I'm like, you guys aren't going to get this thing.
48:20
So what we can do here is this.
48:24
So instead of directing that person to the next step where we're going to do two things here, we're going to answer Jonathan's question, then we're going to connect our esp, our email service provider.
48:32
The first thing we're going to do here is click on the green circle for email has any value, go to Instagram.
48:42
And then we're just going to type in this box right here and say, I have your email as.
48:49
And I'm going to go back here for a second.
48:51
You see how contacts reply email.
48:55
When this person answers this question, it saves their email to the system field.
49:00
This is checked off right here.
49:02
So what we can do is reference that field in a message and it's going to be right here.
49:09
So system field, email.
49:11
I have your email as everything you just told me.
49:16
Tap below to confirm that is correct.
49:20
And then we can put a down emoji.
49:22
Now, this is where we're going to use what are called quick replies.
49:25
The quick replies are just things that people don't have to type out.
49:28
They can just tap a response.
49:30
So I use yes, looks good or no need to change.
49:42
And then, we can add a slight delay here too.
49:45
Three seconds.
49:47
But those quick replies, like if you tell people to choose an option below, 99% of people will choose an option below.
49:56
Some people will type out the response and it's like, well, I can't help you with that because you just need to read.
50:01
I don't know what to tell you.
50:05
So what we're going to do here is if they choose, yes, this looks good, we'll move them to the final step where we send that person.
50:14
They're actually.
50:14
I'm going to delete this because there is one more step before that.
50:18
If they choose.
50:18
No, they need to change it.
50:19
We move them to the email collection field right here.
50:24
And then once they've answered this email collection field, we confirm that it looks good.
50:31
Okay, there's one more step, but let me just recap what we've got so far, because I don't want people to get left behind and feel like they're like, my God, this is overwhelming.
50:38
We're building a spiderweb.
50:39
What am I looking at?
50:41
So we have a free template.
50:45
We post about it on our Instagram story.
50:47
We tell anybody who wants the free template to DM us or reply to our story with the number 29.
50:54
Once they do that, we first verify if we already have this information.
50:59
If we don't, we ask for it.
51:01
If we do, we check if we have their email.
51:05
If we don't have their email address, we ask for it.
51:09
If we do have their email address, we confirm that the email address they gave us is correct.
51:15
Once we have their first name, we check if we have their email.
51:17
Once we have their email again, we verify if the email is correct.
51:21
Once it is correct, we need to send this person somewhere.
51:27
I want everybody right now to type in chat.
51:29
What email platform do you use?
51:34
I use Kit Flow Desk.
51:36
Flow Desk Kit.
51:40
Get Response Kit Kit.
51:43
Even with their price upgrade.
51:44
Who's, Which one?
51:47
Kit.
51:47
Yeah.
51:47
Okay.
51:49
Ghl Mailer Light.
51:52
Mailerlite System IO activecampaign honeybook.
51:56
Cool.
52:00
Ghl.
52:02
All right, so one of my promises.
52:05
It doesn't work with Beehive.
52:06
It does.
52:07
One of my promises on this call for you was to show you how to connect your email list to your email service provider.
52:13
There's two ways to do it.
52:16
Step number one is to go into your Integration section.
52:20
So go to Settings and then go to Integrations.
52:25
And depending on what you use, you're going to see a connection here.
52:28
So Flodesk is here.
52:29
You can connect your Flow Desk account.
52:31
I know.
52:31
Mailer Lite, I believe is here.
52:34
It's actually not here.
52:35
Wow.
52:35
I think I confused that with activecampaign.
52:37
Klaviyo is here.
52:38
Activecampaign is here.
52:40
Mailchimp is here.
52:41
HubSpot is here.
52:42
Kit is Here, and I think Beehive is coming soon and yes, those are the ones that are native integrations right now.
52:52
So in the event that you're platform is not here, there's a very simple workaround and I can send you any, any resources that you feel like you need.
53:01
Just tell me.
53:02
I've been doing this for five years.
53:03
Like I, I can guarantee you six years now.
53:06
I can guarantee you I've made a video about it.
53:08
So I want to do two things here.
53:11
Show you exactly how to connect the tools that have a native integration, which is very simple, right?
53:17
All you have to do is sign into your account, it's going to ask you for your API key.
53:20
I'm not going to show you my API keys because you're going to connect my many chats, my API through Kit.
53:26
But all you have to do is just follow the instructions.
53:29
Like it says, sign into Flodesk, like Connect Flow desk.
53:32
Right?
53:32
It's just going to have you sign in.
53:35
Now once you have that done, once you have that finished, go back to my automation.
53:43
There's going to be an action step.
53:46
So when, when this person says yes, my email looks good, we're going to use the action step here.
53:52
And there's two options.
53:53
So the first option is if you have a native integration, it's just going to pop up here, right?
53:58
Like Beehive.
53:59
These are plugins that I've made.
54:00
Like I can't.
54:01
I technically could give you access, but I don't really know how they work and if they work still.
54:06
So I don't want to do it.
54:07
but kit, right?
54:09
You'll see Flodesk here, you'll see ActiveCampaign.
54:11
you'll see, Klaviyo Mailchimp.
54:15
As soon as you connect the API, it's going to pop up right here.
54:19
Now, depending on which platform you use, there are different types of actions that you can create.
54:23
So for me and Kit, I'm always sending this person to a sequence because it's going to be a one email sequence.
54:30
In most cases that just delivers what this person asked for.
54:35
So let's just say it's a free template.
54:37
Once I get this information, I'm going to add this person to a sequence.
54:40
Kit sequence is going to be whatever sequence you create.
54:44
I'm just going to pick one here, like my newsletter, right?
54:50
Let's just say somebody signed up for my newsletter.
54:54
I'm going to pick Kit Sequence and then map the first name field to the Kit first Name field.
55:00
And then once I hit save.
55:05
I'm just going to send that message.
55:07
So this person actually in, this point in the sequence, they don't see anything, but this happens on the back end.
55:12
So as soon as that person hits yes, my email looks good.
55:15
You're gonna see this person in Kit.
55:18
What?
55:19
Like what?
55:20
No.
55:21
why is.
55:21
Why does nobody do this?
55:22
It's insane.
55:25
Now, if you don't use Kit or any of those native integration platforms, what you're gonna do is a little more complicated, but I want you to stick with me.
55:34
So Action step, what we're gonna do is now create a tag for this person.
55:39
Okay?
55:40
So instead of it's going to default to recently used.
55:43
If you haven't done this before, it's not going to show up with anything.
55:46
But go to contact data, go to add tag.
55:50
Okay, I'm going to delete this kit.
55:51
Action Step so it doesn't confuse you.
55:53
And then you'll probably see nothing here unless you've created tags before.
55:57
But what you want to do is just name it, I don't know, choose it like a name for attack.
56:01
And we're going to do free template download and type it in and then hit plus tag.
56:07
But before you want to do that, hit plus tag right here and then just hit create.
56:17
Now what happens?
56:18
Well, again, this is going to seem confusing.
56:23
I promise you, if you locked me in a room with your aunt for five minutes, she'd be able to teach you this and be like, my God, it's so easy.
56:32
You kidding me?
56:33
You could be like 65 years old posting on Facebook and have no idea what, what AI AI is.
56:38
And she'll just be able to do this.
56:40
So we're going to go into Zapier.
56:42
Okay, Zapier is what I use to connect all of my tools.
56:46
But what Zapier does is it helps us bypass any, like, integration issues with ManyChat and our email platform.
56:53
This is going to help us, send people from Instagram to our email platform without that native integration.
56:59
So I'm going to go to Create Zap.
57:03
First thing I'm going to do is I'm going to search for ManyChat and the trigger event right here.
