Today I'm going to be showing you how you're able to send a validation link to your clients to make sure that all the posts that go out get approved beforehand.

All right, so we're going to start off here on, your magic post agency homepage here, where you can see all of your clients.

As you're integrating new clients, it's really important to make sure that you have that validation mode toggled on.

So what I recommend for agencies is to go to this little settings button and make sure that the default validation mode is always set.

This way, as you're integrating new clients, you won't have to do it manually each and every time.

But if you'd like to, no worries.

Go to the little three buttons on the side here, and you're just going to toggle on the validation mode.

And I'm going to show you exactly what that looks like from your side and from your client's side here.

So we'll go into Rachel Palmer's account, someone that you're writing for.

You're going to go to Calendar, and as you can see here, you have a week's worth of content that needs to be validated.

So you're going to go ahead and click this share button up here.

You can see there's two different links.

I'm going to show you what both look like, but to start here, we'll go to this validation link.

This is something that you can just copy and paste into an email, a text, et cetera.

And when you do, this is the exact same page that your clients will see from their end.

So you can see they have four posts to validate.

You have your agency name up here All right, so what's really neat is that they can see their past posts that have been published as well as the future posts to be going out with past posts.

If they click into it, they get a quick snapshot of the impressions, likes, etc.

but they're going to be focusing mainly on the gray.

The gray posts are the ones that have been written by you and you just need them to get validated.

So they have a little discussion box where if client wants to, say, give a little feedback too short, change the hook, et cetera.

They're able to do so they can read over the post and when everything looks good, they just click this post, validated as, you can see here.

This changed it from gray to green, meaning the post is ready to go live.

It's the exact same view.

The only difference with this is that your clients are able to edit themselves from the posts.

But what's really cool now is that there's this little button on the side, and this allows your clients to edit themselves.

So if there's something small they want to tweak, you know, if they want to just change this little quote here, they're able to do so.

And now I'm going to show you too from your end what this is going to look like.

We have obviously the same view that was done before, but if your client does leave a comment, we have this little discussion.

This is where you can reply to your clients and just say, you know, hook has been changed.

This gives you a really clear form of communication, without having to send a bunch of different links or going in between all sorts of different platforms.