57:11
And I have videos about this too.
57:12
So if you're like, I can't follow along with this.
57:13
This is too crazy.
57:14
I need to set up Zapier.
57:15
I got to do all this shit.
57:17
Don't worry, I got you.
57:19
New tagged user is going to be our trigger.
57:22
So when somebody is tagged in manychat, that is going to Fire off our Zap.
57:30
You can do this in Make.
57:32
I've never actually done it in make, so I can't show you how, but it's definitely possible.
57:38
I think make is probably a little more complicated than Zapier for most people, which is why I use Zapier.
57:43
I've also been on Zapier for like six years, so it's been a while.
57:46
But once we have that new tagged user, we just select our account.
57:51
I don't have mine here, but you would have to just like connect new account.
57:57
It's going to have you sign in, all these connect.
58:04
But make is great.
58:05
Make is fantastic.
58:07
There's.
58:07
I have nothing against Make, I just don't use it as much as I use Zapier.
58:12
But you would connect your ManyChat account there.
58:15
let me just see if I can connect it.
58:17
Cool, that's good.
58:18
I'll hit continue and then in the tag section you're going to see the tag that we just created pop up.
58:23
So free template download.
58:24
Right?
58:25
Free template download.
58:27
Now, when somebody is tagged with free template download, I'm not going to test this because nothing's going to pop up because nobody's gone through it.
58:34
But in the second step, this is where we choose which platform we have.
58:38
So if you use Go high level, it's going to be lead connector, one word that's going to help you zap people from manychat over to go high level.
58:50
If you use Mailerlite, You have two options.
59:01
I think it's probably classic, I'm not really sure.
59:05
All you have to do is create or update subscriber mailer light and just follow the rest of the steps.
59:12
It's very easy.
59:13
If you use Kajabi, which I've done this with Colin and Samir, they use Kajabi Create form submission and then you can just sign into the Kajabi account and then choose the form that you want to add this person to.
59:31
And then on the Kajabi side, you would create an automation.
59:34
So the Kajabi automation is when this person subscribes to this form, add them to this email sequence.
59:41
Can you use Squarespace?
59:43
Probably.
59:44
Let's see.
59:49
Yeah.
59:49
I mean you can do this with anything system.
59:57
It exists.
59:57
Like if you think of it, it exists.
59:59
Okay.
01:00:00
Like companies love giving out for the most part.
01:00:04
Like Substack doesn't, doesn't like doing this substack, LinkedIn, API access to those things.
01:00:09
Very limited TikTok, but for the most part when somebody creates like an email marketing Platform.
01:00:15
They want people to create things with their API and be able to integrate it with their different platforms that they use.
01:00:22
Sandra asked, can you.
01:00:23
You can't export contacts out of ManyChat.
01:00:26
that's, it's a meta thing.
01:00:28
They don't.
01:00:29
It's, it's just privacy concerns with meta.
01:00:33
It's not a many chat thing, unfortunately.
01:00:35
Mastermind Business Hub.
01:00:37
Interesting.
01:00:37
I've never heard that.
01:00:38
let me check.
01:00:44
Mastermind.
01:00:47
it doesn't look like it.
01:00:48
Interesting.
01:00:50
Yeah.
01:00:50
So the work around here, which Irma said you can actually add, just add these people to a Google Sheets and you would just map that data according to the, the column names that you have in Google Sheets.
01:01:07
Your email marketing platform could have a double opt in.
01:01:10
Yes, I turn double opt in off.
01:01:14
Hot take.
01:01:15
I turn it off.
01:01:20
I do too.
01:01:20
Yeah, I don't use double opt in.
01:01:22
and my email deliverability is fantastic.
01:01:26
So is everybody clear on that?
01:01:30
Because I'm about to show you one more step in this process that we're going to use to sell this thing.
01:01:34
Okay.
01:01:34
It's going to get a little tricky, but you're going to have the recording of this.
01:01:40
I'll do like one or two questions if we have them before moving on.
01:01:44
Julia.
01:01:45
Yes.
01:01:45
So many chats.
01:01:47
I believe you, you would have to do it through Zapier.
01:01:51
And it's going to be this setup right here.
01:01:52
So like new tagged user in manychat.
01:01:55
And then your step here will be lead connector and that is what connects to here.
01:02:06
Aurora, you said, why do I collect name?
01:02:10
obviously to address them.
01:02:11
But is it just, it's just bumping to email, not better?
01:02:13
Yeah, we've tested this actually.
01:02:15
I thought adding a name question would like significantly reduced drop off.
01:02:20
But on average we convert 72% of our leads from automation, trigger to an email collection.
01:02:27
We always ask name first and it's good because we can send people.
01:02:32
obviously you can map that data to the email fields in kit, which is what I use.
01:02:37
But you can also address them in the the messages within manychat.
01:02:43
It's like you could imagine just like starting a message in manychat being like, hey Aurora, great to have you back.
01:02:48
Like super excited you checked this out, right?
01:02:51
Like it's just personal.
01:02:52
It's fun to do it that way.
01:02:56
Yeah, it was like, it was like 70, I think it was like 77 versus 72%.
01:03:03
We were just like the 5% drop off is, is worth it for us to just have a Name.
01:03:10
If we were talking about, like, 70 to, like, 40, I'd be like, just get rid of it.
01:03:18
I use names in the subject lines of my emails, and that gets crazy.
01:03:24
All right, I have some questions flagged, too.
01:03:28
I'm going to, on.
01:03:31
I'm going to change.
01:03:32
I'm going to put your question as a question and answer that at the end of the call.
01:03:36
want to move on.
01:03:37
So we've done the first two.
01:03:40
We've done free.
01:03:41
Well, we've done free so far, but now we're going to do segment and upsell.
01:03:44
This is going to be two more steps.
01:03:47
So I mentioned in my example before, I was like, you know, we can ask a question to somebody.
01:03:54
And in the example of the template, it would be, do you want to get more brand deals?
01:03:59
Do you want to grow your email list?
01:04:00
Do you want to sell more stuff?
01:04:01
Do you want to become more technical on the manychat side?
01:04:05
let's just say there's three.
01:04:06
Three potential outcomes.
01:04:08
Okay, so what we're going to do here is once they've downloaded this thing and they've gotten access to it, I typically will set.
01:04:16
Not a randomizer, but I'm going to use a smart delay here for 20 minutes.
01:04:25
So after 20 minutes, after this person just got this free template, I'm going to ask a question.
01:04:31
So I want to go back to Instagram.
01:04:33
I'm going to choose data collection, and I'm then going to choose multiple choice.
01:04:42
Okay.
01:04:43
So the same way that we just set this up to collect first name and email, it's that same process, but now instead of first name or email, we choose multiple choice.
01:04:51
Okay, So I posted about this today, actually.
01:04:57
I was like, this is one of my favorite features of ManyChat, because ManyChat has these defaulted fields like first name and email and last name and phone number and URL and things like that.
01:05:07
Those are great.
01:05:08
They basically, if you.
01:05:10
If there was like a.
01:05:11
A wall behind me of manychat fields, it would just be like six jars and containers on that wall.
01:05:18
But because I've created so many custom containers, like this is.
01:05:22
This is what I've got.
01:05:23
Like, my entire wall would be filled.
01:05:25
That's the beauty of this.
01:05:26
We can create custom containers and just ask any question we want.
01:05:31
So that's what we're going to do here.
01:05:33
So what I want to do is I want to position my $29 template pack, but position it in a way that relates to what this person is trying to solve with.
01:05:46
Let's just call it manychat in this example.
01:05:47
Right.
01:05:48
So the question I'm going to ask here is I want to send you my best resources with ManyChat.
01:05:58
Can I ask what your biggest problem is when it comes to getting your automations up and running?
01:06:09
Or I can say something like just thinking about this off the top of my head, can I ask or what what you're hoping to achieve with your many chat automations.
01:06:25
Simple question, just type this out.
01:06:28
But now we can save their response to a custom field.
01:06:34
You probably don't have any custom fields made.
01:06:37
In that event you would just go to plus user field and this is where we're going to create this custom container.
01:06:44
The custom container is going to be Many Chat goal.
01:06:50
Just say Many chat goal.
01:06:51
Right.
01:06:51
So we present this question and as soon as we ask the question it's going to open up the jar and that jar is labeled Many Chat goal.
01:06:58
So I'm going to type in for the name Many chat goal.
01:07:02
I might already have one created that says this I do but you would just hit create here.
01:07:07
And I'm going to go type in Many Chat goal.
01:07:12
segment.
01:07:13
Right and we'll save the data collection expires to again we'll do 12 hours.
01:07:21
Right, so we asked this question.
01:07:27
Now it's a multiple choice question.
01:07:29
So we have three possible outcomes.
01:07:33
So I'm going to say more brand deals.
01:07:38
Actually you know what, let's do.
01:07:40
Why is that not popping up?
01:07:43
Quick reply.
01:07:44
There it is.
01:07:45
More brand deals.
01:07:48
I want to grow email list or grow my email list or get more technical.
01:07:58
Right.
01:07:58
So I just typed, I just clicked on plus quick reply and I just typed in here.
01:08:03
So more brand deals.
01:08:06
Grow my email list, get more technical.
01:08:09
So what's going to happen here?
01:08:10
If you click on more brand deals there's an option to save their response as a saved answer.
01:08:17
Like use another value aside from this long string of letters as a saved answer.
01:08:22
So I'm going to check this off and I'm going to type in brand deals and then I'm going to do the same thing for this email list and then same thing for this technical.
01:08:37
You're to see why this is important.
01:08:39
Okay, pause for a minute.
01:08:45
Any questions about this?
01:08:46
Anybody stuck with like what do we just do with this multiple choice?
01:08:57
15, 14, 13, 12.
01:09:03
No worries.
01:09:06
So up to this point, right, we send the lead magnet, wait 20 minutes, we ask the question.
01:09:16
Second window you have to click into the response and then choose why did I wait 20 minutes?
01:09:22
you're going to pick on Used, value.
01:09:25
Use another value as a saved answer.
01:09:29
we've just tested 20 minutes and it gets the most responses.
01:09:35
They usually come back later.
01:09:37
Some people are not scrolling Instagram for 20 straight minutes.
01:09:41
And like, the purpose of this is to then upsell them into the low ticket thing or send them more free resources based off of what they have trouble with, but to also get this data back over to, the platform that you use for emails.
01:09:53
Like, if we just go from like free and then, by the way, buy this 29 thing, it's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, settle down.
01:10:00
We wait a little bit for them to just kind of digest what they just got.
01:10:03
It works pretty well.
01:10:06
But what we've done right here is we've created these potential answers and we're going to put these answers into this container and then we're going to come back to this container in a second and send them custom messages based off of what they told us.
01:10:20
Okay, so let's say theoretically, our template pack that we're selling for 29 helps people get more brand deals because it helps them get more data about their audience, which they can use in conversations with, negotiating brand deals.
01:10:35
they want to grow their email list, right?
01:10:37
They want to use many chat automations to grow their email list and their newsletter.
01:10:42
Or they just want to learn the more technical skills behind manychat.
01:10:45
Because maybe this person owns their own agency and they want to use this for their clients, right?
01:10:50
Whatever it is, what we can do is once this person has responded, another smart delay.
01:10:58
But we're going to do like two minutes this time to make it seem like we're not going to answer them instantaneously.
01:11:03
And then what we're going to do is utilize what we learned in the first half of this call, which is the condition step.
01:11:10
We use conditions for first name and email, but now we can use conditions for custom fields.
01:11:18
The condition here, remember in this question, we're saving this person's response to this custom jar, this custom container.
01:11:28
Now what we're going to do is go to custom user fields, reference that jar, and now it's going to be what we typed in in these responses, right?
01:11:43
So brand deals is saved as brand deals.
01:11:46
Email list is saved as email list.
01:11:48
Technical is technical.
01:11:52
So I'm actually going to make this brand deals to keep it in order, right?
01:11:57
So the condition step is if this person told me they want to get more brand deals with ManyChat, send them this message.
01:12:10
If they did not tell me they want to land more brand deals, check if they Told me they want to grow their email list.
01:12:21
If they told me they want to grow their email list, send them this message.
01:12:25
If they told me they did not want to grow their email list, but instead wanted to get more technical, send them this message.
01:12:35
So if this person taps any response, they're going to get one of these three messages.
01:12:41
And the purpose of this message is to get this person to buy the $29 product.
01:12:49
But now we're positioning the same thing three different ways because technically they can solve all of these problems with this product.
01:13:08
Sandra, let's go.
01:13:10
Yes, yes.
01:13:13
So you can send videos and voice notes here.
01:13:17
Now, the beauty is that you can record three different voice notes and videos and be like, hey, listen, I totally get it.
01:13:22
You want to get more brand deals with this, with this template.
01:13:25
I actually use these brand these templates myself and negotiate bigger deals with brands because I have the data about my audience.
01:13:32
So you're going to learn that in this, through this template first.
01:13:36
But I also want to let you know that I have a template pack and as a thank you for downloading the free thing.
01:13:41
You know, normally the template pack is $79, but you can get the template pack for 29 as a thank you, like, no obligation to buy it.
01:13:50
But since you mentioned you have this problem, I want to help you solve it as quickly as you possibly can.
01:13:55
Done.
01:13:56
you record that on your phone, you upload it to your computer, and then you can use the more section and go to audio and then upload a waveform audio file.
01:14:19
Right.
01:14:21
Send audio.
01:14:21
You can send video.
01:14:22
Video is compressed.
01:14:23
It has to be like 25 megabytes max.
01:14:26
So you'll have to record it on your phone, probably put it into, like, edits or cap cut and then export it in 720 and then upload it.
01:14:34
But it should be less than, like, a minute long.
01:14:41
We're missing one thing here.
01:14:42
It has nothing to do with the upsell.
01:14:44
But you would.
01:14:45
The same way that we just delivered this, right.
01:14:49
Is what you would put on that page.
01:14:52
Like, you would just link them to your stand store, your kajabi store, your, link tree, whatever it is, Maybe your, thrive cart, flow desk, beehive, whatever it is.
01:15:02
Like, you would just link them to the checkout with that coupon.
01:15:05
And I highly recommend putting a coupon on this.
01:15:07
So, like, if you.
01:15:08
Even if you sell it for, like, 39, tell them they're getting it for 29, but anchor it to, like, 99, right?
01:15:14
So they're getting a, massive discount.
01:15:16
And then tell them that it's available for 24 hours.
01:15:19
Right.
01:15:22
We're missing one thing has nothing to do with the upsell.
01:15:27
It has more to do with the data that we just got.
01:15:30
Want to see if anybody gets it.
01:15:33
If somebody can answer this properly.
01:15:35
Send me your email and I will personally.
01:15:41
I'm not going to look right now because I want to see the first person to answer this.
01:15:43
I will personally buy you coffee tomorrow.
01:15:46
Okay.
01:15:48
All right, let's see.
01:15:50
Angelica says okay, you said audio.
01:15:55
Thank, you be in the workshop with me for weeks.
01:15:58
Save the data.
01:16:01
is your name, is it Melkia?
01:16:05
Nokia.
01:16:12
Melquia.
01:16:19
Beautiful.
01:16:20
Yes.
01:16:21
The data right now that we just got like this person has this problem only exists in manychat.
01:16:27
We need to add this to our email service platform, right?
01:16:32
Because we want to use any marketing material that we send this person moving forward.
01:16:36
We want them to, to get the same messaging across all platforms.
01:16:40
So they're going to get custom messaging in manychat, but they're also going to get custom messaging in their emails.
01:16:46
So the same way that we just did this action step, right?
01:16:51
So we add this person to a form or a sequence, we add a tag and then we add them to a form in our marketing platform.
01:17:00
What you have to do, since a lot of people use Kit, I'll show you Kit real quick.
01:17:03
But let's just say, right, so what's going to happen is I'll go into Kit, I'll go into subscribers, I'll go to me and then you see how there's custom fields right here.
01:17:24
So automation challenge, automation experience, automation goal.
01:17:29
you've got these links to join, like all of these different things here, right?
01:17:33
So what you would do in Kit is you would add a field and that field, if you create it in one, subscriber profile, it adds them to all subscriber profiles.
01:17:41
So you're like, how do I create a field here?
01:17:43
it's just we'll do manychats goal.
01:17:49
Okay, we'll hit save.
01:17:52
And now before we send this upsell message, we're going to do the action step for Kit once again.
01:17:59
But now we're going to add this person to a form and not a sequence.
01:18:03
I have a phantom form in Kit.
01:18:06
The phantom form doesn't exist anywhere.
01:18:07
If somebody subscribes through it, they only came through an automation and they get nothing in return for like joining this form.
01:18:14
I'm just using it to pass data along to Kit.
01:18:17
But you'll notice that in addition to the first name field.
01:18:21
We also have the field that I just created.
01:18:25
So manychat goal.
01:18:26
And now if I go to custom user fields and I go to the ManyChat goal segment that we created.
01:18:31
So if I type in ManyChat goal segment, it's going to save that response from ManyChat into their field in kit.
01:18:41
And you can technically put this action step before this, but you know, you would just do duplicate this and duplicate this.
01:18:51
This is just passing that data along to Kit.
01:18:58
And I don't want to get too crazy, all right, because like, this is manychat for beginners.
01:19:02
Like this is.
01:19:03
I'm teaching you things that are way more advanced.
01:19:05
But in kit, Kit has what is called Liquid code.
01:19:09
The liquid code is a very fancy way of saying if this, then that.
01:19:12
Okay?
01:19:14
So if I send an email broadcast, instead of me writing the same email three different times for three different people, I can say, if this person's custom field in kit equals this, show them this message.
01:19:30
If not, show them this message.
01:19:34
It's Python, basically.
01:19:35
Python.
01:19:36
Yeah.
01:19:37
Without getting too crazy.
01:19:38
If someone was like, hey, free workshop on Python, I'd be like, I'm out of here, bro.
01:19:41
I can't do this, not on a Tuesday afternoon.
01:19:44
I'm not learning Python.
01:19:45
But it'll look something like.
01:19:50
If you've ever seen any of my videos, I'm like, I love Liquid code.
01:19:57
It's going to say these parentheses and can I see your back end?
01:20:03
It's going to show these weird things.
01:20:06
If the subscriber tag is sell more stuff and this person has purchased this thing, say thank you and also recommend they buy this next thing.
01:20:15
There's so many different things you can do with this.
01:20:17
I can't show you it from start to finish because it's just gonna make your mind spin.
01:20:21
but yeah, it's.
01:20:23
This is how you get that information from Instagram over to.
01:20:27
Over to kit.
01:20:28
if you're not using kits, it would be the same thing.
01:20:35
You would just tag them instead of like tag them as brand deals or email lists.
01:20:39
And then what I would do is, depending on how many responses you have, we have three.
01:20:44
So we have.
01:20:45
Response one is more brand deals.
01:20:47
Response two is email list, so on and so forth.
01:20:49
You would create a form, whether it's in Kajabi or go high level or just something that kind of like intakes this audience and you're able to identify that they have that specific problem and use the same zapier setup.
01:21:04
So they were tagged with this, add them to this specific form, they were tagged with this.
01:21:08
Add them to a different form, and now you have that data.
01:21:11
It exists in whatever platform you use.
01:21:13
But the purpose of this is for you to be able to understand, like, more about your audience, number one.
01:21:22
Number two, sell more stuff.
01:21:25
But number three, this is gonna help you make better content decisions.
01:21:30
I'm gonna show you something, I'm gonna blow your mind one more time, and then we're gonna make this full circle.
01:21:35
Okay, so if I'm using a multiple choice question, let me just go to, like, I know we've got it here.
01:21:46
When people respond to your multiple choice question, you see how it says 760 respondents right here.
01:21:55
If you click on that, you have the ability to export it as a CSV file.
01:22:04
I download this CSV and I go to Claude and I upload this spreadsheet and I say, I asked my audience what they need help with the most, and where they are at in their YouTube journey.
01:22:26
And these are the responses.
01:22:29
Based on these responses, what should I create?
01:22:35
Give me some ideas for products.
01:22:39
It's going to take all of the information that people have said as a response to that question and tell you what you can possibly create based off of what your audience is actually saying.
01:22:56
What, like, what are we doing?
01:22:59
It's insane.
01:23:02
So if I go back here.
01:23:04
All right, we're gonna walk through our automation one more time and then we'll leave it up for questions.
01:23:12
So somebody DM's us the number 29.
01:23:15
We first about to make this 15 bucks a month on spell.
01:23:19
Yeah, you better.
01:23:19
You better.
01:23:21
Condition number one.
01:23:22
We have this person's first name.
01:23:24
No, we ask for their first name.
01:23:26
If we have their first name, we check if we have their email.
01:23:28
If we don't have their email, we collect it.
01:23:30
Once we have those two pieces of information, we will verify that the, email address they gave us is correct.
01:23:37
If it is, we add that person to our email service provider in a sequence to deliver that lead magnet.
01:23:42
If not, we ask the question of what their best email address is again.
01:23:48
After that, we confirm and send the lead magnet in the DMS.
01:23:51
Once we've done that, we wait 20 minutes and then we ask what this person is hoping to achieve with this free thing.
01:23:58
Once we know the problem they are trying to solve, we upsell them or send them more relevant free information about what they are trying to solve and upsell them into that $29 offer.
01:24:10
Or like I said again, like, sell them or give them more free stuff.
01:24:13
If we don't sell anything low Ticket, which is totally fine.
01:24:17
But the purpose of this is, yes, sell things, but understand more about our audience.
01:24:22
So once they respond to that question, that information is sent over to our CRM, our email service provider, whatever it is, and we're able to basically, if we're in a service business, get on a sales call or pick up the phone and call this person and say, hey, you mentioned on Instagram you're trying to solve this problem.
01:24:39
Tell me a little bit more about that.
01:24:41
Or you should buy you have this problem.
01:24:43
Just like this is the next best solution.
01:24:46
When people come to us with problems like this and they have downloaded something from us for free, they see us as the authority.
01:24:56
If you are new to some place that you've never been before, I guess I just said the same thing twice.
01:25:00
If you're new to someplace I've never been to, what you're going to do is you're going to number one, see what other people are doing and copy them or ask for help.
01:25:11
You're going to ask for help from somebody who looks like they're in authority position.
01:25:17
You are the authority position in this example.
01:25:20
And if you tell somebody to do something, chances are they're going to do it.
01:25:30
Cool.
01:25:32
We've got tons of opportunities for questions.
01:25:37
Andrew, I don't use a CRM, I just use kit.
01:25:42
All of it exists in there.
01:25:44
So I just threw a lot at you.
01:25:46
I basically explained the first three years of me using many chat to you in an hour and a half.
01:25:51
But by the end of today after I send out this replay for you guys, you are going to have a full automation that you can use to get more data from your leads and upsell them into higher priced offers.
01:26:03
Right.
01:26:05
Before we get to questions I mentioned, well first of all, can we like get like a round of applause for yourselves for making it through 90 minutes of many chat.
01:26:14
Right.
01:26:14
It's a wild ride.
01:26:21
We did it.
01:26:22
We did indeed.
01:26:25
Thank you.
01:26:26
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
01:26:29
So I mentioned I forget where the slide is, but I mentioned that we have a gift.
01:26:35
Right?
01:26:36
there's actually three.
01:26:40
So the gift number one is I'm going to give you this exact template.
01:26:44
So after this email, this recording is processed, I'm going to send you the email with the recording, the link to the recording on the website, plus they'll, there will be a button within that email to get the template and then the template you can just import into your account.
01:27:01
Like there's going to be an option to just like import it, it'll be saved to a folder with my name and then you can just see the notes in there, with what to do and what, what space.
01:27:11
So that's step number one, exact template number two.
01:27:15
in addition to those and the replay.
01:27:17
What did Carrie say?
01:27:18
Why is everyone laughing?
01:27:19
thank.
01:27:24
Yeah.
01:27:24
All right.
01:27:25
so the replay, the template and then I actually have a it's a like a five day mini course.
01:27:32
I don't want to throw more at you guys like do this but I typically charge like 25 bucks for the, for the course.
01:27:38
The 20, the five day mini course.
01:27:40
It's going to walk you through in like very small steps what we just went through.
01:27:44
But you can do it in a lesson a day.
01:27:46
you'll get it for free.
01:27:48
So I'm just going to send it out to everybody who made it through to the end of the recording.
01:27:52
not the recording.
01:27:53
This isn't recorded.
01:27:54
I'm answering you guys live, but you get my point.
01:27:57
So you'll get that.
01:27:59
and gift number three, I'm going to tell you I'm going to bring it full circle here.
01:28:05
I'm terrible at sales and I hate being salesy but the reason why I do things live is because I just fucking love teaching now.
01:28:14
This just happens to be like what I do for a living.
01:28:17
obviously I set up many chat automations.
01:28:20
I, I do brand deals.
01:28:21
every few months I do what is called a moneychat boot camp.
01:28:26
I polled my audience recently.
01:28:29
Unfortunately I found that 90% of you guys wanted a self paced course on Manychat.
01:28:37
There's, there's an old quote that I think about often.
01:28:40
I think it's the, the Henry Ford quote where he's like if I asked people what they wanted they would have said they wanted a faster horse.
01:28:47
But he's the first one who did the Ford Model T.
01:28:50
and we know the rest is history with the Ford Motor Company.
01:28:53
I have realized that over the past three, I would say more I'd say about 12 months with this change that AI and like social media has brought.
01:29:08
I, I can tell you from experience that I don't actually want more pre recorded courses.
01:29:12
I want to spend time with people who are doing the same thing I'm doing and develop relationships.
01:29:18
I saw that firsthand when I was in Austin, Texas for South by Southwest this past weekend.
01:29:23
It's just like a totally different experience.
01:29:25
and being able to like I did an event back in December in New York City and there were like 30 people that I invited and it was just the coolest thing.
01:29:32
Like I just basically taught them in a room what I just taught you.
01:29:36
And there's just something energizing about teaching people live, and connecting with people in person that you just don't get through a pre recorded course.
01:29:44
And as I was creating the pre recorded course, I was like, I don't actually want to do this.
01:29:50
I want to teach people live.
01:29:51
I want to do what I've been doing because I know that is the future of what social media is and I think that's what you guys actually want.
01:29:57
I don't think you want more pre recorded courses.
01:30:00
So, what I've decided to do is not do the prerecorded course despite 90% of people telling me that they wanted that, and instead continue doing, my live bootcamp.
01:30:11
So if you're not familiar with the live bootcamp, I run this every couple of months, it's for four weeks.
01:30:17
And I teach you everything that we went through at a deeper level, plus how to actually connect it to your tech stack.
01:30:25
Right.
01:30:26
So in a pre recorded course, what I would have done is just kind of given you the information and there were questions about like, how do I connect Kajabi, how do I connect with kit, how do I send this information over to go high level?
01:30:36
But there's also questions of like, what do I give away for free?
01:30:41
What should I sell as a low ticket offer?
01:30:43
How should I get people into an email sequence?
01:30:45
What should I write in that email sequence?
01:30:47
Right.
01:30:48
I do this for a living.
01:30:50
And if we can get on a call every week and I can show you exactly what to do, give you homework assignments and then actually print them out and grade it by hand and tell you what you're doing wrong, or if you're on the right track, that is worth so much more than you sitting through 50 boring lessons of me just sharing my screen and telling you what to do.
01:31:11
I think feedback and connection with the community is the most important thing that this is.
01:31:18
Not to sound like manipulative, but like, if you're going to invest any money in anything, make it an in person experience or a live experience of some sort where you can ask people and get direct access to them.
01:31:29
So that's my spiel about why I do what I do with the bootcamp.
01:31:32
So the bootcamp.
01:31:33
Yeah, let me tell you about that.
01:31:35
So it's six lessons over three and a half weeks.
01:31:38
It's from March 23rd to April 9th, they are at 2pm Eastern Time, Mondays and Thursdays.
01:31:44
And yes, the calls are recorded.
01:31:45
So lesson one, we're going to dive into the FSU framework and I'm going to give you homework on how to actually implement this.
01:31:52
So everything from what to create for free, how to give it away, what tech stack to use, what questions to ask in your segment question and then how to upsell this, I'm going to give you homework, have you do it and then grade it by hand.
01:32:06
Me, I literally just run this business, like this side of business by myself.
01:32:10
So that's lesson number one.
01:32:11
Lesson number two is how to use this for email growth.
01:32:14
So I showed you how to connect kit because most people here use kit.
01:32:17
But on that lesson I show you how to connect everything and you can ask me on that call like I will stop what I'm doing and show you how to do it for whatever platform you use.
01:32:26
You've got that.
01:32:27
We'll talk more about connecting it to different tools like besides just your email service provider but also your you know, your CRM, any other like Google spreadsheets that you use, basically anything that you think you can connect manychat to, I'm going to show you how to do it.
01:32:43
there's also a cool thing that we didn't obviously get to today, but if somebody buys a product, let's say on your stand store, you can send them a thank you message in many chat, which is one of the favorite, one of my favorite things to teach because it's like whoa, I didn't know I could do send information back into many chat and do that.
01:32:59
So we cover that.
01:33:00
we'll talk more about videos and voice notes, how to create them, how to record them, what to say, how to say it, so on and so forth and then we'll talk more about like how to actually integrate AI.
01:33:10
So lesson five is a favorite because we're not using multiple choice questions, we're actually using open ended questions and using AI to analyze it and group that person into a bucket and then we can get more granular with our marketing.
01:33:24
everything that I teach you is like what I set up for clients that I charge $7,500 for a month.
01:33:30
So again, more importantly than just the lessons, I'm teaching you basically everything that I could teach you for your, your unique situation without you having to hire me directly.
01:33:45
So yeah, it's all in circle.
01:33:48
I'll show you real quick like what's inside circle.
01:33:52
pull it up here so it's very easy once you join.
01:33:56
And I'll put that link up in a second.
01:33:57
But once you join, you can RSVP for events.
01:34:00
You can introduce yourself to the community.
01:34:02
This is all hosted.
01:34:03
I teach this live again Tuesdays, Mondays and Thursdays at 2:00pm At 3:30, you, have a social chat where you can.
01:34:11
I'll probably send memes in here and just for you guys, but also teach at the same time.
01:34:16
you'll have homework and direct feedback to homework.
01:34:19
And then this is a space where you can just ask any questions.
01:34:22
Obviously, no one's in here yet because it's not open until right now.
01:34:24
But for the people who have gone through, you can see, like, Sarah Kyle in the chat.
01:34:30
thank you guys for vouching.
01:34:32
I did not pay you, by the way, so I appreciate you.
01:34:36
yeah, like, I'm an open book.
01:34:38
Like, if you have any questions and even if you miss a lesson and you're like, I feel left behind, message me, and I will probably open up a zoom call for us to meet one on one.
01:34:49
All right.
01:34:49
Like, I am going above and beyond for every person who joins this.
01:34:54
So I told you why it's live.
01:34:56
These are just testimonials from people who have gone through it and who I've worked with in the past.
01:35:00
I'll spare you having to read all of these, but I'm just going to jump straight to the price.
01:35:08
Okay.
01:35:09
we'll talk.
01:35:11
Yeah, you can ask questions about, like, who is this for too?
01:35:13
and we'll talk more about that.
01:35:15
But the Boot camp normally is 7.99.
01:35:19
You're getting all of this.
01:35:20
You're getting the.
01:35:21
The live Boot Camp, all the lessons.
01:35:23
I'm giving you all of my templates.
01:35:24
I'm giving you access to the community.
01:35:26
I'm giving you access to weekly group coaching calls.
01:35:29
And in the event, you'll have access to me in dms.
01:35:31
Like, if you're like, hey, I just need you to look at this real quick.
01:35:35
I probably will.
01:35:36
So you get all this.
01:35:37
technically, it's 7.99.
01:35:40
The first bonus that you get is if you join live from this workshop.
01:35:45
And I'll put it on your screen now because I.
01:35:46
I know you guys are getting.
01:35:48
Where is it?
01:35:49
Where is it?
01:35:49
Where is it?
01:35:52
That should pop up.
01:35:53
If anybody has any issues with that, please let me know because I have tested this and it should work.
01:35:59
But if you.
01:36:01
If you purchase the Bootcamp from this workshop, by the way, there is a price.
01:36:06
plan.
01:36:06
I believe I Believe I made it.
01:36:08
We'll just go show you bonus, too.
01:36:10
Real quick.
01:36:11
I took 200 off if you're on this boot camp, on this call, there is a pricing plan, too.
01:36:16
It's.
01:36:16
It's separated into two payments of one per month.
01:36:20
So it shows up.
01:36:20
It's all good.
01:36:21
Thank you so much.
01:36:22
But if you join from this workshop, you'll get access, actually, to the previous recordings of Cohort 2.
01:36:29
Actually, I think it's Cohort 1.
01:36:31
And I'll give you access to all of my Money chat templates.
01:36:34
in.
01:36:35
In there as well.
01:36:36
Kendall, you asked a good question.
01:36:38
There is a limit.
01:36:40
so it's 50 spots.
01:36:42
I've done as much as the first one.
01:36:45
I think there were 46.
01:36:46
And I was like, if I got any more than this, then I would.
01:36:50
I would probably be over one.
01:36:52
When you print out 46 individual homework assignments and then grade it by hand, I have a lot of respect for professors and teachers that do this for a living.
01:37:02
so, yeah, I've limited it to 50 spots.
01:37:06
you guys know before any of the 160,000 people on Instagram or nine, thousand people on my email list will know, they won't hear about it until tomorrow.
01:37:16
So there's a good chance we had 400 people register for this.
01:37:20
They might not even hear about it because it might be sold out already, which would be fine with me.
01:37:25
Like, I want the people who are invested in this to show up and do it.
01:37:29
but it is limited to 50 spots.
01:37:31
These are, again, you know, I can keep these up on the screen.
01:37:35
We have some more, questions in the chat, but, yeah, like, the purpose of this is if you are on Instagram and you're promoting content, and I've also had people who, like, have their own service based, like, agency.
01:37:50
Like, they might be operating ManyChat for a client, and they've gone to this and like, they're like, hey, we have this idea for a client.
01:37:57
Can you, like, just take a look at it and see if it makes sense or if this automation makes sense or where you would do this differently.
01:38:04
You also might feel like you're ahead of a lot of people.
01:38:06
And, like, I might not need a boot camp, right?
01:38:10
Or you show up to the boot camp and you're like, I.
01:38:13
I'm maybe a few weeks ahead of everybody else.
01:38:15
can you take a look at this and just, I'm ahead of curriculum, but I just want you to see if this makes sense, and I'll do it.
01:38:21
Like, I'm an open book.
01:38:22
I'd say it's a mixture between creators who sell things and people who represent creators who sell things.
01:38:29
And I've had real estate agents, like, I've had tons of real estate agents do this too.
01:38:33
I've had at least a handful in every single boot camp that I've done.
01:38:37
And even in the courses.
01:38:39
So it's.
01:38:42
Yeah, creators who sell people.
01:38:44
Anybody who sells like a service or things on the Internet, is, is a good fit for this.
01:38:49
Cindy, you said you have 70k email subscribers and 400, 000 social media followers and need coaching because it feels overwhelming.
01:38:57
Yeah, Cindy, honestly, like, I think you would, you'd be better off just meeting with me one on one and then.
01:39:05
Yeah, like most people.
01:39:08
And there's another link that I'll, I'll put up in a second.
01:39:10
But yeah, Cindy, reach out to me.
01:39:13
You can DM me on Instagram or shoot me an email and, it makes sense for us to just meet one on one.
01:39:18
Do it that way.
01:39:21
would you do the same for a web app that would do what manychat and Kit does on paid tiers, but for free?
01:39:29
I feel like that stuff is probably vibe coded and not ready for shipment and I assume there's going to be a lot of bugs with it.
01:39:38
I don't know.
01:39:39
I have the system dialed in.
01:39:40
I wouldn't change.
01:39:42
Would take a lot of.
01:39:44
And investment for me to figure out how to, how to change the business.
01:39:51
let's see.
01:39:53
I want to start.
01:39:53
We have more questions too.
01:39:54
I just want to make sure I'm respecting everybody's questions.
01:39:57
is there a limit?
01:39:58
Yeah, we answered that one.
01:40:00
Manuel, Life insurance, like, if you educate people and you sell things based off of what you teach them, like, this is.
01:40:08
This is perfect.
01:40:10
Let me just see.
01:40:12
I have this.
01:40:12
This too.
01:40:13
This will help you.
01:40:15
Laura, you said you have.
01:40:16
I have less than 600 followers on Instagram right now.
01:40:19
So being honest with me, the boot camp will not be cost effective for me right now.
01:40:24
if you have nothing, like nothing to sell and no idea what to sell, I don't even know if I would say that.
01:40:32
I still feel like it's worth the investment if it's like an actual sacrifice financially.
01:40:40
If you're just starting, it's going to take a while to pay itself back, I would say so I don't want to set the wrong expectation where it's like, you do have a low ticket offer.
01:40:49
Okay.
01:40:52
I mean, I do this with people who are under a thousand.
01:40:54
I've done this.
01:40:55
Scott, who was the real estate agent in cohort too, he went through it and he started a brand new account.
01:41:02
actually Rebecca here, I don't know how many Instagram followers she had, but she she started this series where she was, I think she was selling the.
01:41:14
Forget what she was actually selling, but it was a low ticket offer.
01:41:16
And she started this series on Instagram on how to look hotter on camera.
01:41:21
And then her lead magnet was all 30 tips in one.
01:41:25
And she just basically came to the boot camp and was like, I have no idea how to use manychat, but I know I need it and I'm not making money for my content.
01:41:32
And this is what her Instagram looked like.
01:41:34
I don't have like the metrics of follower count or anything like that.
01:41:38
But within the first week, I was surprised by this, which is why I shared this.
01:41:43
I don't want to set the expectation where it's like the ROI is positive in seven days, but she had 2700 emails from the post that she created.
01:41:50
She was using kit and she made her money back through the automations that she set up while she was in the bootcamp.
01:42:00
And again, like for a lot of people who are just starting out, like 599 is an investment, but it's not like a $6,000 course, which is what some people are paying for right now.
01:42:16
I want to set the expectation that this is the foundation.
01:42:19
This is not going to be like you're going to make a million dollars in 30 days.
01:42:23
It's like, no.
01:42:24
If you figure out and get guidance from somebody who does this for a living and somebody who tells you they're on the right track, that you are on the right track and your ideas are good or valid.
01:42:34
Like I've tested everything under the sun and I have clients who are like some of the biggest creators in the creator economy.
01:42:41
I see what they make and I see what works and I can just relay that over to you.
01:42:45
So I would say your investment is more about having access to me and building community, but also building the foundation more than it is about like the foundation itself.
01:42:54
Yes, like there are people who make money from this right away, but this is more about how do we set up the system in the event that everything else just starts to funnel into place.
01:43:05
Because if you start making content and you sell a 29 thing but you have no system to get people to buy it, I mean you're going to end up like most people were like well I am scrambling to figure out what's going to work and I have no idea what to do.
01:43:20
Can you please help me?
01:43:21
I'm like yeah, you should have joined the boot camp three months ago and we talked about it.
01:43:27
lessons.
01:43:32
I create inclusive clip art for teaching.
01:43:35
Nice.
01:43:35
Nice to see something.
01:43:36
Yeah, I love that.
01:43:38
How does my done for you service work?
01:43:40
Do you have a flat setup rates?
01:43:42
Yeah.
01:43:43
So every client starts off with a 90 minute audit where I just go in and help them strategize like what they've got and we lay out the game plan.
01:43:53
from there they will get a full like document from me telling them what to do and then I will suggest what they should do.
01:44:03
With me it's pretty much different.
01:44:04
But any client setup is normally a one time setup between 5 and 10,000 and then the monthly retainer is more like consulting.
01:44:12
So there'll be like 30 minutes of consulting a month plus we manage and keep an eye on your automations.
01:44:17
That's typically 2,500 bucks.
01:44:19
But it all starts with an audit.
01:44:21
and you can walk away from that audit and be like I could do this myself or this is too much, can you do it for me?
01:44:27
And that's typically where we end up.
01:44:29
But the audit is 90 minutes and that is if I can put this on screen.
01:44:35
It's also here.
01:44:37
Yeah, it's also there.
01:44:38
That is the audit call.
01:44:40
so it's 7:99 I believe for the 90 minutes and then whatever.
01:44:44
If you decide to move forward with anything else like Cindy, I think that would be good for you if you decided to do it like not the boot camp but whatever you decide to move forward with like if you do it on your own or if you do it with us, we just discount whatever price you paid for the audit towards whatever package you get.
01:45:03
we got questions, questions, questions.
01:45:06
The company I work for gets more traction on Facebook than Instagram.
01:45:09
Will many chats comment X to get Y?
01:45:11
Yeah, totally works on Facebook.
01:45:14
Do you cover Meta ads and ManyChat and deadline funnel and many chat setup and workflows.
01:45:18
We don't really cover ads but I bring in guest lessons sometimes.
01:45:24
Cheyenne who does a lot of my copywriting and works with me on some bigger client projects.
01:45:31
I actually have her doing a funnel strategy call next week.
01:45:37
so she's going to come in and basically show us like break down my funnel for, for marketing and show you how to do the same and build it for yourself because I think A lot of like, you know, manychat works once you have the system.
01:45:51
Like manychat is part of the system, but manychat is just getting people from Instagram to a back end in most part.
01:45:57
In most cases.
01:45:57
Right.
01:45:58
So if you don't really have like the email sequences set up, even if it's just like a welcome sequence, like that's part of the course too.
01:46:09
Like I'm helping you do these things.
01:46:10
I'm bringing in people who do this for me and giving you access to them too.
01:46:14
So one of the lessons that we have is, is with Cheyenne, who does this for me.
01:46:20
These are the modules.
01:46:21
how would you, how much would you tell someone to charge to set up automations?
01:46:26
Just starting out?
01:46:27
depends on who you're setting up automations for.
01:46:32
Depends, Yeah.
01:46:33
I mean like you can charge.
01:46:35
I'll tell you this, not many people do it, so there's really no benchmark and you can charge whatever you want.
01:46:42
Like they're.
01:46:42
It's not a.
01:46:43
It's not commoditized.
01:46:44
Like there are agencies who do it.
01:46:46
But if you're just starting out, I think you can easily charge a couple grand for set up a basic one and a decent retainer.
01:46:53
If it's not just like, hey, we'll manage your automations, it's like, no, you're getting the strategy with it too.
01:47:00
Can you keep me in the loop for the boot camp?
01:47:02
Also, do you have a video for how to use kit as a CRM?
01:47:05
I don't have a video for how to use kit as a CRM.
01:47:10
if you tell me what you're trying to do with it, I can probably tell you what to do off the top of my head and I can definitely keep you in a loop on the boot camp.
01:47:19
So the enrollment closes for the boot camp in.
01:47:22
On the 23rd, so six days from now when the boot camp actually starts.
01:47:25
But the discount disappears by midnight.
01:47:31
So it's going to be 7.99 if you do this tomorrow.
01:47:34
And anybody who's not on the actual live call, we had 400 people register, which is crazy.
01:47:40
yeah, just throwing it out there.
01:47:43
Do you find not having a CRM makes it difficult to stay on top of leads and follow up or is kit enough?
01:47:48
I run my funnel through Go high level and CRM is go high level, but my site is through WordPress.
01:47:52
Thinking of canceling gohighlevel.
01:47:54
Julia, what do you do?
01:48:03
That would be helpful too?
01:48:04
I had questions.
01:48:06
Questions were flagged.
01:48:07
All questions only.
01:48:08
All right, Anna Karen Melquia, These are questions.
01:48:20
Okay.
01:48:21
Anna308.
01:48:22
All right, 45 minutes ago.
01:48:24
Sorry.
01:48:25
I had an Instagram post that was about six months old.
01:48:28
I edited the copy to add a comment trigger or set up the ManyChat automation and set it live, but it never fired.
01:48:33
For anyone who commented.
01:48:35
Does ManyChat not support automations for older Instagram posts?
01:48:39
I would choose all posts instead of specific posts, but if it's not firing.
01:48:45
Actually never heard of that.
01:48:47
I would just choose all posts and see if that works and test it from a different account.
01:48:53
I have a question that's been bothering me.
01:48:54
I had this say hi to new followers automation into my account and it was blocked.
01:48:57
Meta claims that this feature is a beta version and not available to everyone.
01:49:00
Of course I'm not able to reach meta.
01:49:02
Yeah, me neither.
01:49:03
And I pay for it.
01:49:04
and they're not responding to my inquiries.
01:49:05
This is the most important automation there is and it's not available to me.
01:49:08
Do you know if this feature isn't yet?
01:49:09
It is in beta 100 in beta.
01:49:14
Unfortunately, there's nothing you could do.
01:49:16
I hate to say it.
01:49:18
you're a therapist in private practice who teaches therapists how to build a private practice.
01:49:24
I don't think.
01:49:25
No, I don't think you actually need a CRM Like, how much are you.
01:49:30
Like, what are your.
01:49:30
What are you charging what you do?
01:49:33
Is it like super high ticket?
01:49:36
We're redoing a course and we'll be using Kajabi for our new platform, but we don't have all the content finished yet.
01:49:41
Would we still be able to set up the back end of everything on manychat without having Kajabi yet?
01:49:48
I feel like you should just get these people into Kajabi and then you can, you can just start.
01:49:56
Yeah, I, I would just set up, like, set up the marketing of Kajabi, at least the forms and just get people in there and make sure your domain is connected, so on and so forth.
01:50:09
Julia, I.
01:50:12
I don't think you need a crazy CRM.
01:50:15
I just think you need to know like who is a hot lead and who you've met with and just keep notes.
01:50:19
Like, I feel like I've used Honeybook.
01:50:23
Monday.
01:50:23
You can honestly probably vibe go to CRM.
01:50:27
I really think you can.
01:50:29
I think I don't know what you're paying for.
01:50:31
Go high level.
01:50:32
But like, if you're using many chat and kit, you might be able to just like use.
01:50:38
I don't know, don't don't change for the sake of changing me.
01:50:41
Like wow, I wish like still use go high level as a CRM.
01:50:45
If it's too expensive change CRMs.
01:50:47
I've, I've.
01:50:48
I found that follow up boss.
01:50:49
Even though it's for real estate agents, it's actually a really good CRM.
01:50:54
Aside from real estate agent stuff.
01:50:57
Carrie, you said you're about to drive, so you're throwing all your questions out here.
01:51:00
how would you set a discount code for just 24 hours in many chats so technically the discount doesn't expire but you can create like a.
01:51:15
Just like let let them know that it expires in 24 hours and then maybe make like a hidden page on your stand store or whatever store page.
01:51:22
You use it for it or checkout page and just tell them that it's.
01:51:26
You can put a countdown on that page.
01:51:28
I'm pretty sure it would exist on the actual checkout page and not in manychat but manychat would tell them that there is a countdown for it.
01:51:35
why do so many people ask?
01:51:37
Just to verify.
01:51:38
Do you want this as the first message do it.
01:51:42
Is it.
01:51:43
I do it just because others do it in case there was some kind of legal thing.
01:51:48
it probably has more to do with like meta's requirements because if somebody, if somebody doesn't click the button to start the automation and we didn't talk about this, but I talk about this in the boot camp and like different nuances of many chat.
01:52:02
But if somebody doesn't click a button to start the automation after they comment on your post, the automation can't fire.
01:52:09
Like you can't ask any questions.
01:52:11
The consent for somebody to opt into an automation is for somebody to.
01:52:18
I'll put the bootcamp back on the screen too.
01:52:21
is for somebody to message you first.
01:52:22
So once somebody has messaged you with an automation trigger then you can ask these questions.
01:52:29
But the most important thing for comment replies is to get them to click the button.
01:52:34
So it's like do you want this?
01:52:35
Like just please click the button below and just tell me if you want this and I'll send it over to you.
01:52:38
Like just tell me if you want it.
01:52:40
And they're like, yeah, but still people, you'll have hundreds of people like sometimes request the thing that you're giving away and only 60 will click, which is insane.
01:52:50
Like what are you guys doing?
01:52:53
Julia, you said 8 to 10k.
01:52:54
Yeah, I feel like yeah, you should be fine with just.
01:52:59
I would stick with go high level Honestly, selfish question here.
01:53:03
This might be the last one.
01:53:04
if you have any last questions, you can put them in chat.
01:53:06
But Dominic said you're launching your B2B offer, working with hospitality brands.
01:53:11
The offer is a social funnel.
01:53:13
UGC, ManyChat educational email course.
01:53:17
Signing up for.
01:53:17
what a legend.
01:53:19
what are the top niches to for many chat funnels for fast experience.
01:53:24
And I would say I think where you're going to make the most money with many chat is probably real estate.
01:53:36
Just which people have a lot of money in no time.
01:53:40
Most cases it's like real estate.
01:53:42
Doctors, anything like service based lawyers, things like that.
01:53:48
The reason I don't touch those things is because there's a ton of regulation behind it and I can't be bothered.
01:53:53
I'm just trying to have fun with what I do.
01:53:55
Those aren't fun to me.
01:53:57
So I would say those three lawyers, doctors, real estate.
01:54:04
Cindy.
01:54:06
All right, we got one more minute.
01:54:10
Kyle?
01:54:11
Not, not really, no.
01:54:12
you couldn't make it a video, but I think somebody has to click first.
01:54:15
They need to click the button first.
01:54:18
where I leave off, I have hundreds of many chat.
01:54:21
Whoa.
01:54:21
You have hundreds of many chat automations.
01:54:23
Because every single one of my posts offers a different freebie which can be a document, a slide deck.
01:54:28
Jeez.
01:54:29
Okay, Cindy, we gotta get you on a call, man.
01:54:32
Like hundreds of automations.
01:54:35
All right, so either my best teaching strategies course funnel or Behavior Breakthrough songs funnel.
01:54:43
But now I'm just overwhelmed and don't know how to organize things because I'm creating posts on a daily basis and just creating many shot automations daily because I don't know or to find anything or I forget folders.
01:54:53
if you have a lead magnet for every video, I would say choose like your most popular three and just cycle through them and.
01:55:06
Or your most successful, not most popular, most successful.
01:55:08
That leads to a sale and just cycle through them.
01:55:11
And I would use the same trigger for those lead magnets.
01:55:18
Like I use the same trigger for every single one.
01:55:21
I have a specific CTA or trigger word on any post.
01:55:23
Yes.
01:55:23
Yeah, specific one.
01:55:24
Like template.
01:55:26
It's the same thing.
01:55:28
That's everything.
01:55:32
All right, we'll do two more.
01:55:33
Maggie, you said is there a big difference between developing many chat strategies for different types of industries or one size fits all?
01:55:41
I think it's, it's, it's definitely different.
01:55:43
And I think the more specific you get, if you're going to start doing this for other people, just make it very specific.
01:55:49
Like I help dental offices get more clients with many chat on Instagram.
01:55:55
It's like I, I, mean, I just help.
01:55:57
I teach people who sell things how to sell them.
01:56:01
Mostly creators because that's.
01:56:02
Those are my people.
01:56:04
But it does for the most part what I teach works.
01:56:07
And if you.
01:56:10
I feel like if you know the foundation of ManyChat, you can build basically whatever you want.
01:56:20
Your husband works for.
01:56:21
Follow up, boss.
01:56:22
It's great.
01:56:22
It's fantastic.
01:56:24
It's a fantastic CRM.
01:56:26
They sold to Zillow like a hundred million dollars more.
01:56:31
500 million.
01:56:32
How much was it?
01:56:34
I'm crazy.
01:56:35
A couple years ago.
01:56:36
All right, one more.
01:56:38
Cindy, I use all kinds of, 500 million is nuts.
01:56:41
I use all kinds of different trigger words because I'm scared that when they see the same keyword over, they know, just use the same one.
01:56:49
Just use the same one and wait for somebody to tell you that you're annoying and it will never happen.
01:56:56
Cool.
01:56:56
Yes.
01:56:57
Use the same keywords.
01:56:58
All right, guys, we're two minutes over.
01:57:00
if you have any questions, I'm going to send out the recording of this once it processes through Demio and I'll send you all the resources courses I've got.
01:57:06
I'll give you access to that five day course, the template and the recording and, by midnight tonight.
01:57:12
Yeah, if you want to join the boot camp, a 200 discount will still apply.
01:57:16
I will say I try not to be very lenient with people who miss the deadline.
01:57:20
But I still understand that some people have unique situations and if that's the case, we'll work something out.
01:57:25
But I would love to see everybody there.
01:57:27
I'm always an open book and I appreciate each and every one of you joining today and making, this fun up.
